Sleepover
ALIVESLEEPOVER
Jiyong’s POV
I winced and groaned out in pain, my senses gradually coming back to me. My back hurt as I realized I was lying on something hard. My legs were a little constricted too. I felt we were moving too.
Am I in a taxi? I wondered, my eyes knotting together in confusion. When did I-?
My eyes slowly fluttered open, blinking a few times to adjust my sight on my surroundings.
I was then met with Seoul’s night sky on the window; buildings and lights come and go as we passed by. I grunted as I tried to move my legs.
“Oh, you’re awake?” a voice suddenly said.
My body instantly froze as I recognized the voice immediately. I looked up and was greeted with a pair bright doe eyes. My very own eyes widened both in disbelief and in shock.
“Wha-wha-what are you doing here?” I spluttered incredulously as I hastily sat up.
Vertigo then hit me, my head spinning a bit at the sudden movement. Another groan escaped my lips. I cradled my aching head in my hands.
Jinwoo clicked his tongue at me and looked at me annoyingly. “How many did you drink anyway?” he chided me.
“Why would you care?” I hissed at him. He merely shook his head.
I then felt a hand on my shoulder and suddenly being pulled. My head then met his lap.
I stared at Jinwoo incredulously. “What are you doing?!” I asked him, my voice outraged.
“Just lie down for a while, Kwon Jiyong. Sleep off your hangover,” he simply told me.
My mouth couldn’t protest at all. As much as I was vehemently against on lying down, especially on his lap, I couldn’t utter a single word of protest. I honestly feel comfortable in my position.
As I lay at the back of the taxi, I dazedly stared at the person with me. My thoughts were jumbled together in a great mess as I tried to remember what happened for me to be in this situation. My eyebrows furrowed together as I thought deep and hard.
“Sleep, Jiyong. Just sleep. I’ll wake you up when we get there,” he softly spoke without looking at me.
Losing my will to argue, I obediently nodded my head. My eyelids had become heavier as Jinwoo’s fingers relaxingly my hair. He was even humming a soft tune. I couldn’t help but feel a tad sleepy.
The last thing I remembered was Jinwoo’s serious gaze on me. Before I could ask him, I had then drifted off into the dark abyss.
Was that concern I saw in his eyes?

“Jiyong~ Jiyong-ah~ Kwon Jiyong~” I heard someone faintly say. I stirred in my sleep and tried to swat away the hand shaking me.
“Wake up, Jiyong. We’re here,” the person tried again. He shook me rougher than before.
I irritatingly clicked my tongue as I knew the person wouldn’t stop unless I do what he wanted. I dejectedly opened my eyes, slightly squinting as I adjusted to the light.
My eyes were then greeted with the sight of Jinwoo’s ever beautiful face looking amusedly down on me. My breath hitched in all honesty.
“We’re here,” he told me. I absentmindedly nodded my head and nervously gulped the lump on my throat.
How can he be human? He’s damn ethereal!
Jinwoo then chuckled. Oh how I missed that honey-lace chuckle! “Get up, Kwon Jiyong or do you want to stay in this taxi forever?” he joked.
Realizing I was still lying on his lap, I quickly sat up. I groaned at the sudden movement.
“You should
