there's pretty much only good memories with jiwoo. #2 of maknae line, the girl was one of the first to approach haneul and make her feel welcomed, and haneul had always secretly wanted to be friends with her, so hEY everything works out !! despite looking and being so young, jiwoo was so charming and passionate and hard working - and exactly haneul's sense of humor. jiha is a big ship in trv and the two girls acknowledge it - i like to think of them as the 95 line of trv, even if neither of them are 95 line. the two have always had a good relationship due to their personalities and similar abilities to be amiable and very befriendable and such. they, of course, have lots of fun and make lots of jokes together and like to torture trv with their puns but they also have lots of deep talks because these young yet mature children have such in-depth opinions on everything ( as you probably know hah ) and they really like talking to each other about issues because they both have v good arguments and they both challenge each other so much in everything ( even like rap and stuff yknow ) and yes v good relationship bc balance is key and haneul always tells the dongsaeng to sTOP CUSSING but jjyujjyu don't care obviously ene also fun fact : behind the scenes of cameras and judgmental people otl, haneul likes calling jiwoo 's' bc her nickname, jjyujjyu, sounds like jjeejjee ( the korean 'slang' word for s NYEHEHEHEH ).jiwoo - yah // bread tanner // jjyujjyu

it's hard to visualize whatever seohwa was doing when bang pd revealed their group name, but whatever it was, haneul loved it. haneul and seohwa have fairly similar senses of humor, since they both can be sarcastic and have a tendency to roast people, or something of the sorts. seohwa can always make haneul laugh with her shakespeare quotes and gordon ramsey "impersonations" and she can always make her happy with her british accent and amazing food. haneul's first impression of seohwa, however, wasn't...the best. due to seohwa's knack to, er, not look so welcoming all the time, haneul was pretty intimidated by the unni, despite the difference between them being only a year and 2 centimeters. because of this, haneul had always been scared to approach seohwa, but seeing seohwa with the other members, she started to find out more about her personality and all that. the two girls started to make an effort to get to know each other and now their relationship is built on loyalty and trust and reliability. seohwa's always looking out for the other girls, and in return, haneul likes to pay special attention to seohwa, especially because of her anxiety attacks and other results of her personality. also, seohwa's insecurities remind haneul of her own mindset as a trainee - always striving for perfection, wanting to break down the preset image for herself. haneul's always very cautious around seohwa because she understands that she doesn't want pity and she's definitely not the type to want to hear the generic "it's okay, everything will get better", so she just makes sure she's always there to hug seohwa and do whatever the unni needs to calm down, be it rocking her to sleep or even just leaving her alone. they're lowkey a ship because haneul's always trying to keep an eye out for seohwa, especially on broadcasts and such, and if you watch closely, you can always see haneul reaching out to give seohwa's shoulder a reassuring squeeze. basically, these two joke around a lot and their surface relationship is great, as is their deeper relationship, what with them being able to talk to each other and rant and be there to encourage each other.seohwa unni // *fob accent* sseu - tella ~ ! // my daughter

meixie is pretty intimidating to lots of people, and haneul ( who, obviously, gets intimidated pretty easily -- ) was no exception, especially predebut. meixie was so much older and experienced than a lot of the trainees and her charisma and confidence was just so...so MUCH. haneul was always in a state of respect and awe as she admired meixie from the sidelines. when the trv lineup was revealed, haneul was pretty excited to get close to meixie because ha ha hey ssen unni on your side is always good !! she didn't really know how to start a relationship with the cool leader unni, though, but luckily, meixie took it upon herself, maybe because of a leader thing, to get to know her members, and haneul was able to bond with her. due to their pretty big , they have a more respectful relationship than haneul has with the other members and haneul finds herself going to meixie the most for advice and insight on stuff and she loves listening to meixie ( and namjoon, on another note ) just talk about what inspires them and what intrigues them and what motivates them and what angers them and just everything they feel basically. meixie taught haneul a lot in terms of lyric writing and rapping and haneul really does respect her. she rarely ever challenges meixie to a rap battle unless she's feeling like "hey let's give our viewers something to laugh at" because she knows she'll lose so wHY TRY. haneul also likes making meixie laugh and feels very accomplished when she does. extra note : meixie's korean name is maesi, but haneul always used to mess up and say maengsi because it was more comfortable for her pronunciation i guess and now she just calls her that. mayday is used when haneul's more hyper then usual or when she urgently needs meixie, and it's said in the panicky way you'd expect. when mamamoo's song 'girl crush' came out, haneul immediately thought of tsuta. who didn't, honestly. tsuta is the type of person who's not easy to forget. she had the heart and desire to get close to all the members and build deep relationships with all of them, which made it fairly easy for haneul to get along with her and open up to her. tsuta has made herself a ship with practically all of trv and haneul is no exception. tsuta has definitely proved herself to be the boyfriend of trv and even haneul finds herself being more skinshippy around her. sure she likes the occasional pat, but when it comes to tsuta, she can be a bit more touchy. besides all that, though, the two really do get along well. tsuta has so much insight and is very similar to haneul in her thought process, just that haneul's not as...intense as her. they have a lot of good thought-invoking conversations and tsutas taught haneul a lot. their relationship has pretty much always been the same, just starting off a bit quieter until they slowly started to get closer and closer. the two care for each other deeply and i'd like to think tsuta likes to let loose a bit more around haneul since the 98 liner is just as crazy. also : these two are the non-decision makers of trv. they both overthink things way too much and you can't even ask them where they want to eat omlmoto unni // jokbal girl // namjachingu

"yeoreum is my go-to when it comes to killing spiders, but she's also my go-to for some peace and quiet. when it comes to yeonie, you really have to put in an effort if you want a fruitful relationship with her, and i think that's pretty healthy."

haneul did not know how to act around or treat yeoreum at first - the millennial was so very different compared to, well, anyone, and haneul found it very hard to understand her mindset, but she really wanted to. during trv's trainee days, yeoreum didn't talk to anyone, and haneul was no exception, but as a few months passed, haneul started initiating conversation more. due to her observance skills, she started to pick up on yeoreum's personality and mentality and she found out really how much more there was to the little girl. initially, it was kind of off-setting because yeoreum seemed kind of cynical and it didn't look like she'd open up to the girls any time soon, but haneul has gotten used to her and things are much less awkward than when they first met. when she finds yeoreum staring at her, haneul now just smiles back. haneul tends to be a bit more calm, collected, and mature around the maknae - one, because she knows yeoreum doesn't appreciate her humor ( believe me, she's tried -- ), and two, because she wants to help yeoreum feel comfortable, and how is she gonna do that if she keeps making her puns oh lord, and three, because she's maknae and however mature she is haneul still feels like she should take care of her. their bond is a quiet one, but haneul nows that yeoreum has a good heart and ( hopefully ) knows how haneul tries and appreciates that. haneul is, as previously said, pretty sure yeoreum can take care of herself, but she's still pretty protective over the girl, doing little things like making sure she's eating, making sure she follows them off stage on time, making sure she's included as much as possible. ultimately, haneul's always giving the effort to make yeoreum comfortable. and btw her producing skills are a1 -- extra note : goyo is just a cute name derived from yeoreum's last name and first name syllable. it's used usually when they see each other for a first time, like in the morning, after a styling break, etc. "goyo !! good morning !! *pats the seat next to her*"yeonie , yeon-ah // goyo // "oi, maknae"

quinn jang, quinn jang, quinn jang !! everyone knew who she was, haneul included. at first, she was kind of excited because it sounded like the two were pretty similar - both from new york, both given the 'easy' way, both despised. haneul thought they would be able to relate well, but quinn is a whole different story. she oozed confidence and charisma. she was talented, she was the next big thing, she was better than everyone and she knew it. usually, this kind of confidence would just intimidate haneul, but quinn kind of set haneul off. just haneul's own opinions, but haneul didn't like quinn's laziness, her nonchalantness, or her mindset. while haneul worked hard to make her own name, quinn was busy embracing hers and, might i add, not actively doing anything to change it, must less improve it. quinn was confident, too confident, and haneul didn't like how she knew how on top she was and took advantage of it. when the lineup was revealed, haneul...had mixed feelings. she didn't know how things would fare with seeing quinn on a daily basis ( or, rather, whenever she chose to come out ), but quinn proved her wrong. sure her initial impression wasn't the best, but her actual first impression was much better. she greeted her with a smile, a genuine looking one, and haneul realized how hypocritical it was of her to judge someone like quinn, like her. there was nothing really wrong with haneul's presumptions about quinn, it's just the negative light she shone on those opinions. quinn definitely was confident and she knew she was the best, but she does have a good heart and deeply cares for her loved ones. maybe she has yet to learn the importance between true relationships built on trust and loyalty, but for now, her and haneul get along fairly well, even if haneul's the least closest with her than anyone else. quinn's honestly never done anything rude or bad directly to haneul, so their relationship is pretty chill. but that's all it is. haneul talks the least to her ( bc what is there to say -- ), but they don't have an awkward relationship. they converse well, can laugh together, and ultimately get along on the surface, with sketchy thoughts behind the scenes since haneul constantly worries about quinn's behavior and attitude and who knows what quinn thinks of haneul. i think right now it's just a matter of time before the two can fully open up to each other. extra note : these two are rarely on an 'unni / dongsaeng' basis since they're both americanized ( or new yorkized ) so that stuff doesn't really matter to them. haneul usually just calls her unni on broadcasts.
