Finally?! @(o3o)@ M.P. ____________________________________________________________________________________________     CHAPTER 4     My tears for Fany continued to flow as I take step after step walking uphill towards the direction of my home. I wanted time to think so even if it was a few miles away, I decided to travel by foot. Sometimes I do that as if the longer the trip takes the lesser the burden I carried in my heart. You can say I treated it therapeutically, so that when I reach my room I didn’t have any more tears to cry off and I just lay in my bed from exhaustion and sleep.   I’ve already done this countless times in the past so every turn and corner was familiar. Until I came across something that I have never seen on the numerous times I’ve taken this path home.     What a weird video rental shop. I didn’t know we had this here. And what’s with the name “Paradise Video Rental Shop” sounds .   Either way, the name drew me in…   Hey! What can you blame me for! This girl just got her heart broken, the least I can do is drown myself in chic flicks, anime or comedy movies the whole night!     So of course I make a beeline to the “Adult” section. Hey what! The name drew me in too! Sounds something MATURE… He he he yeah RIGHT.     WOW they have some pretty unique titles here. Never seen this Video Girl Series before, could it be some original production?         “Hmn… Video Girl Sooyeon- I’ll Cheer You Up” Sooyeon huh? Name suits her well.   “Your heart will jump for the stylish sweet sixteen, Jung Sooyeon”. Storyline (Storyline… really?) looks interesting too. Pretty face too, just my type.   I’d love to rent this one since I’ve just gotten my DVD but I have to be over 18… Sigh, two more freaking years of illegal downloads. What the hell.   “You like her eh?”   “AHH!” I turn around and thought one of the AV girls just jumped out of the DVD cases, seeing this well-endowed cute petite girl with cropped hair and multi-coloured highlights.   “You’re the third customer it’s been a while”   Phew, I thought I lost my brains out there! So she’s a clerk. Wow, is this shop hiring?   Huh Wait THIRD customer?! Oh no! This shop is going down already! I guess that’s it for the plan of working part time here…   POOH.     “Only the pure-hearted can see this store” Huh?   “For example, a pure-hearted girl would be someone who just had her heart broken but she’s crying over someone else’s pain”   Wha-?! I don’t plan on getting slapped.     “How did?”   “How did you know?”   The video rental clerk did not answer but simply smiled and showcased an overly long series of aegyo.   Ugh the way she’s behaving… should I call her Miss atious Aegyo instead?     “Here’s a special membership card.  With this card you can come to this shop anytime you like”     “WHAT! It’s stated here that the membership is free and video rental is also free?!!”   “Uh Huh!” the girl answered while showing a thumbs up sign with her right hand and victory on the other. Seriously this girl is so aegyo filled.     I hurriedly grabbed the “Video Girl Sooyeon” DVD to ask whether I can take the adult video given my age but the moment I came back to the corner of the shop where I spoke with Miss B.A… she’s gone. I tried looking everywhere in the shop but I couldn’t find her.   Since the video check-out process is self-service and electronic, such advancement I know, I decided that if I can take the DVD out then that would’ve answered my query.   I did.
