Chapter: 9

An Hour Ago:

           Ha Ni stepped inside her home which is welcoming her with a very silent environment. She got used to it since she and an old maid who is just like a Halmeoni to her only live her with her father who she sees twice a week.

     On not finding Halmeoni on living room, she went inside the kitchen dropping her bag in the living room couch. She finds the old maid standing there with sweat beads forming in her forehead and shaking.

"What happen Halmeoni?" Ha Ni said with concern , going near to the maid.

"I am scared" said the old woman.

"What foo..." Ha Ni was about to say something but then a cloth came smashing her face from backside, she smelled the cloth and dizzy hit her system.

  The last thing she remember is she heard ugly laughs of few men and when she turned she saw three hefty men and then she lost her conscious.

     When she regain her conscious, minutes later, she find herself tied in the chair. She try to come out of the grip but she can't. The thieves entered the room they had tied her, they laughed at the situation she is in, unable to help herself. Looking at their laugh, unknowingly tears invaded her eyes and she started crying, crying in the sense that only tears were flowing out with no voices.

When they were laughing, suddenly the door came open and inside come a man with her father.

"Appa" she called out her father once more time, shaking him. Mr. Oh felt his daughter's movement and then reality started to sink inside him.

 He looks at his crying daughter and in an instant hugged her tightly, letting his tears out. He lives for his daughter and if something fallen to her, he will not forgive him for it. They stayed in each other embrace for few minutes.

Ha Ni asked her father about the old maid, he replied that she is fine, they thanked the help of the guards, seriously Ha Ni definitely suffered in her own place.
