Sophie

After she stopped being with Mark, she hated school with a passion. Now that she was in university, she despised it with all her heart. Why did she let her aunt talk her into going to one? She was making good money out of just babysitting, she didn't need any more education. She was okay just the way she was. At least she'd like to think so. Old people liked her just fine.

God, she hated public places. Especially ones that are filled with rainbow colored hair humans with multiple ear piercings. She just knew they were going to make her life a living hell. Hell, she shouldn't have come at all. It was bad enough what they did to her at school, she didn't need any more bull crap in university. In fact, she didn't need university at all. 

She turned around, and just at the last split second, her eyes caught sight of someone she thought was a long lost memory., Apparently though, her heart thought otherwise. He wasn't long lost, he was a memory that she replayed over and over again in her head like a broken record. He was the only thing she remembered from her past, and her lips involuntarily quivered. Her mind seemed to have shut down, and her eyes zeroed in on the boy at the end of the corridor, leaning lazily against the black locker.

It had been five years since she last saw him and yet, age didn't seem to agree with him. There was not one facial hair on his face. His hair was different, redder, but that seemed to be the only thing that changed about him, Every inch of his face, every freckle that she saw was the same, Five years ago, when she thought she was never going to see him again, she imprinted his face to her memory. Five years later, it was like looking at a photograph. Except it wasn't a photograph she was looking at, it was him.   

"Mark."
