Sungyeol POV

Hyung is fine. Hyung is fine. Hyung is fine. Hyung. Is. Fine. I chanted over and over in my head as I held back frustrated tears.

Sunggyu's not fine. He's broken. How could I have been so insensitive? Why? Why Hyung? 

I was too wrapped up in my own problems to see that I was a problem. I was Hyung's problem. And I hated that he blames himself for my mistakes. It'so not fair that he should shoulder that weight.

Why is he so selfish? Can't he see that we care for him? He's our brother! Our best friend. Someone we can rely on no matter what. Why is he hurting himself? Why break himself down?

I bowed my head as I leaned against the sink. The tap was running, just like my frustration, down the drain.

I vow to help Hyung in every way possible. I will no longer be a problem.

Woohyun POV

Sunggyu was curled up against my body, his shoulders shaking from his quiet sobs. I sang softly as I slowly rocked my lover, trying my best to soothe his wounded heart. As the night wore on Sunggyu finally fell asleep, and I was left with my thoughts.

Why didn't he confront me? Why did he withhold this hurt from us? Why not let us help? 

A whirlwind of questions left unanswered circled my mind. I felt self conscious of my actions the moment I saw Gyu's tears. I felt so ashamed of how hurtful I had been.

"GyuGyu, I promise to always protect you from now on. Like I should have been." I murmured against his soft
