Nichkhun dragged to the bed harshly by two bigger men. Using his left energy, he got a feeling that he must escape no matter what. But he can't even lift his own legs. The next thing was totally unexpected for him. In front of him, the Chief stared at him sternly. He has a bigger needle in his hand. As he came closer, Nichkhun's shirt was ripped, exposing his skinny abs. 

"If you survived this, we don't have to do more than this. You must survive this! You are my last hope, Nichkhun-shii," the Chief his sunken cheeks with his gentle hand but has a serious face. Nichkhun shook his head weakly when the Chief hugged him tightly. He gasped a little when the needle poked his flat belly. 

"You must survive this, no matter what..." the Chief gritted his teeth as he pushed the needle into Nichkhun's flesh. Nichkhun gasped more as the needle pushed deeper as if it was too long. He screamed silently when the pain was very unbearable. He lain back onto the bed. It was too painful for him that he gripped his own fist, trying to normalize his own hard breathing. Cold sweat covered his broken body.

"Chief, the dose has been inserted inside his bone. It is fine to pull it out now," one of the man said after monitoring the machine and computer. The Chief pulled the needle out and lean closer to observed his subject.

"Does it took any effect? Why doesn't it seems so?" the Chief frowned looking at Nichkhun's slowly calm face. His eyes slowly closed as his breath slower down. What seems like forever, red liquid rolled down from the corner of his slight opened lips, staining the bed.

"What??What??No! No! Yahhh! I said you must survive! Yahhh!!" he shook Nichkhun's upper body but the latter remain silent. The Chief began to panic as he read the reading in the monitor. The heartbeat is slowing down, so as the blood pressure.

"No no no no no...You can't do this to me!"

"Chief..."

"Prepare the cardioversion,"

"But Chief-"

"Prepare it now! I can't afford to lose him! He is my hope now!" the Chief looked angry and panic at the same time. He knew himself, throughout the experiment, this is the third time Nichkhun almost die, but everytime he managed to bring him back. The boy has big desire to live, he thought. And he knew very well, if something goes off this time, he can't do anything anymore. His subject might die when he was just an inch close to his success in creating new drug.
