10/19: Hey, guys! This is the updates page, where I'll be posting important messages and stuff. You guys all probably know the deal. Anyways, at this point there is still no deadline, so feel free to send in applications and stuff. :)
10/21: I have decided to institute a deadline of November 1st. My very first college app is due that day, so I figure I'll be able to relax a little bit after I get that in. If you plan on applying, just lemme know if you need an extension, I'd be more than happy to give one. ^^
10/22: If you do not see your character in the most recent teaser, do not despair: I only used a few trainees who had predebut experiences (which made sense). If I did use your character, however, it does not mean you're chosen... I kinda just needed something to write about. ^^ (If your character has pre-debut experience, NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO TELL ME. Put it either in the trivia section or the trainee life section)
11/1: Applications are now closed! I pushed up the deadline by a few hours, I hope none of you mind. Thank you to everyone who applied. :)
I just wanted to describe the way I choose applicants: I look at each seperate position and choose from there. For me, personality is the deciding factor. Everything else is taken into account, of course, but personality is the tipping point.
Although it is highly unlikely, because of the huge application pool (30 applicants for 5 spots! O_O), I will say so anyways - I may choose a character for a position they did not apply for if I feel their character would fit into the group well. For my other applyfic, Zenith, our resident pabo-kid, Miyoung, actually ended up being accepted for a position she hadn't even put down, but I felt her application was perfect for the group. Now, I doubt this will happen, because so many people are applying, but I just wanted to let you know it's a possibility.
I will be revamping this as soon as I decide on a final lineup (which is going to be hell, you guys make this SO FREAKIN HARD), and I will be revealing members one by one, with teasers in between. Thanks again to everyone who applied, and good luck! :)
03/1: So, I apologize profusely for keeping you guys in the dark for so long. Senior year has been one hell of a rollercoaster ride, and trying to keep up with work and school and AFF has been taxing. However, I have thought of a new direction for the story, which is leading to it's revamp! The story will be told in an entirely new way, and I hope y'all are looking forward to it. (if you're still alive, just shoot me a 'holla' or something. Funny kpop gifs from tumblr are a plus <3)
03/14: New basis for the revamp is up, new character list is on it's way. Poster is made by me, lemme know what y'all think about everything. <3
