Your POV:

Baekhyun drove the whole time, even though I kept insisting that I could drive since he must've been exhausted after the concert.  When we finally made it to my house, we got out of the car and I went to unlock the door while he grabbed his bag.  It was dead silent when I got inside, so I assumed that everyone was already sleeping.  I crept my way through the house, trying to be as careful and quite as possible.  Baekhyun walked in and followed behind, being just as silent. 

We made it to my bedroom and sat down and relaxed.  I made Baekhyun get out and change in the bathroom while I changed in my room.  When he came back, I was on my phone still searching for part-time jobs. 

"Since when have you been so addicted to your phone," he asked.

"I don't know," I replied with a shrug. 

"What are you looking at anyway?"

"Stuff."  I put my phone down. 

"Fine, don't tell me."  He sat down on the edge of my bed and crossed his arms while trying to look mad. 

I scoffed and kicked him off.  He hit the floor and turned to glare at me.  I just smiled innocently and got up from my bed to get another blanket and pillow.  When I came back, Baekhyun was smiling at his phone.  I already had an idea of who it was and decided to just not say anything about it.

"So, you can take the bed and I'll sleep here," I told him as I pointed to the open spot on the ground next to my bed.

"Why don't you just sleep on the bed next to me?" he asked.  "It's probably uncomfortable on the ground." 

"Because it's not right," I told him honestly.  "You have a girlfriend now."

"But you slept on the same bed as me before."

"It was only because you guys wouldn't let me sleep on the couch."  I pouted.

He replied sarcastically, "Sure.  Whatever." 

There was a silence.  Then I said, "Well, I'm going to set this up for me."

"No, there's no need."

"Yes, I-" before I could finish my sentence he pulled me down onto the bed. 

"Just sleep here."

"Geez, you're like an annoying little brother that can't sleep by himself."

"I'm older than you."

"You don't act like it."

I turned to face him and I saw that he was the one pouting now.  I laughed and ruffled his hair before I laid down.  Baekhyun poked me before he got up to turn the lights off.  He came back and laid himself next to me. 

It felt so wrong to be laying next to Baekhyun, yet nice at the same time.  I knew that he was with Taeyeon and it definitely wasn't natural to sleep next to a guy that was taken, but I felt warm and safe inside when he pulled me onto the bed.  It was just confusing the hell out of me because he didn't seem to mind at all. 

Baekhyun's POV:

Ever since Areum came back from America, she seemed a little different.  I mean, she still has that amazing personality of hers and everything about her is pretty much the same, but she's been more hesitant around me lately.  I'm a little worried to be honest, I don't want our friendship to go away.  I know I had feelings for her before, but then she left to America, so I had to move on.  Now, I honestly don't know. 

I turned off the lights and walked back to the bed and laid beside her.  She was on her phone once again.  I tried to peek at her screen but she turned it off before I got the chance to look.  The only source of light was the lamp next to the bed. 

"What happened to you being busy with 'school things,' huh?" I asked.

"Well, it's late now," she replied.

"Still, before you would study 'till morning for a test."

"That was before.  I'm different now."

"Tsk.  So, what did you do in America?"

"Go to school and such.  Nothing really fun, to be honest."

"Oh..."

"How about you?  Having fun being an idol?"

"Yeah.  It's fun since I'm with my members."

"That's nice.  What about having a girlfriend now?"

"Ahh... it's nice.  Taeyeon... she makes me happy.  Although we can't see each other much, I still love her a lot."

There was a silence that took over after I said that.  I looked over to Areum but her head was turned.  Did I say something wrong?  I took in a breath and turned my head back to the ceiling.

"So, you said you've never had a boyfriend?" I asked, trying to change topics.

"Yup.  I've been single ever since I was born," she replied.

"Don't worry about it.  Someone will come by sooner or later."

"Whatever you say."

"What you don't believe me?"

"It's just a little hard to imagine."

I turned my head again and looked at her.  She was staring at the ceiling now.  I couldn't stop staring at her, she's beautiful.  I poked her cheek and she looked at me. 

"What?" she asked.

"Nothing," I replied.

She smiled and asked, "Aren't you tired from running around and performing?"

"Yeah, but I can stay up to talk to you."

"You're just going to fall asleep on me."

"No!"

"Yeah, but I'm tired.  I'm going to sleep.  Goodnight."

"Hmph...  Goodnight then."

I turned off the lamp, and after a few minutes, I fell asleep.  I guess I really was tired from performing all night, but it was really nice to just spend some time with Areum.  Whenever I was with Areum, I felt like I was back in the past and it meant a lot to me-- she means a lot to me.

Double update! 

Okay, I kinda rushed editing this chapter because there wasn't really anything I wanted to add... though, it still is very cheesy and cringy... maybe I might come again and edit it again one day lol XD
