YongJin P.O.V

I was in school with my best friend Yong Seung. We were in class and the teacher was blabbering about school rules and I was listening carefully. Seung was dozing off and I knocked his head and he groaned. Soon the teacher walked out and we waited for the English teacher.

Seung: Yah, did you do your homework for English?

Me: Of course I did *mehrong* I bet you didn’t XD

Seung: Chit, well guess what, you’re wrong! *takes out homework* I did do it!!~

Me: *sings* FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOREV-

Seung: Alright enough with that song!! ><

I chuckled and the teacher walked in. We stood up and greeted the teacher. We sat down and our class monitor collected the homework. Soon it was time to take down notes and listen to him blabbering about his family history in English. I sighed and then he suddenly turned around shocking with his gaze.

Teacher: Alright~ I’ll be grouping you guys in groups to discuss about the Berlin Wall and I’ll need you to present it next class~ In groups of 3 you guys will finish the work, 2 teams will be paired due to the amount we have in class~ I will be the one pairing you guys up and yes I will go randomly.

He started picking and I was separated from Seung. I sighed and the teacher assigned Jun for me. I looked over to him and he smiled. I gulped and lightly blushed because he was so good looking. When that Jun guy smiled at me my heart raced faster. I looked away and took a deep breath.

Teacher: Alright, go into your teams and start discussing! ~

I walked over to him and Seung went to his team with 2 girls. I sat down with him but I never noticed him in class. I bowed to Jun and he smiled.

Jun: Hi, I’m Jun, Wen JunHui~

Me: Aahh~ My name is YongJin *smiles* You don’t seem Korean… So…

Jun: Oh~ I’m Chinese *smiles* I transferred here since few weeks ago, I guess since I was so quiet no one noticed *shrugs*

Me: Oh~~ Alright, so let’s get started *chuckles*

He smiled back and we started discussing about the topic. The Berlin Wall, it was built to separate the East and West Germany during the Cold War and it was tore down just recently on the 9^th of November 1989. We discussed more in detailed and decided to stay back in school to use the library. Soon it was PE time and I went to change up. I changed my shirt and went from the toilet to the class. When I reached, the teacher was already there and I hurried to my seat.

Teacher: Alright, today is free~ you can do any sports in the gym hall for today~ Have fun and remember safety first!!

We all cheered and went off to the gym hall. Seung was with his friends and I was walking alone. Suddenly someone tapped my shoulder and I turned around seeing Jun. He swung his arm around me and I just chuckled at his silliness. We reached the gym hall and the 2 of us were clueless on what to do since it was free time.

Jun: Let’s play badminton~

Me: *chuckles* Alright~ Loser buys lunch later *mehrong*

Jun: CALL! You’re going down girl~

I smirked and we went to get the rackets. Jun started the game and I was hitting everywhere with the racket. He didn’t look tired at all and I was already there panting like I did a 6km marathon. Our scores was 6:7. Jun was winning. I couldn’t lose so when I had the chance, I did a smash and Jun missed it. I jumped for joy and he smirked. I gulped and he started the game. He hit the shuttlecock hard and it was flying to my face. I dodged it and they had a free point.

Jun smirked and I smirked. I did the same thing to him but he could catch it! He hit it back and I hit it again. The game went on and our scores were in a tie now 9:9. I was nervous and I hit the shuttlecock. He hit it and I caught it almost falling. He took the last shot and it went out! I jumped and Jun was grumbling. I laughed at him and did a small victory dance. I walked over to him shaking his hands.

Me: Guess I’ll be eating free lunch today~

Jun: You were lucky today *shakes hand* next time~ *smirks* *pants* Let’s have a rest for now :3

We went to sit down and I saw Seung with some boys talking. I looked at them and they were pointing at us. I cocked my head and Jun passed me some water after taking a sip. I drank it and Seung was looking at me. I looked at him and he had this disappointed face on him. I swallowed my water and mouthed him a ‘what’. He ignored and went to the toilet. I looked at Jun and he shrugged and the boys came to us.

They were the bastards of the class and their attitude is literally poop. I only know KyungMin since he was the worse out of them all. They came up to us and we stood up in sync. One guy scoffed when he stood in front of us and he turned me around. I was confused and so I just looked at them. One of them even threatened to hit Jun. KyungMin looked at me and rolled his eyes. I swear I wanted to gouge his eye out.

 KyungMin: Yah, do you see this girl in front of us? The only girl who would go near this outsider of school… Pathetic… *scoffs*

Me: Excuse me? Who are you calling pathetic? He is human like you ok?

KyungMin: No sweetie, he is just an outsider who tries hard to be like us *spits*

Jun: You just have to be so mean to us? Leave YongJin alone… *glares*

KyungMin: Wow, trying to be hero huh? Go back to your country man… you don’t deserve to be here… And you sweetie, I advise you to leave this guy or you’ll regret it~ If you wanna be pathetic like him then I won’t stop you~

Jun: she is not pathetic!! You are the pathetic one!!

KyungMin: Shut up squirt! You don’t even know how to speak proper Korean language!! *smirks*

Jun: What did we ever do to you?!?

KyungMin: Nothing *evil chuckles* I just hate the site of you both…

I stood in front of Jun and was face to face with KyungMin. He looked at me and I slapped him. He held his cheek and just had the evil chuckles. My blood was already boiling and his friends wanted to stop me but he stopped them. He tried to punch me but I blocked it. Truth is I was black belt in Judo and Taekwondo. He was surprised and I hit him in the face.

He just screamed and I looked at Jun. He smirked and I nodded at him so he can fight. KyungMin’s 2 friends came in to the fight and Jun had it. KyungMin stood up and I was ready to fight him. He charged at me and I punched him in the face. He was angry so I just signalled him to come at me. He gave out a punch and I blocked it hitting him in the stomach afterwards. We were fighting and suddenly he lifted me up and threw me on the floor. I groaned and he smirked at me. I tried to get up but he stepped on my hand. I cried out in pain and used my other hand to pinch his leg. He screamed and I stood up after he was jumping around in pain.

He stopped and I looked over to Jun seeing him having so much fun beating the guys up. I smirked at KyungMin and he charged at me once again. I stopped him with a punch in his jaw and he fell down immediately. He gave up and ran away with his 2 friends. Jun came back panting and I held onto my waist because KyungMin threw me over his shoulders just now. Jun helped me to walk and sit down on the bench.

Jun: Yah, Kwenchana?

Me: Yea… I’m perfectly fine *groans*

Jun: I think we should go to the sick bay man…

Me: *chuckles*

We stood up and walked to the sick bay seeing Ms. Hong inside the room. She took some pain killers for me and Jun helped me sprayed it on my waist. They coldness of the medicine stung and it was ticklish as well. Jun giggled while putting it for me and I was giggling due to the feeling. He was done and I pulled my shirt down.

Me: Gomawo Jun-sshi… *blush*

Jun: No prob~ there was a big bruise girl… Better take good care of it *smiles*

Me: *sighs* I never knew Seung was that kind of person… *chuckles* I guess I don’t know him that much as I remember… *sighs* Sorry about that… *sulks*

Jun: Eeeii~ Kwenchana *chuckles* I should thank you YongJin-ah, you were the first to step up for me in this school *smiles*

Me: *giggles* you’re welcome then~ *lightly bows*

Jun: Being alone in Korea is hard… *sighs* luckily I met someone like you *smiles*

Me: Aaww~ *giggles* I’m glad I could help~ besides, bullying is a no no for me~ *smiles*

Jun: You have a beautiful heart YongJin-ah~ *smiles*

Me: You do too *chuckles*

Suddenly…

Ms. Hong: ALRIGHT, ENOUGH WITH LOVEY DOVEY~! IF YOU WANNA TALK GO OUT XD

We chuckled and he helped me walk. We went out and he held onto my hand. I blushed and after this day we were very close. Closer than I was with Seung. I guess Seung wasn’t a real friend after all…
