The Mystery Girl

He was waiting outside the shop. Not his, but the small coffee shop Minseok owned. The sun stealing glances at him, making his pale arms look tan. He didn't mind. He loved the warmth of the sun. He was waiting for Baekhyun, so that he could give the Harry Potter book he had asked him to bring.

Yixing was a bookkeeper. He had this mini-library that his parents left him after they went back to China three years ago.

Three years ago—everything was going really well for him. His business was making him happy, since he loved reading books, and he had an amazing girlfriend that supported him in every decision he made.

"I can't love you, Lay."  

It just took five words to end that—his happiness.

He forced himself into a smile as he heard an engine stopped on his friend’s lot. His attention caught on a girl in Chanyeol’s van, poking her head outside the window. She was sleeping.

"It's dangerous," Yixing thought.

"Is that supposed to happen?” he said to him.

"Oh crap!" Chanyeol pulled the girl inside and positioned her against the window.

"Here," Yixing handed the scarf that was on his back the whole time and Chanyeol laid it on her body.
