35 Questions. Because what else do I have to do right now?

1. How did you come up with your user name and what does it mean?

I am a Sunny x Yuri shipper, and apparently we are called SunRisers (because SunRi).  And since I'm a SHIPper, I thought "Why not be the Captain?".

Although I think I want to change it soon.

2. Which is your most subscribed to story?

That would be "The Morning of Passion" [RATED M], with 94 subscribers.  Although for some reason, AFF wouldn't let me take off the "Subscribers Only" option until recently for that, which might explain a lot.

3. Why did you pick your user photo/thumbnail?

It's Sunny and Yuri together.

4. Who is your AFF bestie?

I have a few.

5. Is there a fanfic that you keep going back to read again and again?

Of someone elses? I don't think so. I rarely read fanfics (but if you have a good recommendation then please let me know.)
Of my own?  Probably "Where Fairy Tales Come From".

6. How many stories are you subscribed to?

10. Most of them are contests or stores though.

7. Which AU do you find yourself writing the most?

I don't think I write in AUs specifically.  "Catch Me If You Can" was a fantasy AngelsAU, but most of them are just an alternative to real life.  "Where Fairy Tales Come From", for example, just took Girls' Generation and had them working as waitresses and not as idols.  But everything else would be perfectly reasonable to expect in real life.

8. How many friends do you have?

113

9. Is there something you'd like to write about but are afraid of people judging you for it? (Feeling brave? If so, share it!)

No, I don't think there is.  Whatever I write about is usually for me, and I only post it on here if I am happy for people to read it.  Other than that, I keep them for myself.

10. Is there anything you would like to be better at on aff? Writing, graphic design (posters), replying to comments, updating regularly, etc..?

Writing.  To be honest, as much as I love my stories, I'm a terrible writer.  Regardless of what other people say.

11. How many subscribers do you have?

203, with 169 unique subscribers and no co-authored subscribers.

12. How many stories have you posted online to this day (finished and unfinished)?

6.  Well, 6 on here anyway.  I think there are a few more elsewhere.

13. How many stories do you have saved in your writing program?

27.  I think many of these are stories I've started and abandoned completely, or some I would not release here anyway.

14. Do you write down story ideas, or just keep them in your head?

Some of them are in my head, some are written down, and some are developed into actual plots, depending on how I feel about the story.

15. Have you ever co-authored a story?

No.

16. How did you discover AFF?

I wrote "The Evening of the Storm" a while ago and shared it with an old friend, and she said to post it on here and see what people thought of it.  I've been here ever since.

For which I am sorry.

17. Do you consider yourself to be a popular or famous author on AFF?

Nope.

18. Do you have a nickname or fandom name for your readers?

Nope.

19. Was there an AFF author who inspired or encouraged you to write?

Nope.  Well, not really.  A couple of my friends have said I can write, but nobody has inspired me or really given me huge amounts of encouragement, if that makes sense.

20. How many karma points do you have?

390

21. What writing advice would you give to a beginning author?

Write.  Keep writing.  And reading.  Write as much as you can, even if it's terrible.  Just write.  If you want to write, then write.  It might be awful at first but don't worry. Just write what you want to write and keep doing it.  You will improve.  And read too.  Read other stories, other fanfictions.  Really get a feel for what you want to write.

22. Do you plot out your stories, or do you just figure it out as you go?

I at least have the plot in my mind.  Lately I have been fleshing them out more on paper.

23. Have you ever gotten a bad review or comment on a story? If so, what did you do?

The worst I have ever had was for "Catch Me If You Can" and even that was basically "I don't like fantasy stories."  I also get told I focus too much on details.

24. Is there a certain type of scene that you have a hard time writing? (action, , etc..)

I don't really like horror stories as it is, so I guess that?

25. What story(s) are you working on now?

I'm working on a Taeyeon & Jessica story right now.  Not so much a shipping story and definitely not , but it's with them both as the main characters.

26. Do you plan your next project(s) before you finish your current ongoing story(s)?

Sometimes.

27. Do you have a daily writing goal set for yourself?

Nope.

28. Do you think you've improved as a writer since you first started?

Nope.  I'm still terrible.

29. What is your favorite story that you've written?

Of my own?  That would be "Where Fairy Tales Come From".
It's also the one that's most hated here since it is my least viewed story.

30. What is your least favorite story that you've written?

Definitely "The Day of Discovery".  And even that has more views than "Where Fairy Tales Come From".

31. Where do you see yourself (as a writer) in 5 years?

No idea.

32. How many upvotes do you have?

29

33. What is the easiest thing about writing?

Starting it.

34. What is the hardest thing about writing?

Keeping going.

35. Why do you write?

Because I want to.  As selfish and as arrogant as it seems, that is the only reason I write.  I write because I want to, because I enjoy it, because it makes me feel good, even if I'm a terrible writer.  That's why comments people get don't bother me, or even that there are so few views on stories really don't bother me.  I publish them here because I want to share them with people, but other than that I write them for myself.  Personally, I don't see any better reason than that.
