 -Jaekyung's office-

 Daehan undergo to different laboratory tests and now were waiting for the result of his head MRI. I was watching Dr. Xi the whole time , meeting her today feels like forever, i feel fine and secured. A while ago we had a small chit-chat, she's half intimidating at first but she's bubbly and humble.

"You can get a drink in the fridge over there...", she said while typing

"no, it's fine, Dr. Xi...", i answered

'You can call me  Jaekyung, you know... I feel uncomfortable when others is calling me so formally..", she cited with a slight disappointed face.

"I think it's normal Dr. Xi, since, yeah, your a doctor of course, you earned the respect so you deserve it....",

'Tsss.. I dont mind. Fine, you can call me Dr. when were outside but when it's just you and me then you can call me by  my name and i can call you Yesul... I think were just in the same age so i wont be bothered if you call me unnie, i feel old..", she pointed, she's now talking banmal to me..which i find it so cool.... I dont feel awkward anymore..

"Dr. Xi, Ms. Han's parents is here..", the nurse said, It's Mom and Dad

"Please come in....", Jaekyung stood up as she welcome my parents.

"Have a seat..",

"Annyeonghaseyo! Im Dr. Xi Jaekyung..", she greeted my parents with due respect

" Annyeonghaseyo Dr. Xi. Were thankful that Daehan's got a beautiful and humble doctor..", My mom cried, Dad patted her back for her to calm down

Jaekyung turn the monitor towards on our direction, " We run some test to Daehan and this is his MRI result....",

She flash different images, "As you can see this is the tumor.....  The tumor can get bigger and may affect the whole brain, it may block the blood causing necrosis, it may affect the different nerves, the sense of smell, touch, hearing and of course vision and the worse, make his heartbeat to stop and his lungs from breathing....",

" The medication seems to be quite ineffective on slowering the growth so I suggest a quick operation to remove the tumor, to rule out any malignancy and of course to prevent further damage.. It's a miracle that Daehan can still move so normal with this condition because a child with this kind of condition usually comatose....",

"What should we do then Dr. Xi to push through the operation...?", my mom panicly asked

'The problem is, we need a lot of blood, particularly AB negative and the operation is critical for Daehan since he's still a child. There's a high risk though the tumor is remove,some nerve cell are affected. There's a 60% he may get complication. It all depends to Daehan's current health status before undergoing this operation, so he needs about 4 weeks or earlier.", Jaekyung explained

The result of MRI was another big shock to us, Mom and Dad ran to Daehan's room crying. I was sitting in the benches just infront of  Jaekyung's office , i refuse to see my son's status.. I am scared..

-awhile ago-

"You should be stronger for Daehan... Make him healthy and fit before the operation...and we need blood for him",

"Im his mother, so it means i can donate?", i ask with all hope

"Yesul, honestly, your not compatible for Daehan, so with Mr. Hyunbin, this is the report that your previous hospital gave... ",

"Im sorry if im getting personal, but where is his father?',

My world seems to stop whenever they ask about his father..... so i cannot hide him forever.

Jongin's POV

"Congratulation jongin... Your the man of our company...", Dad hugged proudly as i was able to close the deal between our investors from South America.

"I will always be Dad!", I opened a bottle of champagne and gave him the glass.

"So, the bridge to South America is laid out, and all we just need is to sell off our products and gain more profits.", Dad laugh in happiness

This feelings, my long awaited dream, is to be able to be praise by my father.....

"We still have a long way to go Dad, Im not contented ... Yet....", and he nodded in agreement

"So we need a big celebration then! It's on me...", he raised his glass

"For the success will last forever in our side..", we made a tossed

"By the way Dad, Jaekyung is in Korea.....And i did propose again to her, and she accepted it...",

"Really? Seems like a double celebration then..But why it takes you so long to get married? its so opposite of you..",he chuckled

"Dad, she's a real investment... She's the woman i love...",

"If you say so, Son, you need to move faster so i can have some little ducklings running on this building or in our house...",

"Dad, Were not a duck to have some ducklings.", I joked

 I called all my friends to attend our Victory, Welcome and wedding announcement celebration, Im on my way to Xi Hospital to fetch Jaekyung for lunch as per request by my idiot friends. I was calling her phone but she's not picking up. Maybe she's busy... i shrugged, I will go there anyway.

As i enter the hospital vicinity, i walk straight to the reception area,

"Excuse me, where's the office of Dr. Xi Jaekyung?",

'O! Annyeonghaseyo Mr. Kim... Dr. Xi is in 3rd floor.",

"Thanks...",

 As i enter the elevator, Luhan was also there.

"Why are you here?",

"Obviously, fetching Jaekyung for lunch",

He groaned, "Without me? Heard from Sehun, and you didnt invite me..",

"I know that i will run into you, so im inviting you personally, dont worry.",

'Yeah right whatever..",

 The elevator reach 3rd floor, I followed Luhan since he knew all the whereabouts here in his own hospital,

As we reach near to her office, we saw her talking to somebody, she's patting her back.

"Jaekyung-a!', Luhan called her over

The girl bowed to Jaekyung and left to somewhere,

"Oh! Oppa, Jongin, what are you two doing here?", she questioned with cross arm

"Were having lunch..", i said

"Why? As far as i remember your office is far from here..", she countered as she lead the way to her office

"And oppa, i thought your busy,", referring to Luhan

"i need to eat also you know...", he reasoned as he fix his hair infront of the mirror,

"Your office is weird..", i commented , i know how to make Luhan go mad, CRITICIZE HIM!

Jaekyung smirked at me and mouthed shut up.

-car-

I was with Jaekyung on my car and Luhan on his own, were going to DO's restaurant since he volunteered for free....though he will backlash all of this to me..

Jaekyung was wearing  sunglasses as she took a nap during our ride, When we arrive, 4 cars are already park. Seems the 4 idiots are here already

"Your still sleepy?', As i carress her hair a bit

She smiled as she shook her head, " Everybody is here for lunch, they insisted because they want to see you..", I reasoned

"Gwenchana, I miss them too.", she removed her seatbelt as she was about to open the door when i called her,

"Hm?",

"There's a dinner tonight, Dad's idea. i successfully closed the deal for our expansionship to South America, and i mentioned Dad that your here, and about our wedding. You know, friends are invited for a celebration , and mom also wants to see you too..", her smile was nowhwere as i was bring those things to her.

"Good to hear that.. We need celebration..", she smiled

"And Congratulations, Im proud of you..", she gave me quick smooch on my lips with her palms on my face.
