I DID HORRIBLE!!! (T_T)

I think it's actually supposed to be horribly, but whatever.

I took the ACT today T_T The ACT stands for American College Test and it's basically the midwestern version of the SA. The ACT consists of English, Math, Reading, Science, and Writing. The highest combined score you can get is a 36 and the lowest is a one. The last test I took I got a 16. So disappointing... I took a bunch of practice tests at school and scored between 17-19.

My goal is an 18 or higher, but I don't think I did that good. I went really slow on the English. I only completey 3/4 of it. It's 75 questions so there's still a chance. But I'm not confident that I answered them correctly. With the reading I only completely half and once again I'm not sure about my answers. Surprisingly, I think I did well on the math. I studied a lot on it since it was my lowest score all the other times. I guess I forgot to study everything else. The science was ok too. Hopefully I can score high enough in them to make up for the subjects I lacked. And I thought the writing was going to be my strong point. Sadly the prompt was about sports. ING SPORTS!! OF ALL THINGS... I basically B.S.ed my way through it. And I ran out of time at the end so my last paragraph, the conclusion, was weak. Hopefully I added enough details to make up for it. If I get a 7 out of 12, that's how it's scored, my overall English score will increase 2 points.

Isn't it kinda funny how I lacked on my strong points and prospered in my weak points?? I didn't leave any answer blank so maybe I can (C) my way to a high score. I won't get my scores back until a month from now so I'll die from anticipation in the meantime.

On the bright side I can always take it again.

*awkward smile*

Girl don't worry about your ACT score, this will sound bad but I scored a 13 and I'm still going to a university and getting a degree. The ACT doesn't determine much and some colleges don't even look at them. And I graduated with an 3.50 GPA, may not be a 4.0 but it shows I did something. Idk why they make us go threw these testing systems because they don't determine anything

You never know, don't freak out yet! I took the ACT last year and thought I completely bombed it, but ended up getting a 29. Don't stress out about it too much, I'm sure it wasn't as bad as you might think! :)
