Health Update: I Need To Get Back On Track!!
I'm sorry I haven't been as active on AFF as I would like. This is kind of a stressful time for me right now with school, college worries, scholarships, and finals tomorrow.
But I feel like I need to say this:
I NEED TO GET MY TOGETHER.
I was doing well in August and September. I was exercising and eating healthy. But in October I went down hill. I didn't gain any of the weight I lose in the summer but I feel so unfit. I've been eating junk food and fast food. I've fallen into my old habits because of my stress.
THIS WILL END NOW.
- I've been drinking mostly water (limited sugary drinks) but I need to drink more. Winter got be super dehydrated.
- I need to cut back on the bad foods and eat more fruits and veggies. I will get my up and cook a good meal!!
- This will be the hardest one but I need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. (Any ideas for indoor workouts?? I don't have any equipment...)
PROM IS IN 3 MONTHS!!
I don't want a big belly and flabby arms. I want a perky and nice curves. It will be hard because of school but I'll make it happen :)
SAY GOODBYE TO OBESITY~~
