me trying to get myself updated with kpop pt2

Warning: there will be many instances in the following paragraphs that will make you want to punch me in the face...but guess what...you can't...:p...so, proceed with caution, content might highly annoy you, but i'm going to probly just ignore you if you're gonna 'attack' me/call me out for it(or whatever you call it) so it's better to just shut up or click out while you can to avoid getting annoyed bcuz i'm done just watching shiets and being silently annoyed and now i'm gonna be obnoxious n loud n rude n annoying (as usual...when did i ever cosplay the goodie two shoe with generic we all good remarks?) yay. And this post will sound very immature but i guess i've always been immature anyway. So....You've been warned. Thank you. You're welcome.

Takes deep breath...okay. let's go.

lol. so...in the past year or at least couple months...i'm actually way more updated now than i probably have ever been (even though yes i'm sure there are still 75846786586 groups out there i'm still not even aware of compared to the few i know/found out....:( but still...yeah...). back then, if i have no interest in the groups or dunno them...i won't bother watch them even if i am updated on their new releases n so on. The only one thing that never changed is...i still don't like the big popular ones and their fandoms. i doubt this will ever change, but guess what...no need to be all triggered just cuz one person ain't gonna go all praising your popular oh so perfect opparunnir.

I mean...lately i got so uhm...bored? that i even clicked a bts mv for the first time ever...lol...but i didn't manage to make it to the end(maybe not even reach halfway?) it bored me so much so....yeah...(i seem to be careless about my life right now ain't i? lol)..i've been wanting to try their music...ok just a lil part of me 'wanting' (since i'm always so sure their music won't fit my taste just looking at them, or their style or their fans or hype) bcuz i was curious of the crazy hype about them...n their super annoying fandom...seriously i've seen 'em attacking someone at a yt chart just for wishing another group who entered the chart same week as oppar to win no.1...very tacky of them...n of course their trademark of barging into every other unrelated videos in the world to bring up oppar-the most annoying part of them tbvh-....like ugh i wanna punch someone in the face....ok correct that...that'd be too many 'someone'...too much effort to own the top spot for most annoying fandom but i guess every big fandom had their time....and believe it or not...even old fandoms like big bang or snsd etc still can be so annoying n childish so...i shouldn't be surprised...but as far as i keep encountering...right now, bts fans are the top...of my current annoying-fandom listing. lol. (though that maybe cuz exo is no longer at the toppest top of popularity with International fans who are more fickle n go for the trends...i mean just look at aff throughout the years...you can see there's a lot of fickleness in stanning n it's all bout who's trending no such thing for true everlasting love lol-i remember when the top 3 popularity in aff is exo,bap n bts...yes, in that order, or more like exo VS bap...i remember before that everyone's into super junior, shinee, infinite, teentop here...but now??......all accordingly to who's on top in the present now, though don't be sad...there's a lot in exo fandom that r still pretty much as rude and annoying as ever...just went to a site n see how they defend every single ridiculousness and always feel they're being attacked without trying to look from non opppaarrrrrr rational perspective n yet believing they're being rational ...and though twice international fans still amaze me as probly one of the fandoms that bothers the most about haters more than their own idol...i mean i went to watch their MV and most of the top comments were talking bout raging at other fandom that attack them or their antis..they even have name for the antis...this is legit first time i see fandom who cares so much for the hater probly even more than they care for unnirs...poor their idol had to take the backseat...lmao....literally non of the top comments were even talking bout the mv or the girls at the time i went there...tsk idk to laugh or to feel sorry or to feel awwwkward)

ok back to bts, so with their level of hype and all the praises and even the most sarcastic trashy blogs that would shiet on every other group didn't go fullmode y sarcastic on them(perhaps they're scared?)...i was expecting something that yknow...worth it...i guess i expected too much.... especially since their fans always make them sound like their songs are so different out of the world most special snowflake but the snippets that i heard just sound like any other boygroups...the kind of sound that's the reason i don't listen to boygroups much yknow...

or maybe i prefer groups that aren't different ....heh...

anyway, since most of my fav groups are either disbanded or hiatus forever or in 'no no we're not disbanded but we're just disbanded but don't call it that' kinda state...like seriously can you stop being wishy washy bout your status? your fans are on battleground fighting for your not even clear status and yall just post selfie as usual...no matter how much i'm a fan...i can't respect this kinda attitude (uh oh...putting my head in trouble again...nah their fandom not 'great' enough to probly hunt and murder me...or are they? 'gulp')...yeah since theyre mostly in that state...i have ample of space to go roaming looking for random groups to fill those empty spots to root for...

Anyway, to avoid more possibilities of getting murdered by kpop fans(already risked my life bigtime with bts mention up there gulpgulpgulp)...i will just talk about the ones i tried and liked or yeah nothing bad to say...but that doesn't mean i didn't try those i don't choose to talk about...maybe i just don't have anything good to say....especially for girlgroups...since i get more easily motivated to try girlgroup releases compared to boygroup....which i've talked about the reason before, so no need to go there again...(although if this needs to be mentioned...red velvet's rookie is so bad in my personal opinion that it makes me want to go throw millions of punches to whoever say it's good screw freedom of taste n opinion haha...but of course there'd be ppl saying it's good since unnir sing it..imagne if it's by some nugu/rookies...haa...not saying twice songs don't annoy me but rookie is just...not song. oh...and don't even mention clc's hobgoblin....ugh.)

Anyway, without further ado...let's check out my most recent findings...

ps: before that...even though i mentioned just a couple big fandoms here, doesn't make me a lover of other big fandoms on a secret mission trying to bring down your opparunnir...obviously all big fandoms are so annoying to me...so no need to accuse me of trying to bring down oppars bcuz i'm from this n that fandom...typical kpop fandom war drama...the world doesn't revolve around your opparunnir n their messy annoying fandoms n the rivals...ugh. and please be aware that hating fandom attitude+not impressed by your oppar doesn't make one a hater...kpop fans just go around calling every other ppl who don't have praises for opparunnir as haters...like.....eh.....

1. K.A.R.D - Don't Recall

This is their second predebut project...which now only makes me even more nervous...because again, they released something really solid. I may be in the minority who actually love Oh Nana more than this one though, but this one still captured me on first listen...and not on 3895734890540786th listen like how kpop fans always insist when you say their opparunnir song don't sound good...if you need to listen to a song so many times to make bad change to good in your ears...that only means you're doing self brainwashing to make yourself like it cuz you want to like it...easy as that. So don't even try that argument with me...even though for some songs it did took me two listens to change my opinion. i know...at least it's not 3895734890540786, and for those songs...it's not like the first time i found the song blah terrible...it's just that they're just ok but didn't made me go whoa...but on the second listen...i went whoa...so yeah...

Anyway, BM sings in this one....a pleasant surprise though i was caught offguard since i expected J.Seph to sing before BM would ever. J.Seph seems to be more into singing after observing them in random performances or appearances in shows. (i still can't get over J.Seph singing to Hindi song like what...didn't see that coming)...anyway, BM exceeded my expectation with that surprise and now it made me wonder if Somin would do that too. by Rapping. lol. bcuz BM n Somin to me, seems to be leaning on the safe side and J.Seph and Jiwoo seems more like the type who would surprise me by showing a variety of sides to them. Speaking of that, Jiwoo had like one line rap...still not enough to call her a rapper or say she rapped in the song, more like talk...but still better than nothing(i can't believe i saw comment saying Jiwoo deserve less singing line than Somin bcuz Somin trained longer or cuz Jiwoo is a rapper....like whaat....come up with better excuses...those are really lame. can you imagine the tragedy that'd happen if a singer trained for 10 years but sound horrible grouped with a singer trained for a month but is super good and the 10 year one become main vocalist just cuz of that? Kpop doesn't work like that honey, i know seniority is big thing but it doesn't work that way -although i'm not saying Somin is bad by that example...but Somin n Jiwoo are equally good and different so why not give them equal?- and hearing their song, you can tell Somin did get more parts, which is a shame since Jiwoo's voice provides a contrast to Somin's and that could add layers and textures and depth to the song...isn't that the point of being a group? to enrich the final product from each members' contribution? I hope their producer would look more into this...) But still, the line distribution isn't that tragic as i might have made it sound...i've seen worse with other groups plenty of times....and i'm happy to have a male member now singing instead of just male=rappers, female=singers, That's one step forward from their rather typical formation in Oh Nana where the female members sing n the male rap just like any other coed groups.

Now....i'm more worried for their next release and ultimately their debut. What if they can't top their own awesomeness and people's growing expectation? Nevertheless...i'm quite proud(for no legit reason) when i saw netbuzz sharing their article and the majority demographic of commenters are people of the age ...some of biggg name oppar groups majority demographics are always 10+ girls. It's nice to capture the attention of adult.

Great. Now i've to run for my life from kids.

ps: i notice lately i keep seeing comments from people saying they're overrated, they're nothing special n blabla...lol. although i understand it's a different opinion n taste n perspective...i can't help seeing this as the masterpieces of some fandoms feeling the threat...idk..the way those comments are conveyed just reeks jealousy, insecurity n trying to put them down rather than an impartial comment they're trying to appear....hmm (i have very good instinct btw...lol...yay for self praise)...from their nasty way of commenting...i can think of a couple fandoms already....:p

Yeasss, KARD you've already succeeded making fans of all those oh so highly n oh so different opparunnir so restless now...what a great achievement...even more than getting whatever million views even before debut n not coming from big3. Get that hate!love~

pps: ohh kard held a twitter event earlier...it's interesting to see....Jiwoo surprisingly seems good in english but why am i not surprised? Somin's english isn't as great but i love how she's still confidently use her not perfect english to correspond with the fans, J.Seph had some funny responses...as expected. -one fan asked when will he noticed the fan n he answered 'now!' lol...and he promoted April & April Song too yay!!! and BM...always dependable...n just bm...

2. Melodyday - Kiss On The Lips

The title didn't pique my interest. it sounded like boring and generic girlgroup song. You know what....i've listened to Melodyday song before they even debuted as idolgroup singer i think...when they're singing ost...i listened to one of their ost and liked it. Then they debuted and i never felt the motivation to try them at that time. But last year i kinda got my kpop activation mode on back so i tried their song when Color came out and i really like the MV that was really splashing with bright pretty colours n no dark symbolism, just them n the colours and a guy who always looks bored no matter how they try to attract his attention, the song is alright, not outstanding but not bad/cringe either. I liked that the members had distinctive style and colours in that MV that i managed to learn who's who quite fast...and now in this new MV...i got a little lost...i feel like i could only recognize Yein if they all have same hair...lucky that Yoomin maintains the blond so she's recognizable but a lil disappointed Yeoeun suddenly no longer with short hair which i think really matches her well...and I can't recognize Chahee with lighter makeup....she's so striking in Color with that glamorous styling.

Anyway, on to the song Kiss on the Lips...i think it's a rare case we're having here where i like the verse more than the chorus which i guess is supposed to make me feel it's catchy...but i just don't like it much especially the hook that almost made me not want to try the song when their teaser came out...the verses and the guitar intro outro elevated this song's status in my ears and helped to song to made way into my playlist. lol.

The song is pretty catchy and i can't believe half the comments are arguing whether or not the setting/MV resembles wonder girls or not. who cares? just shut up and listen to music if you want to or just idk go? ugh. idk why would anyone watch mv to just be fixated on the set of all things...

And, speaking of Color...i was so charmed by the colorful MV that i was so ready to be a fan and even learned the members' name to face...which i'm lazy to do unless i'm interested to get into a group n not just enjoy their music as casual listener with no interest...but when i tried their other promoted songs...idk...i'm just disappointed...it feels like they're trying too hard to fit into concept they obviously don't fit like typical y concept etc when they already have concepts that fit them like with Color or their ballads/ost(did you hear their ost for lotte webdrama 7 First Kisses? now, that song is so catchy n lovely n fits them...shame they didn't promote this)...they always look awkward trying to be y onstage n that kinda takes away my enjoyment...hey, not all girlgroups need to fit into the generic y vs cute mould.....even with their new song...i watched a perf n i don't think i'd want to watch more...they're good singers but the company needs to realize they need not go the generic path...

So...that kinda made me stay on the fence instead of jumping in...

3. Beatwin - Don't Leave, Rising Sun

Two songs? Actually the newest release is Don't Leave but i decided to just drag Rising Sun in as well...

I first discover Beatwin through the kville chart i'm following too eversince Bulldok's existence...so all my discoveries lately are all thanks to Bulldok really...the chart itself mighty annoys me with popular group fans always making it lame...and complaining whenever opparunnir don't chart high or go attacking other groups supporters like whaat...

The first Beatwin song i saw in the chart was....i don't remember the title but it kinda made me cringe with them tryina dance uhhhh.......ily i guess? but it came out mad awkward and i was just cringing here getting secondhand embarrassment since it's just so awkward...or maybe the chart took the most awkward part to include in their snippet and i didn't care enough to check out the whole song cuz obviously...if the snippet didn't pique my interest why should i? the song didn't sound like i'd like it too...

Then Rising Sun came out....

..and it actually debuted #1 in the staffs chart (of course not in main chart....overrated opparunnir fandoms forbid!!!)...and i was tempted enough to give it a try after seeing the funky hairdo and those retro ganngstaish style + song that sounds actually different than generic boygroup sound and pretty chill and catchy. i mean that combination got me curious...usually with those funky style you'd already see them boygroups jumping around energetically to the usual generic upbeat music...but this sound kinda different...so i went to try the full song...i was impressed at first seeing them just walking around but when the rap begins it kinda lost me...n the verses too...i guess i just like the chorus/intro more than the rest of the song but overall it's alright...but i did went to look for info on the group n it seemed they're not really a rookie and has had quite some releases n been around for a couple years...not surprised i dunno them since like i said i hardly bother keeping up with boygroups n i'm sure there are soooooo much more i never even heard of...actually even for girlgroups...there's been wayy too many new ones the past few years that it's hard for them to stand out unless they really just stand out....haa.

Anyway after a few listens, i think now i like the song more...haha...

Then recently....there's a new release...Don't Leave...

...and i must say i am impressed. Eventhough it sound like just another ballad...

First, their MV...they're just walking again...like in Rising Sun...i mean in this era of all MVs trying too hard to be edgy or dark or show complicated scraps of scenes to show there's an intricate plot n insert i********i signs here and there...and then there's a very simplistic video of them just walking from start to end MV...i like that!!! Now this is how you make yourself stand out! And another plus point for having the guts to go fullmode ballad to a single they promote on shows...do you know how many times i was disappointed bcuz i was hoping ZE:A would make a ballad or just something different sounding as their title songs rather than the lame generic brave bros songs? or songs that just sound too generic cuz they're obviously too talented to let their talents be buried under lame songs? Now i'm not always a fan of ballad when it comes off as snoozefest...but when it's done well, and sounds pretty then i like it. I'm just so disappointed about so many things about ZE:A and they're like the only boygroup i cared and cheered on almost as much as i did for Battle....but there's just too many disappointments...i mean how could they have Kevin and wasted him that much? Just thinking of that alone is outrageous. ...maybe i'm just whiny since i'm not a fan of Hyungsik+Dongjun voices...and they're always making up the majority of song especially Dongjun... when the group had so many other awesome different voices n talents to offer...

I'm still too lazy to learn who's who...even with MASC...it took me so much self convincing to do that and since they had just four members and all had different hairstyles i gave in....n learnt who's who...

Back to the Beatwin MVs, the comments kinda annoy me though...like all the big bang related comments...like i get it they remind you of big bang....i mean for that rising sun song, i also felt like it's something the old big bang could've sung(though now their songs are just 'insert noncomplimenting words that can't be mentioned cuz i don't wanna get killed yet by crazy fangirls somemore'...but do you have to come to a video just to freaking say that??? The world doesn't revolve around your oppars. i remember hating Battle's Step by Step bcuz the song n style kinda has big bang vibe n the fans are saying it's cuz it's the same composer while the nonfans only were commenting abt the comparison...the whole situation just annoyed me so much... like...i don't even like Big Bang stuffs and all the big bang mention in their vid annoys me to see that i'd rather not bother come near their vids of that song whether mv or perfs. So i kinda neglected Battle at that time. and then here, there's another thousand comment just to say that same thing...like....whaaat? i want to slap someone already. And at another video...a comment trying to promote Cross Gene cuz they might disband soon...like....gurl....go bring your sob story to BTS video...they always bring their oppars to other artistes videos....why not bring some to theirs? Or EXO, or Twice? i mean....this group is already unpopular n here the only place they could shine...their own damn video n you go promote another one....what a sad situation....ugh....i mean why would ppl at this video care if your oppar disbanding....hey my opparunnir all disbanded but i never go to another artistes videos asking ppl to support them(how?)....bcuz it's just disrespectful. i support my opparunnir by buying their albums and promoting them where it's not offensive towards other singers.

And then i saw another comment saying they have a song that's better but ignored...so i went to check the song out....

Well, i don't find it as great as the new releases...maybe cuz it's pretty standard kpop song...though it somehow reminds me of Nine Muses....n i love Nine Muses songs...but yeah...i'm more petty when it comes to boygroups...is this song by Sweetune? is all i'm wondering lol...the MV is pretty standard too (definitely doesn't hold a candle to MVs of them just walking dramatically, haha...what do the youngin kpop fans call it?...aesthetic? uhh something like that...)...so nothing much...song is alrite but not worth dramatic shoutout bout it methinks.

4. BP Rania - Make Me Ah

Time for looonggggg intro. proceed with caution of getting multiple yawns. you've been warned.

Okay...if you've known me for a long time on the net...you might know this but if not....

Are you surprised that i was kinda a Rania stan? yeah with their debut song Dr.Feel Good

...lol. i was kinda obsessed that i dare say i downloaded like at least 90% of their vids at that time? okay...so i'll admit it's mostly due to my bias, Riko...she just caught my attention with how charismatic she was and how badass she was at live singing while half or more of the members lipsync(probly the ones who were always live right from the beginning were Riko, Jooyi and Xia)...and still hardly anyone talked about her....i'm drawn to those kinda members you know...the awesome one hardly anyone care...If you've watched any of my solo compilation projects on youtube...which is a super draining thing to do....well, my love/obsession for Riko's awesomeness instigated the whole thing...she was the first one i made...followed by Siwan whom at that time started to be known as actor and it annoyed me that nobody cared for his awesome singing n even rapping. n the rest followed. She even inspired one of my first long fics that i unfortunately was unable to complete bcuz somewhere along the way...i lost all my confidence bcuz of a comment...funny? idk why i was so bothered considering the commenter didn't even know me and just assumed the fic would go towards typical/predictable route...my own pathetic self fault for being so easily shaken by something i already know not even remotely true.

I stopped following Rania after Riko quit the group....guess i've to admit i'm more of Riko fan than Rania fan...boo...but they had too many member jumble up and change, member leaving and coming back...it's a mess...well, and even when Riko was still in and they release Style...mediaplayed for being produced by YG...i already dislike it...i never like anything YG...i didn't like the MV, the style, the song, and how it took away from Rania's awesome image...though Pop Pop Pop already kinda tamed their style overrall to be more public friendly...but it still felt Rania(and lol i even preferred a bravebros song than yg??)....even though in Style, Riko was the sole main vocalist with Jooyi taking break...it wasn't enough to make me care...so i guess i've left Rania even before Riko left. I was actually waiting to get back to them after the YG hoopla is done...but after that Riko already quit....T^T...or at that time...taking temporary break for studies and later changed to quit n not coming back.

Wait...why am i telling you my Rania history,...lol.

Enjoy the perf of Masquerade, song that was promoted after Dr.Feel Good and probly was Rania's classiest concept with mysterious n charismatic flair. Your unnirs can't come close to their level of charisma. trust me...or just watch.

Then...Rania continued with member changes n more member changes i suppose...not that i follow them anymore. oh, did you know Rania was originally Babyvox 3rd generation or something during predebut? Well, at least half or more of Rania members were in there...idk why they insist on keeping this babyvox thingy...i remember Babyvox Re.V or something...the 2nd generation debuted in 2007...underrated but they sound pretty good n i like the song Never Say Goodbye. Well, there were a lot of girlgroup debuts in 2007 all drowned since girlgroups weren't big back then n all the hypes were taken by SNSD n Wonder Girls. KARA was lucky they're even considered failure at that time bcuz it showed they managed to get attention while mostly came n went unnoticed n uncared for...like my fav Storm...sobs, justice for my underrated awesome girls T^T. No offense though even if they consider KARA a failure, Sunghee's vocals alone can blow the other popular groups main vocals outta water seriously... n at least KARA had the most different concept out of the popular girlgroups...WG debuted with y schoolgirl concept, and SNSD with girly girls highkick in short skirts but KARA bring in the badass gangsta...shame all changed after Sunghee's departure n ppl never remembered the glorious days of KARA. and in case you dunno what babyvox is...it's first gen girlgoup where Yoon Eunhye came from...i think they're pretty popular, probly right behind SES n Finkl. but i never really cared to try their stuffs except their songs covered by their juniors...but yeah never really go watch their own vids. Not like i watch SES or Finkl too. lol. Chakra is still probly the most unique one xD.

Okay, enough history time...

Long story short, BP Rania is a reformed version of Rania....today, only one member of the original Rania is in this group but something better than nothing i guess....

I found this song through a perf (not really this one but whatever...the perf i found looked cooler since they're wearing long pants but i'm lazy to look back for it...this one i'm posting here is pretty good since it sounds clear)

I'm like wait...whaaat? this is pretty cool...regardless of whatever lyrics bcuz frankly kpop lyrics rarely impress me or even satisfy my low standard/requirement but SM probly have worse lyrics...so...

I really don't want to stan foreign member for the sake of it...i keep noticing in kpop...international fans always have extra love for International members/non Korean members/or Korean American etc. and i'm like...it can't be a coincidence when it happens all the freaking time...;) ...plus the foreign members rarely stand out for amazing singing talents whatsoever sorry to say n serve more as mascots to get more foreign countries' interest...but i can't help be drawn to her out of curiosity n amusement cuz i feel Alex really does stand out even moreso for being foreign member cuz..isn't she like the first non Asian member in kpop group? that's a huge groundbreaking in kpop i guess...nothing wrong or to argue since if Westerners shouldn't be in kpop, then same rule should apply to Japanese/Chinese/Thai/etc members in kpop groups. she has this dorky clueless feel yet still charismatic when performing n i like how she sound somehow(though for her sake of being a kpop group member i hope she'd continue to improve her Korean, it's kinda awkward seeing other girls speak Korean with each other n she just laughs in response all the time unless they speak english a bit to her...)...n the other members are mostly charismatic too....what shook me the most is finding a member that reminded me of Riko...like she looked kinda like Riko...and her vocals remind me of Riko too...like who are you???? okay...she's Zi.U. I got my eyes on her and i might check out their next release...maybe...if it's as good as this one. (i see comments saying Alex and Hyeme would be forming a subunit..and i'm interested...since Alex has her charms and Hyeme is one of their two solid power vocals alongside Zi.U)

Overall, i like that they're charismatic just like the Rania i know even if most members are different than the one i know...their voices aren't as distinctive or powerful as Rania save for a couple members...actually even for Rania..only half the group were solid good awesome singers and always sing live too. but they're so good they covered up for the lacking ones who rarely sing their lines live anyway...that, and the whole team's charisma that was no joke. Here, everyone are fairly decent at singing which is a relief, it seems even Saem(the only original member left in the group, now named Yina) who used to be one of the weak link, now sound solid even with not much lines just like before...but hey, it's better to have improvement. I appreciate it. Maybe they can give her more lines after this.

What surprised me the most was...after downloading their mp3...i found that their live actually sounded way better(for some members)...than the recorded like whaaat.

Anyway, i want to end this with my favouritest cover from Rania...they sound so flawless....and this isn't BP Rania...but Rania...the original lineup before all the member changes. and they sound so flawless live. (especially my bias, bcuz i'm biased. lol...but really even though i guess most ppl just notice Jooyi when it comes to vocals)

sobs.

i miss Riko T^T.

and i love how they backed each other's singing parts adding harmony n so on...i don't get why i often see kpop groups just let a member sing their part even when it's too long/continuous and could use some backing help to make the flow smoother and the impact prettier...yet they always just shut up when it's not their solo parts...like what even is the point of being in group if you're just going to separately sing n don't show some teamwork other than the chorus parts where everyone sings? sadly that probly happen in at least 90% groups...or most likely, more...

5. Mr.Not Human/Im Han Byul - Beautiful(cover)

The song is just so so for me(covers self to prepare from being thrown rocks by Goblin fans)...yeah so apparently this song was from the much hyped Goblin's ost...which...whatever...

But...i can't complaint...i get so excited and happy everytime i see this dude upload new cover. Whatever the song is...his voice would be the highlight anyway...unless the song captures my attention so much. And that rarely happen with his song choices. haha...oh well...maybe one day he will sing a song i actually love...hey i can dream right.

The scenery is beautiful btw.

No more words are needed. I've fangirled his awesomeness wayy too many times here. so i'm ending it here for now.

6. Jo Moon Geun Band/Moonband - I Am Deathly Ill (???really???)

Lo and behold...how did i not realized this one's existence for like almost a week when i was just searching for their comeback? apparently i last searched like one day before they actually release their latest album....ugh.

The song is just okay...a part of the mv made me raise eyebrow...but i guess after having seen multiple more disturbing kpop MVs...i'm just a lil indifferent...n since i'm not entirely sure of what happened...i feel like letting it slide but i really hope no fish or whatever that is died in the making of the vid...haa.

Overall, the MV has probably the most bleak tone/feel to it out of their other MVs i guess mostly from the muted colours...though Say Something was in black and white...(might as well throw their other MVs here: Blowing in the Wind & also lil - all different music style yet somehow still feels...them)

I may not be big fan of the song but what i can say is i'm already started on my project translating my fav song from their new release :)

Okay, one thing that annoyed me though...the first comment i see on their vid is talking bout Stellar...i'm like whaat...so apparently they moved agency to Stellar's agency...which i'm not sure is a good move or not...they even had one track that featured Stellar's Hyoeun...before this they're in Jungle.ent...and some of their tracks were co-written/co-composed by MIB members...and those tracks happen to be some of my favs too...but MIB disbanded anyway...i'm just not sure how their musicality would change with being in new company n it makes me nervous....this release seem a lil mellow compared to Band of Bros that was full of characters...but there shouldn't be much change other than by themselves...since most of their tracks are always fully composed and written by them save for one or two that are usually co-composed.

But thing is...why do i need to see Stellar comments on my oppar video??? like ain't nobody care who's whose brother or sister group...ugh...if you know me...you'd know i don't hate stellar at all, and i actually kinda got into them last year but i'm so tired by idol fans attitude...keep shoving opparunnir name in other group's vid...while this may not be as bad as bts since they're referring the band as 'stellar's brother group' implying there's a relation to the mention...i'm like...whaat...puhleeze...they're just barely transferred into this agency n they've had a musical career of their own for years to just be someone's bro group...so this is like newly adopted brother?...i didn't even see their real brother/sister groups back in jungle ent...MIB n 4TEN to call them opparunnir 'brother' group...like 'cringe'...ugh. even in their vlive, ppl are bringing up stellar in their comments...i'm like ugh...i need to punch some peeps in the face...

lmao. i wanted to punch so many kiddies in the face. tsktsk...bad me.

ps: shoulda titled this 'punch me in the face'

Ending it with...

Somehow...while preparing for this post...which takes a couple of days to prepare bit by bit btw...i've been listening to this again a lot...n the feels making me want to write an angst fic...but lately the only group i could picture for fic is kard...and....idk if the premise i had in mind would be well accepted for a barely debuted group....erk...even the one i did for ss501 got some fans raging at me...:/

Cuz apparently...fanfic is REAL!!

huh...

Wow; I did not realize this until you said it but it's true: ifans really are more fickle in their biases, meaning they don't stay with the group as long. Ever Lasting... Friends xDDDDDDD (Suju fandom name). LOLLLLLLL THE ONCE COMMENTARY LOLLLLL. I am once, too, and... unfortunately... I feel the reason they keep mentioning haters is bc they are insecure. For me, I am totally insecure~ bc often what haters say about Twice is not even hating but the truth :(. In Once case I feel the truth is too loud and they are trying hard to shut it out so they can keep liking Twice. I don't really that insecure though bc I don't care if they succeed or not xDDD. This is bad but I feel they should be thankful already for what they already had and don't even need more unless they suddenly become maybe 5x better :/. OMG HAHHAHHA hobgoblin is popular rn! But I also didn't have interest to check it out... I think if I don't have interest I do'nt check things bc I find it takes too much effort for me. The too much effort is I would easily get into liking them and then liking groups turn into being too draining for me. Even the ones that I effortlessly liked... I guess it can even be the fickle (international-like) thing? Like I loved Seonhwa and Secret and I probably still will but in their case, I feel conflicted bc there are other things I don't like about the group anymore. Like I don't recognize what they look like now, but also I think whenever I see kpop groups for a long time I become less and less deluded about them just being regular people making choices that I'm not enthusiastic about:it's not a happy all the time bubble.

Why do you say oppar? It's just oppa.
