The car ride over to the restaurant was silent. Each member was processing what just happened minutes ago. It was enough for the the group to lose a member but gaining one that basically took the positions from them was ticking them off. “Look at the bright side of this-” Ayumi started to speak with an encouraging voice but was shut down by Yuri. “There is no bright side to this. Hyunsuk might as well renamed the group ‘Haneul and the 4 Japanese girls’ There is no bright side to this and you know it, you all do.” Yuri leaned back in her seat once she finished her little rant. The members knew she was right but there was some that thought positive about the situation .

Meanwhile in the car leading the way to the restaurant, it wasn't so silent. Once getting in the car after the meeting Haneul insisted to blast music throughout the car. Lately she has been obsessing over Rap Monster’s mixtape that came out not to long ago. Haneul’s manager knew when she blasted music, she was in deep thought. Finally shifting from the position was in, she reached in her back pocket and pulled out her phone. All this time thinking she came to the conclusion that there has to be a main reason to why the girls reacted the way they did, especially Yuri. Bring up google on her phone she looked up the group she was now apart of.

The first article that came up was about a member not taking part in the group’s activities in Korea. “Now it makes sense” Haneul said under the loud music, earning a glance from her manager. Youngsoo reached for the volume knob and turned it down to hear her. “What did you find?” Youngsoo asked as he stopped at a red light. Haneul read the article out loud about the missing member Karina. A sense of understanding came over her as she finally understood why. 

The two cars pull up to the restaurant and parked next to eachother. Before the 4 girls left the car Yuri mumbled under her breath “I’m not sitting next to her” Since she was so close to her, Aiko heard what the former lead mumbled. Aiko leaned over to her to whisper “I’m not either”. The girls finally got out of the car. None of them greeted Haneul just like Haneul didn't greet them either. Once they we're seated - Eri and Misaki sat next to Haneul while Aiko and Yuri sat further down the table- the awkward tention could be felt throughout the room.
