He isn't. He doesn't have any active schedules with EXO at the moment. This all mostly started just because he wasn't with EXO when they came back to Korea from Japan or China I believe. He might have booked a separate flight or left earlier or something like that. Don't worry. Remember he loves EXO but he loves acting as well... I honestly think he's going to be the Siwon of EXO rather than how people are saying that he's going to be the Kibum of EXO. Since Siwon does do a lot of acting but still does things with SJ.

He was not there with exo when they have rehersal cause he had photoshoot for his upcoming drama, yet he came down real fast with no rest just to come to be with exo as EXO D.O. I say, we don't need to doubt him cause he is one fine loyal person. Lay too proved how devoted he is. Let's just not get carried away with articles that are just based on rumors and assumptions. If any of them leaves, then it's what it is. Nothing can be done.
If he wants to leave then so be it, you can't force him to stay you know. He should focus on himself, on his dreams, not on his fans. He can do whatever he wants, and his fans should just accept it.
