↱ Karina's Pov ↲

“Why do you have so much stuff?!” I glanced over at my cousin Shuuka half carrying half dragging a taped box, filled with who knows what, towards the door where other boxes were stacked up. Today I asked my cousin, Shuuka of Flower (E.Girls), to help out with packing my things in the dorm I stayed in with the rest of the members of Quxxn. I didn't inform the rest of the members of me moving out, but it was my boss’s order to leave immediately. Not wanting to be more on his bad side, I agreed with no hesitation. I was thankful that my other cousin Karen, Shuuka's little sister, for allowing me to stay with her until I found my own place.

I shook my head at Shuuka as I turned back around and placed items into a box. Not to long ago I got back from the meeting I had with my boss and let me tell you it wasn't pleasant at all. It was far from it. Unfortunately I didn't get any of my questions answered as he added more confusion to the topic.

With a flick of his wrist he told me to leave his office and the dorm immediately. I could tell that he wanted me to understand what he was telling me but I couldn't wrap my finger around it. From what I did understand, he should have been having that conversation to my cousin not me.

I remembered how embarrassing it was to walk out of the building with tears building up in my eyes and a few fans standing out their waiting for me. All I could was to cover my face and put my head down as I got in the car.

*flashback* 

I pulled the car door behind me with a slam. Shuuka, who drove me her, pulled me into an embrace as she saw the tears running down my face. I would have took that moment to break down completely but I could feel the presence of fans surrounding our car. There wasn't a lot but I wanted to look strong in front of them.

I moved myself from my cousin's comforting embrace as I leaned back in my seat with my head down. I didn't look up as I heard Shuuka telling people, as politely as she could, to move out of her way. I took that moment to pull my phone from my back pocket and send my other cousin, Karen, a text message.

To: Karen
Just got back from the meeting at avex. By any chance did you have some problem with CEO?

To: Karina
No why would I?

To: Karen
During our dispute, he brought you up in the conversation.

To: Karen
Well I don't speak to him anyway so I wouldn't have any problems with him. Maybe you heard wrong.

I stared at the message as I searched my brain. Maybe I did hear wrong? No I couldn't have! I listened very closely to what he said and he definitely said Karen's name. I clicked off my phone and turned to Shuuka. I told her we needed to go back to my dorm and pack my things.

*End of flashback*

I picked up the light box and went over to where Shuuka was waiting for me. “I need to ask you something” I said as I placed the box I was carrying on top of another box. “Sure” Shuuka had an worried expression on her face. I thought about how I should word my sentence before speaking, “By any chance did Karen and Mr. Matsuura (ceo of avex) have any problem with each other? Karen said they didn’t but he brought her up in the conversation..” I trailed off. Shuuka tilted her head at me.

“I’m surprised she didn’t tell you. Last year Karen threatened to sue the company”
