2. Quarterback     "I can't believe it we are going to see the champions. I watched every game last season and they are simply amazing.", Kyungsoo muttered in awe, as he walked out of the bus. Drained due to the long trip between the two cities, he massaged his thighs. He tried to memorize every detail about the campus. Even the schoolhouse itself looked marvelous, just like their accommodated football team.      The thought of being on the same pitch as them quickened his heartbeat instantly. A friendship between players from various teams was not that uncommon, he still had a chance.       "You only want to see Kai, Kyungsoo. Stop raving about our domestic rival in their own territory", Kris quipped, knowing about the crush the younger had.     His hands down favourite?    Kim Jongin.    He cherished the transformation the latter has made, since he entered the professional league. Kai's father was the old coach from 'The Wolves', so it was given that his son would join the team. Nevertheless, the younger has proven that he possesses the finest quality of a quarterback and didn't made it, due to his bloodline. His new Coach thought so, too.    A quarterback is part of the offense team. He calls the plays in the huddle, yells the signals and following assaults at the line of scrimmage, and then receives the ball from the center. Then he either hands off the ball to a running back, throws it to a receiver, or runs with it. He plans the whole play - he is their brain and aware of the weak points from every other team and he uses those against them to succeed.    Would D.O be the weakness from their team?   He was the Middle Linebacker, after all. He must be capable of covering pass plays over the middle field, which are likely to come from his favourite - Kai. It was his task to cover up the successful quarterback and halt all possible attacks. Whenever he would tackle Kai and gets the ball possession, his team gets one point. If he is able to stop Kai's team from vanquishing a ten yard distance, they would score. Stopping Kai in their endzone gives them a point.    Kai was his secret of success.    'Hopefully they are nice. They are nice, aren't they?', Kyungsoo wondered and strapped the buckle of his backpack. He has never been to their capital before. So he hoped that a native would offer to show him around before they head back to Busan tomorrow.    "Yah, Kyung! You left your ball at your seat!", his best friend, Sehun, stated as he was walking down the stairs from the bus, holding the leather ball in his arms. He wound up to throw the oval-shaped item towards his friend.    Kyungsoo, however, was too occupied with his backpack to ensnare the football. The ball flew above his head and alighted right in front of a white pair of sneakers. The lean male bent down to pick up the leather, which lay in front of him and started to laugh.    "He couldn't catch a single ball, even though he was standing still. He is a blight on the nation. Are you sure he is their weapon, Baekhyun? I highly doubt that."    Jongin.    "Yeah, unfortunately he is, Jongin. We should convince our couch to not play at all. It's on the dice that they don't have a chance", Baekhyun replied confidently in their skills.    Kai minimised the distance between him and Kyungsoo. The ball he had been holding was now firmly pressed against the chest of the Linebacker, whose eyes seemed to widen at the contact. He stumbled backwards, but the Quartrback followed.    He started to tremble in fear, afraid of possible attacks and Jongin obvious liked that, he loved to act out his dominance to see his prey suffering before he marks them.    It made him reminiscent that he was the predator. That he was untouchable. Indestructible. Their fright is adrenaline for him, pure satisfaction.    "Listen, kiddo, your pitiful demeanour will not help you to survive this league. You successfully allure all referees to get your team to the top, now there isn't someone you can use your feminine charms on. This is reality. Better change your ticket home to wonderland, honey before we play with you."      Kai l
