Minho ran all the way until he reached Key’s house. He opened the door and went in, and the first thing he saw was his friend lying curled up in ball at the bottom of the stairs crying. He rushed over and knelt down to him, placing a hand on his back causing Key to flinch.

“It’s okay, Key, I’m here,” He said, helping Key to sit up and lean against the wall. “Key, tell me where it hurts.”

Key nodded and his lips, trying to stop crying and calm down. He placed a hand on his ribs, which had taken the most damage.

“He kept kicking me, something broke,” He gasped out. Minho ran his hand gently across Key’s rib, trying to locate where one was broke.

“Key, where is he?” He asked, wanting to go and beat the crap out of Key’s father.

“I don’t know, he left the house. I don’t want to be here anymore,” Key told him.

“Come on, I’ll take you to Jonghyun’s house,” Minho said, pulling Key’s arm around his shoulder and helped him to stand.
