Recipe:
-8 oz soymilk
-1 frozen banana
-3 egg whites
-5-6 ice cubes
-1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
-2 tbsp flax seeds, finely ground
Blend until smooth and enjoy~ This can also be an energizing snack or as the protein part of the breakfast.
