Since you had nothing better to do, you decided to spend the day shopping with your best friend Jade. She really wanted to get you out of your apartment since you hadn't done anything except watch TV at home for the past few weeks.

You haven't been going out a lot because you really missed your boyfriend. He and the rest of EXO had been super busy with their tour and schedules that there has been no time for the two of you to meet. Since you were so upset, you ended up spending days on end sitting around at home doing nothing but sulk and think about Chanyeol.

Along with that you were getting hate on all your social networking from thousands of Exo fans daily. You and Chanyeol were dating publicly, so the hate was expected. But everything that they said still hurt and it made you even more upset.

"Hello, earth to __________," Jade says as she waves her hands in front of your face.

"Huh," you say as you wake from your daydreaming.

Jade clucks her tongue and shakes her head. "Geez, that TV turned your head to mush! You really gotta stop worrying about Chanyeol," Jade says as she pats your shoulder.

"And just ignore what those stupid fangirls are saying! They don't know you and they don't know that you and Chanyeol are perfect for each other. Don't let what they say bring you down."

You look up at her and she gives you a weak smile. You knew she was right, and there really was no use being depressed about it. It was understandable that Chanyeol would be busy a lot and you accepted that. But this time he had been away for a lot longer than usual and you really wanted to see him.

Jade squishes your face with her palms to bring you back again. "God, stop zoning out on me!"

You pull her hands off your face and replace them with yours, shaking your head. "I'm sorry I'm sorry, I know I'm just so out of it," you squeak as you slap your face a few times.

Jade gives you a determined look. "I'm treating you today." She starts to drag you down the sidewalk towards the shopping center. "We are going to have so much fun and I'll buy you so much stuff, that you'll forget about your boyfriend blues in a snap!"

You trudge along and laugh at your friends determination. "Bring it on."

You and Jade were having so much fun. You went to almost all the stores and tried tons of clothes on. Soon enough you had bags and boxes full of outfits and accessories that Jade helped you pick out.

"How does this look," you ask as you pose for Jade to examine the outfit you were trying on in the fitting room. You drop your arms when you see Jade on her phone again, texting away.

"Jade!" She snaps her head up and looks at the outfit. "Yeah, its fine," she says in an expressionless tone.

"You've been texting almost all afternoon, what's going on," you ask as you try to reach for Jade's phone.

"No, you can't see it," she instantly yells, causing you to flinch and back away. She clears and continues to text. "Sorry, it's something important," she mumbles.

You turn back around and face the mirror and slowly take off the clothes. You didn't appreciate Jade's outburst and it automatically put you in a foul mood.

"Let's go you," you say sharply as you walk out the dressing room.

When you get out of the store you realize that Jade isn't following you. You spin around a bunch of times trying to find her but she's no where to be found. You stand in awe at the situation at hand, amazed that Jade ditched you.

You go to the food court and buy yourself ice cream. You sit at an empty table and drop all your bags around you, tired from lugging them around everywhere.

As you eat your ice cream, you see Jade behind a pillar looking at you and talking on the phone from a distance. You try to wave at her but she moves so that she's hidden. Once again shocked, you eat your ice cream in anger when suddenly a large hand covers your eyes. You start to scream but the person covers your mouth with their other hand.

"Shhh, jagi."

Jagi? You pull the hands off your face and whip your head around to see the man you've been missing for the past few weeks. "Chanyeol," you yell and you jump into his arms, nearly knocking the giant over.

He chuckles and kisses your head. "Hi __________-ah."

You look up at your boyfriend, happy and shocked that he came. "How did you know I was here?"

"Ahem," you hear Jade behind you clear . You spin around and smile, "So that's why you were on the phone?"

"Yup," she smiles. "I told him you have been down in the dumps for the past few weeks."

"And I used my break to come back and see you. I missed you, __________," Chanyeol finishes. You look up at your boyfriend and smile, slowly entwining your fingers through his.

"Right, well I'll leave you two alone now," Jade says awkwardly as she slowly walks away. You yell thank you to her and she waves with one of her shopping bags.

"So those are all yours," Chanyeol asks, gesturing to the bags all around the table.

You beam at him, "Yup, every single one! Jade bought them for me, she wanted to get rid of my blues."

Chanyeol looks down at you and frowns. "I'm sorry I haven't texted you. I've been so busy, it's been a mess. And I heard that the hate has been getting worse, are you okay?"

You nod your head and smile at him. "I'm fine, I don't care about the hate anymore. I'm with you and they have to deal with it. And I know you're busy and that's to be expected from you."

You reach up and touch his face. "All that matters is that you're here now," you say.

Chanyeol smiles at you. "I love you so much," he says as he slowly brings his face towards yours.

"Hey, isn't that Chanyeol from Exo?"

"Oh my god it is, and that must be his girlfriend!"

You look around and see the crowd of girls slowly form around you. "Crap," Chanyeol says as he starts to gather some of your bags. You pick up the rest of your bags and he grabs your hand, pulling you through the shopping center to his car.

You hear comments from the fangirls around you and you bring yourself closer to Chanyeol. You bend your head over and lean against his arm as he guides you through the growing crowd.

"Who does she think she is, clinging to Chanyeol like that?"

"She has no right to be with him."

"Yes, this is my girlfriend," Chanyeol says at the people making comments. Your eyes shoot up to look at your boyfriend's stern face. "She's mine and I love her. If you can't deal with that, then that's your problem. But don't blame her for anything because she did nothing wrong."

Chanyeol continues walking through the crowd, more people talking now that he's made his comment. You were scared about what he said, but at the same time happy. Chanyeol stood up for you and it made you feel safe.

"Thank you for what you said back there," you say when you safely get in his car.

He leans over to you and plants a kiss on your lips. "Let me know if you get more hate again, I'll definitely do something about it," he says as he grabs your hand.

You smile and hold his hand the rest of the way to your apartment, feeling the most safe and loved you've ever felt in a long time.
