Baekhyun's POV 

I arrived at the cafe that me and Haera are supposed to meet for our so called tutoring session. I wait outside and called her to check if she's already arrived or not, and after a few rings she answered the call.

"hello" she said

"yah nerd! where are you?" 

"tsk.. I'm already inside the cafe" and after that she hang up. What an annoying nerd she is ! 

I rushed insie and found her with another guy? who is that? I thought it will only be me and Haera ?? why there is another guy? Is he her boyfriend? tsk.. 

"yah nerd! there-LAY HYUNG?!" wow, guess what ?? the boy is Lay hyung !! wait? Lay hyung is Haera's boyfriend?? how come I didn't know this ?!

she suddenly smile and said "Lay this is my other student Byun Baekhyun..." 

tsk... I already know that, you don't have introduce us to each other

"ahhh so your other student is Baekhyun?? you should tell me earlier so we can go together, right Baekkie?" Lay hyung ask 

"ne.." I answered 

"Starting from today, Lay will be joining our study group" Haera said and I widened my eyes. Holy cheeseball !! Lay hyung, the top 5 student on his class wanted to join our study group ?! what is wrong with him?! ish... 

"But hyung ! you're on the top 5 student in your class why would you-"

"A-ah !! I was having some trouble to catch up wih the lessons recently, you know the lessons is getting harder day by day... hehehe" he cut me off and smile awkwardly and I saw Haera smile. Awww.. she's so pretty when she smiles

NO SHE'S NOT AHAHAHA JUST KIDDING SHE'S UGLY EWW !! why did I say she's pretty ? hahaha crazy brain...... 

"Okay then let's start our session.." she said and start taking out her pencil case and some paper.

Just when we start the tutoring session, I know having Lay hyung in our group is a bad thing...

"Nerd, how do you do this ?" I asked

"wait Baekhyun, I'm teaching Lay first" she said and ignore me 

and that happened again

"Nerdy ! How do you do number 3 ??????" I asked again

"hmm, wait a second, so Lay this is how you do it.." she said and ignore me again.. 

and I try again....

"Haera... coud you please glance at me for a while ?" I said again, I swear if she ignores me again then I'm going to explode. She stop teaching Lay and looked at me 

"wait a second-"

"NO!!! I DON'T WANT TO WAIT ANYMORE!!!!" I slam the table and stand up, and all attention are on us 

"Baekhyun sit-" 

"SHUT UP !! THIS TUTORING SESSION IS DONE ! I'm leaving ! Have fun you two .." I said and leave the cafe. I rushed to my car and drive to EXO dorm. Well, Suho bought an apartment for us to hang out every weekend or whenever we'd like to hang out. We sometimes have sleep over at the dorm too. Urghh.. why am I angry like this ? because Haera ignore me ? why should that matter to me? because Haera is my tutor.. she's my tutor and only mine. Geez... I sound so selfish right now.. but do I care ? NO.

I don't even know how could I arrived to EXO dorm in one piece and safely, despite that I was daydreaming when I was driving earlier. I get out from my car and grumpily walk to EXO dorm. I punch the password and open the door harshly, not forgetting to slam it close. Everyone was suprised and stopped what they're doing. Even Kris hyung stop eating his ice-cream midway, so his mouth was opened widely while his hand holding a soon full of ice cream and stop in mid air. If I was in a good mood maybe I'll laugh at him but, unfortunately, I'm in a bad bad mood. 

"pstt, Chen, wha do you think happened to Baekhyun?" Chanyeol whispered....loudly

"I dont know, I thought he was having a study session ?" Chen replied and the guys shook their heads at the troll and the giant

"Baek.. are you okay?" Suho hyung approach me and I sigh 

"what happened with your study session?" Chanyeol ask and I clench my fist. Just rmemebering that makes me want to burst.. I don't know why I was so angry right now, It's just that Lay hyung and Haera seems so close. I just can't take the sight of that.

"I heard Lay also take a tutoring session?" Chen asked and I walk to my room and slammed the door. I need some times alone I guess..

Suho's POV 

"what's is wrong with him?" Chanyeol said 

"I don't know.. maybe I should call Haera noona?" Sehun said 

"You have her number?" Kai asked 

"that's the problem... I don't" Sehun grin sheepishly 

"maybe we should try to call Lay.." I said and dialed Lay's number

"hello?" he asnwered

"Lay-ah, where are you?" I asked and put the phone on loudspeaker

"me? I'm at the park.." he said 

"with who?"  Kris suddenly speak behind me and gosh.. his deep voice sure shocked me..

"Haera..." he said 

"HWANG HAERA?!!! woahh daebakk. what are you doing with her?"Xiumin hyung asked

"eh... actually earlier we have a study session with Baekhyun, but then sudenly Baekhyun burst out and shouted at the cafe and slammed the table and leave the cafe, end of story.." he explained  

"ahh.. is Haera okay??" I asked

"yeahh, I guess.." he said 

"okay, then we'll see you at the dorm.." I said

"neee.." he replied and hung up

"so???" Chen suddenly said 

"so what?" Chanyeol asked, raising one eyebrow

"You know.. I think our bacon is jealous" I said and grin wide

Author's POV 

After Baekhyun leave the cafe, everyone attention is on you and Lay. You don't lnow how to react because you are too embarassed and you don't like getting too much attention. You hang your head down and muttering apology to everyone in the cafe. Soon, they all back to what they were doing before. The atmosphere between you and Lay was awkward and you can't stand that. 

"Haera... I'm sorry.."Lay suddenly spoke 

"huh? wh-why are you saying sorry??" you asked

"If I don't join you study session this wouldn't happen, I'm really-" 

"no need to say sorry Lay, it's not your fault" You cut him 

"but-"

"It's okay .. really.." you said and give a sweet smile. 

"o-okay then, let's go to the park, I'll treat you ice cream.." he said and you nod.

Soon, both of you arrived at the park and you got off from Lay's car. You two went to the nearest ice cream shop and Lay treats you an ice cream.

"Chcolate flavour for you, vanilla for me.." he said and you thanked him. You actually felt guilty that you ignore Baekhyun earlier.You didn't mean to do that. It's just that he always asked at the wrong moments, but you really didn't mean to ignore him.

'aishh, what should I do now? what if Baekhyun got mad at me? well, of course he does you stupid... haishh..' you thought and frown

"Haera.. is there something that bothering you?" Lay asked

"emmm.. no, I just felt guilty at Baekhyun.. I really didn't mean to ignore him .." you sigh and Lay nod

"don't worry okay? I'll talk to him later.." Lay smiled and you stare at him

"really????? thank you very much Lay ! you're the best ! I'm glad I have a friend like you.." you beamed at him and eat you ice cream happily. Little did you know Lay is dying inside when you said the word 'friend'. He wants to hear more than that. He wants to be more than friend.

'She only view me as her friend.. not more not less.. Hwang Haera, I wish you know my feelings...' he thought and sigh to himself

'should I let you go, Hwang Haera?'
