GIRL TALK: Cups

{DISCLAIMER} There will be talk about menstruation in this blog. If you are sensitive to this very natural process of the female productive system I suggest you exit the post. But I assume you know this by the title, so this note was unnecessary XP

Has anyone used a menstrual cup before?

I am very interested in this, but I don't personally know anyone who has used them. I am getting sick of tampons. I have to change them too often and I don't want to use the super plus size. Also, you can't wear them to bed for health reason. I have to wear pads at night and I dislike pads at times. Their messy and uncomfortable on heavy days. I'm comfortable with tampons. I can insert them pretty well, therefore I think I am ready to try out a cup.

The problem is I don't know where to start. What brand? What size? What's the best way to insert one? Do I actually need to check the position of my cervix? What is the best way to do that? I've watched some videos on Youtube but I'm still lost.

If you have used a cup before please leave your experience and advice below.

I wish I could tell you more but even I have nevre used then. though I know a friend of mine that uses it is and her main reason is that it is a lot cheaper than the whole tampon pad thing. she still used pads and other things from time to time and she said that it is just a thing to try. because everyone has a taste. So I cant really tell you if they are better or not. But I want to try them too. They are saver than tampons that you shouldnt wear fro too long and cheaper in the end. Not that i dont have the money. I just hate spending it on pain, ya know XD
