I'm not sure if any of you know, but I'm a huge fan of MAMA AU fics where EXO have their powers and stuff, and I really want to start one like that. Along with the fact that Kim Jongin has been steadily working his way up my bias list.

Here's the plot of it; it's one of the plots out of the 18239047254, but whatever, lol. My friend on another website came up with, like, 1/3 of it.

Description: The moment Kim Jongin walked into the class and sat down next to Song Mira, she knew something was off about him. Especially his unwavering determination to befriend her. Who in the right mind would befriend her, out of all people? She wasn't special -- a scrawny, undersized midget who spent most of her time buried under books or surfing the internet. Out of all the empty seats, why next to her?

But two years later, they had become close friends. There was nothing off about Jongin, really; he was a boy with a burning passion for music and dancing. A normal person. Almost.

Then he blew up the chemistry classroom and killed the chemistry teacher.

"That," Jongin said, "was supposed to happen after you graduated high school."

Plot: In which EXO works for a large group of people known as the athánatoi, Greek for immortals, all with their own powers. This group of people all have enhanced abilities -- better stamina, flexibility, and some, even powers to control different elements, space and time -- who worked to protect Earth from monsters that roam it and other threatening supernatural beings.

Enter Song Mira, a clueless schoolgirl in her senior year -- who somehow becomes wrapped up in all of this, after witnessing her best friend, Kim Jongin, blow up the chemistry classroom and stab the chemistry teacher. Force fed the fact that she is the key to defeating a millennia old being known as the Darkling whose mere existence is a threat to humanity and possibly the universe, Mira’s once mundane life spirals into a whirlpool of confusion, danger, and possibly… romance?
