05: Let Me
[DISCONTINUED] Loved You (Before I Knew You)I strongly believe that the actions of Sehun these days are all related to Luhan and Luhan alone (like creating weibo, using his iphone 6 (FACETIME WITH GE YES/YES??) and raiding ge's closet). That is all.
Also would it kill you guys to write a comment :c.......
It's around four in the afternoon when Luhan settles down on his comfortable brown Lazy Boy, next to the glass doors of his balcony, to get started with his schoolwork.
With his ankles crossed and with his back leaning on the plush leather rest, he goes through his Business Calc notes and answers the assignment found on the thick workbook on his lap. Horn-rimmed reading glasses sit atop the bridge of his nose as he lets the surprisingly mild afternoon light provide warmth to him. Math is good, math is nice, he thinks for the very first time as he goes through the 15th question on the page. It's confusing but distracting. Enough to make his thoughts stray away from Hunnie, from the wedding, from everything.
Bzzzzzzzzzz.
The sudden electric buzzer sound of Luhan's doorbell surprises him, making him jump from his seat. He looks up from his homework and stares at the main door of his condominium. It's almost five in the afternoon already and nobody ever visits him at this hour. Not on Sundays.
He holds his breath. Maybe they'll leave him alone if he pretends nobody's home.
Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
The sound elongates. The person pushing the buzzer must be persistent. The door knob starts being rattled and Luhan purses his lips, frightened and frustrated. He takes off his glasses and sets them aside.
"Han? Luhan?" An anxious voice calls out.
He stiffens. He knows that voice all too well.
Sehun.
Luhan scrambles up from his seat and begins softly padding to his room when Sehun speaks again from the outside.
"I know you're there." Sehun says in a loud, firm voice only slightly muffled by the wall that separates them. "The guard downstairs told me you haven't left at all this weekend."
When Luhan does not reply, choosing only to sprint to the door to check the locks, the sigh he hears stops him from moving any further. "If you're not going to let me in, I'll just have to let myself in."
Suddenly filled with panic, Luhan tries to toughen up, furrowing his eyebrows as he lamely argues, "Nobody's home!". He's frozen in his spot now and the next second, the door swings open and Luhan is met with the sight of his best friend- brows equally as furrowed and frown equally as deep. He looks frustrated. Tired. Sad.
And also very handsome.
For the past couple of days that Luhan had locked himself in his room, he had time to finally absorb all the ridiculous pieces of information, to put all the pieces together, to think about everything before it made his heart burn and his head throb.
