“PIE!”

Pie roll on the left side of her bed and covered her ear with her pillow

“PIE! Honey get up now!”

“But Mom it’s still early!” she again roll on the right side.

“ Oh come on honey, we got  a lot of things to do today remember? And guess what, our neighbor had invited us for lunch today so you better hurry”

“But Mom, I haven’t even took my breakfast yet!”

“ I know you brat! Of course we need to accomplish some errands first. You better get up now young lady or I will tell your dad not to buy the novel that you want to have!”

“ARgghh! Fine Mom! You won okay?  I’ll get up now!”

Pie groggily get up from her bed. She grab her towel and turn on the radio

‘’I stay up too late, got nothing in my brain

30 MINUTES BEFORE THAT.

Tutut.. tutut.. tutut.

Kim reach her alarm clock and turn it off. She get up from her bed and fix her bed sheet properly and neatly. Then she checked her phone. After scanning all the messages, she grab her towel and take a bath.  In just 15 minutes, she finish taking bath and wear a polo and black jeans. She then choose a watch that she’s going to wear. After that, she quickly went down the stairs to have her breakfast.

“Good Morning Mom”, she greeted her mom whose busy arranging their dining table.

“Good Morning Kim. Oh, I already made you a cup of coffee.”, her Mom greeted her happily

She smiled and went to the kitchen to get her cup of coffee.

“Hey are you going out today “, her mom ask

“Yes Mom, I have to meet Golf. He needs the blueprint for our defense. Why mom?”, she ask as she sips on her coffee

“ Well, I have invited our neighbor for lunch today.”

“I’m sorry mom, I don’t think that I can make it on lunch because I need to discuss I few more things regarding the plan to them”, Kim then put the cup down the table and wipe with a table napkin

“By the way Mom, the coffee tastes good” she then kiss her Mom’s cheek and went back to her room.

She was about to get the canister when she heard a woman singing which is a little out of tune. She then went to the window and check out who owns the silly voice. She then saw the “ naïve girl”  singing and dancing with her eyes closed. She’s jumping and grooving while using the comb as a  microphone. She prevented her self from laughing and then took out her phone. She took a video of the “naïve girl”. Suddenly her phone rang so she saved the video and answered the call.

Suddenly her phone rang so she saved the video and answered the call.

“Good Morning Babe. Look I want to apologize for my behavior last night. It’s just that I feel that I’m not that important to you anymore”, Kim can feel the sadness in Yam’s voice

“It’s okay babe. I promise that I’m going to visit you there next week okay?”,

“Really?!” she took a glace at the window again and saw the naïve girl shaking her but like a duck

“Hahaha”, she can’t contain her laughter anymore

“what’s funny?”, she forgot that she’s talking to Yam

“oh nothing, I just saw something ridiculous”, she said to Yam

“ What ?”, Yam ask.

“Just don’t mind it. I’ll be going now. I’ll call you later, Love you”, she then ended the call and went down the stairs.

“ I’ll be going now Mom, dad “, before she went out the door she saw her sister talking to a guy in front of their house. She can see that the guy’s hands is holding Fern’s. And with that, Kim’s blood started to boil. She put the canister inside her car and approach her sister and the guy. Fern’s smile suddenly fade out when she saw kim approaching them with a pissed face.

“ Hey dyke , get your ing hands off my sister”, Kim said with a low but angry voice.

The guy got scared and distant himself from Fern.

“P’Kim we’re just talking”, Fern tried to ease the tension but Kim still didn’t take her eyes off the guy.

“Get inside Fern”, Kim said with a dictatin tone

“but we’re ju…”

“NOW”, Kim look at her intensely so she get inside and look at the guy apologetically

“ Who are you?”

“I’m Mario”

“Oh?” she smiled and held Mario’s collar.

“ Listen up Mario, the next time I saw you touching my sister I’ll break your arm”, then she let go of it and went inside her car.

The guy seemed to space out and still standing out in front of their house so she honk the car

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

“ Don’t block the way moron”, right then Mario gave way to the car and walk away

“ Hungry dog”, Kim smirk and drive to Changmai University.

Pie sang heartily while she comb her hair. After preparing herself she went downstairs.

“Mom!”, she happily went down the stairs and hug her mom.

“ eat now honey.”, her mom kiss her forehead and went back to the kitchen. She happily ate pancakes and hot chocolate. She then notice that her dad is not around.

“mom, where’s dad?”, she ask her mom while munching her food

“ He’s outside fixing the car. Call him by the way, he haven’t took his breakfast yet.”

“Okay Mom” she then stood up and went outside their house .

She saw her dad busy fixing the car, so giggled and silently approach her father. She was about to scare him but he suddenly speak

“Pie, don’t even try”, without removing his eyes on the machine of the car

“ Hey. How did you know?”, Pie pouted, still not putting moving from her position. Her hands are raised like a gigantic  monster

“ ‘cause you always do that”, her dad casually answered and face her. His eyebrows twitch when he saw Pie’s position

“ Why dad?”, pie ask. That moment her father suddenly laugh hard

“Hey what’s funny Dad?”, she ask innocently

“Nothing. Oh my Darling Pie is already yet 16 years old, yet still very childish and innocent”, her father pinch her cheeks which leave some grease on her face.

“ Hey you two, get inside now”, they both look at  Mrs. Manaying whose standing at the door

“Let’s get inside now sweetheart before your mother turns into  a real gigantic monster”, her dad joked

They both have a fruity laughter as they enter their house.

“hey that’s not practical”, Kim said

“but it looks good”, Golf said

“but that would cause nuisance and inconvenience”,  kim said again

“Man, I saw the designs of the other groups and its unbelievably beautiful, it’s awing you know?”, Golf tries to convince Kim’”

“Golf, it’s their own preference, okay? . What we need to focus on is the quality of work and its convenience to those who will occupy the building. The customer may get attracted first because of the design of the building but that won’t last when they see that it’s not convenient to live there.”, Kim explained

“Dude I know but have you seen the work of the Magna Carta Group?”, Kim can see that Golf can’t get her point

“Yeah, I can say that the structure is very unique. But you look and analyze it closely, it has lots complications. The materials used are very expensive but not durable. They are just after the design but they do not put attention on the strength of the materials, and logically speaking, they are not thinking. They put an Olympic size pool on the rooftop without using the proper size of steel supports. That kind of building would crash down if 30 people with a weight not less that 80 kilograms jump on that pool”, Kim said casually

“Are you saying that we’re idiots?”, Golf look at the owner of the voice while Kim just continue checking they’re plan like she doesn’t here anything.

‘’Edward, that’s not Kim is trying to say, it’s just that she’s explaining to me that…..”, Golf said

“ I am talking to Kim”,  Edward didn’t leave his glare on Kim. Kim look at him with an expressionless face

“so Kim, are you saying that we’re idiots?”, Edward sarcastically smile

“Well, you said that, not me”, Kim shrugged and continue checking their  blueprint again. With that Edward lose his temper but Golf already block his way to Kim

“don’t start a scene here,”, Edward smirk before he left

“ Kim you’re such an ”, Golf shake his head and sit infront of Kim.

“what? I’m just saying the truth”, Kim shrug

“Why do you have to be straight forward? Golf punch her on the arm lightly
