So this is soooo late..

but remember in this post...i did say i'm going to celebrate some of my fics' anniversary...and i guess...these are some of those that i want to celebrate for...

even though they're both incomplete...and honestly...for the first one, it's not easy to go back to writing this even though it should be easy considering the form of the fic itself...that is...not as 'fanfic-like' as the other fics...

So....i'll just have random talks about the fics....xD...

*btw, there's one more fic i want to 'celebrate' by now(i started this post few days ago but i'm just posting it now)....but i'll guess that will go in another post since i'm tired to write more now...and tired of delaying the post too...

천년가도 (Even If A Thousand Years Pass)

This was a fic that was started, majorly out of my love for poetry...and also, I ship MinJun and also, their duet was so freaking beautiful and it's annoying that the song was suddenly eliminated from the drama ost it was supposed to be in....it's just jdjdfhbjfjdg...

So as always without much thought i started the fic...just having vague idea of the format i would be experimenting with, the pairing, the vague plotline that i just quickly cooked up from the song's title and vibe...

Aren't they just lovely? xD

And because it's MinJun...even with the main genre set to be 'tragic historical romance' of some sort...i could not leave out comedic elements. xD Besides, i don't like anything too heavy...though i did write some heavy-ish stuff i guess...

Because the song seems to be about star crossed lovers who vow to remain true to their feelings even if a thousand years passed despite all the odds...what better boring way than to depict it through class difference in fictional historical setup? and some other obstacles that made their love couldn't materialize in their setting like their gender aside of class? 

I honestly love Jungmin's unconventional prince character...rather than just being upright, he's made with enough quirkyness, that made him...uniquely Jungmin rather than your run of the mill perfect prince charming...and Hyungjun is well, as usual...an idiot...(they're both idiots anyway...xD) following their Tom and Jerry dynamics in their SS501 days...which i freaking loved ><

Besides, cmon...how can you not love.

And when i have OTPs whom i love for their voices, i always wished they'd have duets...while i had to be satisfied with KevKwang doing unofficial stage duets mainly in comedic vein...MinJun had given me legit duets a few times already...the one below was them performing Jungmin's solo(feat Loveholic's Jisun) from SS501 solo project where here, Hyungjun sang Jisun's part...and random but Jisun was also in the fic....xD

Accidental Soulmates

What's so special about this fic?

Nothing i guess. the setup was pretty cliche...but the possibilities were still boundless...this fic was inspired mainly by the cliches in crossdressing kdramas...where it's always the heroine pretending to be a boy and the male lead went crazy freaking out thinking he's in love with a guy....this fic wanted to twist it where you have the guy thinking he's in love with a girl, except it's a guy crossdressing as a girl...at least that would pose an actual conflict when the truth is revealed rather than guy thinking he's gay when he's not and trying to come to terms with his feelings and orientation only for the climactic revelation show that...oh...no worries, it's a girl...it always went that way in crossdressing kdramas that it annoyed me that none tried to do any twist to it...so i did it...

What i like the most in this fic, i guess...is how lovable the love interest of Heecheol is, in this fic. even if she's not part of the main pairing/characters. in fact, she's so lovable that i honestly never really decided if HeeWan will really end up together...even if the setup screamed that was how things would go.

It's not like there's never any kdrama where the 2nd lead got the girl because the acting/dynamics were so good.

Also, i think the side characters were so charming and lovable...they might even outshine the main characters...i mean, i adore T-Bear's character in this fic...xD...finally a fic where Taeheon plays a bright/funny character, he's a little dumb, but he brought a lot of fun...and the mysterious eccentric stylist, Gyuri, and of course the ever lovable Kwanghee, and Noeul that's just an angel. 

If there's one thing that's really a shame about this...it's that, i stopped writing before Kevin's (and also Minwoo's) character even appeared in the fic. And yknow at least one more loveline that would happen when Kevin's character have appeared...at least my readers would know...or should. xD...

And there's potentially controversial pairing with some...., but...you didn't think i'd make it pedo-ish right? honestly...i was thinking of them as a pair, but not in that romantic(yet) way...but...in an unconventional bond between unlikely young adult and little kid from different backgrounds who found comfort in each other amidst their differences...of course this pairing was inspired by their characters in Dummy Mommy, where the little kid actually bossed Hyungsik around and Hyungsik was just like her lackey who follows her around and takes orders from her but put her in place when she went overboard...i found their relationship amusing in that drama...and i would like more of it...i wouldn't say it's impossible for their relationship to develop romantically...but that also didn't mean i planned for an inappropriate relationship...maybe...something in the gray area...but without going into improper territory...i knew i was able to do it without people trashing me for it...but at the same time, i had a lot of worries too...it's complicated...but this fic is about exploring unlikely/star crossed/almost impossible pairings and they fit in that requirement so why not?

I think of all characters, Siwan and Heecheol, aka the main characters are given the most cliche/conventional character setup. Siwan as the typical cold chaebol hero, and Heecheol as the typical hardworking candy type heroin. i just like to start from the familiar place and then decide where to bring the story....besides, that's what people like...cliches...even if they won't admit it...haa.

But if i can say one thing good about this fic, it's a feel good fic, of people struggling...no matter whether they're rich or poor, or for whatever goal they have...i think the story only has one villain so far, though [spoiler alert but it probably doesn't matter] Kevin was set up to be a villainous character too....

And since i shared some vids of MinJun, it's only fair i do the same for HeeWan in this post.

in ZE:A, Heecheol was a big flirt who's a lil erted towards all members, but Siwan...with Siwan he's always protective and i guess cautious/careful/gentle? of course, these dynamics had nothing to do with their characterization in the fic...at least as far as i had written...maybe it would change...Siwan was...the usual clueless Siwan, or just pretended to be clueless for benefits without having to commit to anything...he always gave me the impression of being kinda sly...haa.

i wonder if i could even continue this fic...but i'm not against it...there's ample of possibilities and characters and plot direction to explore with this fic...i don't think there's anyone reading the old groups anymore though...haa...

ohh...they had done duet perf too...or rather featuring...

^ this is raw live btw, love the studio versions of radio perf where there's barely music and just their raw voice singing...which were even more noticeable in ZE:A songs where they legit sang everything and there's no music in that version...i think that was during Here I Am-Watch Out eras...
