   Kris woke up in the morning again with Woohyuna’s babbling and today is a lot louder than yesterday. It’s really loud that her voice echoes to the third floor, but it doesn’t bother Kris at all because he just saved his life from Sunggyu. Kris grin in triumph, he felt so proud of himself.

“Good morning!” he greets cheerfully, he gave his mother a kiss on the cheek, a hug to his cousin, a pat on Chanyeol’s head then off to work. His mother stare at the midair in disbelieve, wondering what had happen to everyone today. It is enough seeing her niece is having a seizure of rainbows and unicorns. Sigh, well at least Chanyeol is being his food loving self she thought to herself.

  As he arrived at the building, “Good morning everyone!” he chirp loudly at the lobby, his employees stared at him but Kris is too happy to care about them. Myungsoo sigh, “He’s having a moment again” Suzy said, she pinched the bridge of her nose. Myungsoo rubs his nape, “I feel happy and scared at the same time when he’s having a moment” he stared at his boss humming a beautiful song, hops around and hugs people, he dances at a pole then hop into the elevator. Seeing those made him wonder that his boss could be in a theatre play, Myungsoo nods at his thoughts, “He’s going to be a big hit if he does that!” he said confidently making Suzy beside her stare at him confusedly.

   As he reached his office Joonmyeon followed him to talk about today’s work, he nods along then a sudden word stops his whole body, “E-eh! S-Sunggyu is coming” Joonmyeon nods, “Yeah we already set up a meeting with him remember?” Kris leans backwards on his large chair, he stare at his assistant in disbelieved. He can’t face Sunggyu now; he just did something out of the law for brother rules for a sister yesterday. Kris sinks into his seat, he needs to stay cool, Sunggyu is a mafia right? He wants a guy that is really tough and confident to be with his sister, yes! Of course he does, Kris thought as he nods along. “Okay! Joonmyeon” Kris stood up with his palms on the desk “Get me a coffee”

  A few hours later, Sunggyu came and Kris was shaking. He turned paled when he face the glaring man in front of him, “W-welcome Mr. Kim” he cursed himself for shuttering. Sunggyu wanted to have a meeting with Kris only in his office and Kris felt like his brain is going to pop out of his head. They talked about business for awhile but Kris kept shuttering when he caught a glare from Sunggyu.

   “How was yesterday?” Sunggyu asked right after they finished discussing, his voice is low deep and in serious tone, Kris tried to smile “W-well it was okay” he said, “I guessed you had a great time too with my cousin” Sunggyu blushed when he mentioned that, Kris cheers for himself inside. He stared at Sunggyu for awhile then sigh “Look I don’t know what her previous ex did but” he leans forward on his desk, “I won’t hurt her, I promise you that” Kris stared into his eyes. It was a surprised to Sunggyu though, Kris may have the intimidate look but he’s not really intimidating at all but now he looks like one, his voice sound deadly serious, it was like he pour it out straight from his heart, his eyes are burning with determination and honesty, Sunggyu can finally sigh in relief. Maybe Woohyuna was right, he should give this guy a chance. “Well then” Sunggyu stood up straighten his suit, “Since you promised, make sure you keep it” he eyed Kris, “Or else” he leans over to Kris, grips his collar making Kris chocked, he stared into his eyes, Kris was scared to death now, “I-I u-understand sir!” Sunggyu smirk, “Good, looks like I don’t need to say lots of things to you” he lets go of Kris who is gasping for air.
