Chapter 6: Mind= blown
Kyungsoo calls up Baekhyun then Luhan. They only talked about their most awaited outing. Teases were thrown here and there, making Kyungsoo blush the deepest of the deep shade of red. Luckily, he's been reading so much online stuff (mostly pick up lines) that he was able to fire dozens of retorts.
He heads to his room and instantly spots the jar filled with paper cranes. He has worked on it for a really long time, scribbling words on each piece of paper. Even he sometimes thought of his actions as ridiculous but he couldn't help it. Oh and who is it for? Who else other than Kim Jongin?
Kyungsoo grabs another piece of paper and writes, Thank you for finally agreeing. It's in 4 days yet that's too long.. but 4 is now my luck number. P.S. Whenever I see you my heart races. Will it ever stop? But, nonetheless, I hope to win first place.
Kyungsoo smiles to himself remembering the very first one he made. Just a simple 'Thank you for noticing' was written on it. It's just like any other cliche story. Kyungsoo was being bullied and behold none other than one of the most popular students in school stops it. Of course, no one dared to go against him and they finally left Kyungsoo alone. Well, maybe Jongin had to throw a few punches in but no one got in trouble anyway.
At first, he didn't mean to appear like a stalker. He just wanted to say his thanks but never had the courage to do so. He tried to approach yet every single time, either Jongin was already going to leave with his friends or his words get stuck in his throat.
Soon, Kyungsoo gives up and was contented with seeing him in the hallways waving and socializing with other students. Little by little he started to get curious. Jongin seemed so perfect yet so incomplete at the same time. Were good looks and a good reputation all that makes up the person he has come to adore?
Maybe, it was good that he stared at Jongin sometimes. He wouldn't have met his friends who constantly tries to help him. Sure, some ideas were way out of his character but look at where he is now. Finally.
Chanyeol has just arrived at their home, coming from a road trip with his relatives. It's already 11 in the evening and Chanyeol is dead tired from all the effort he had to exert and it's summer for Christ's sake. The hot rays of the sun were unrelenting on his skin. He makes a mental note for tomorrow to check his skin for any sunburns. The tall male trudges towards his room without uttering a word to his parents but just as he is about to turn the knob his mom says, "We're leaving at 8am tomorrow. Don't forget!"
Chanyeol mentally groans but nonetheless tries to appear excited as he tells his mom, "Okay!" It came out a bit forced; maybe his happy meter is finally running low. Don't get him wrong. It wasn't that he didn't like spending time with them. Maybe, he should have gone home more often instead of spending more time with his roommate, Jongin.
After preparing for bed he lets out a relieved sigh and his smile slowly creeps back to his face. He tucks himself in and finally reaches for his phone.
"Holy-" His eyes slowly enlarge as his screen brightens, showing tons of
