Physical conditions, none.  Mental conditions, I have repetitive depressive disorder, possible bipolar disorder and possible PTSD.

Three times.  Last time was about November-ish when I twisted my ankle (I admitted myself for an X-ray).  Before that was 2005 when I attempted suicide (overdose, was told to drink charcoal, was disgusting).  Before that, I was born.

Yes.  And I am waiting for "Finding Dory".

Anywhere where I can find a pair that fit.

If you mean the big guy in the red suit, I was about 8.  If you mean everything that makes up Santa, I still believe in it.  And yes, I am stupid because I know that all of the things that make up Santa - good will to all, selfless giving, happiness, jolly nature, etc. - don't exist in this world.
