School is a living hell. That's what all of your friends always said, but for you it's not. You enjoy school, more than your friends do. In the class you always focus on the teacher, in recess you read a book, free period you go to a library and of course read a book.  Bookworm, nerd, you've been hearing all those nicknames since you start your first year in this high school and now you're in your last year. With your 'fake-nerd-glasses' you wear to school, you have successfully transformed from a beautiful girl into a cheeful nerd, not like the others nerd, you are different, you have friends and not getting bullied by the queenkas, but not getting a friendly treatment either, they just simply didn't care about your presence. You prefer it like that though, you don't really like to get   too much attention. You hid your true identity on purpose  because you don't want the incident from 4 years ago happened again. The painful memory that you'll never forget. 

As usual, you were walking in the hallway and stop in front of your locker. Entering the code, you opened your locker and take out some things for the lessons today. Just when you are about to close your locker, you felt something, no someone jump at your back. You rolled your eyes, already knowing who is the culprit.    

''Morning slowpoke !!" your bestfriend, Kim AeRin greet you with her usual hug 

''Morning chicken'' you replied calmly as you walk yo your class

''yah ! who are you calling chicken ,girl? how could you call this beautiful bestfriend of yours like that?" she protested 

''chicken, who cares, I'm craving for seasoned fried chicken lately, treat me after school?" you asked wiggling your eyebrows at your best buddy 

''girl, you are rich as hell and you asked me to treat you a fried chicken? shouldn't it be YOU who treat me ?" she raised an eyebrow and you sigh. She's right you're rich.. well, not you but your parents, you are the daughter of the CEO from the top 3 successful companies in Korea and your mother who owns a famous boutique. Wondering how you could keep your identity a secret? well, it's a secret too :p 

'' fine.. i'll treat you, but next time, you.have.to.treat.me.bubble tea , got that?" you said and your Aerin sighs in defeat 

''hey, have you lear- oh wait, of course you've already studied for the test today, how stupid of me asking the number 1 student such a question..'' Aerin said and you stared at her 

''geez, so you know, I didn't even touch my books last night, I was too busy fangirling over this guy named Lee.Donghae, he ruined my life ..'' you said and grin like a mad woman 

''girl, Super Junior again? why don't you take a look at SHINee ?'' Aerin asked

''sweetie, believe me , the last time  I checked on SHINee my whole bias list is a total wreck because of this guy named Onew'' you grin wider and get a smack from Aerin 

'' wipe that grin of yours, it's freaking creepy, you look like an insane woman'' she scoffs making you pout 

''tsk, meanie..'' you mumble and Aerin rolled her eyes

''hey, you know that I have a project in my dancing class for the end of the year right? so it turns out to be a couple dance and guess who is my partner?" Aerin said excitedly 

''who??" 

'' Kim freaking Jongin !!!!!'' she shriek and you mentally face palmed yourself 

''girl, it's only Jongin.. I mean Kai, or whatever is his name..'' you said and start to read the historical book you just bought yesterday

''no, it's not, it's the dancing machine we're talking about, the handsome and cool yet charming and sweet dancing machine Kim Jongin'' she said and closed her eyes with a smile 

''stop that you're scaring me Kim Aerin,I don't know what is so special about Kai and his friends , or I mean EXO, I found Donghae and my biology book more interesting than them.'' you said and  and keep your eyes glued to the book, oblivious to the glares that Aerin has given to you

''you know, I think you should stop dating your books and open your eyes for awhile, I mean, try to find a real boyfriend or at least a date ..'' she said and you rolled your eyes

''Aerin, I don't trust men, I believe they are all the same, jerk, playboy, and blah blah..'' you said

''Haera, you should listen to me, just because you have issues with men in your past, you shouldn't think all the men are the same because they're not, not all of them are jerks and playboy, and whatsoever you're talking about, you know what, someday, when you're getting married I am so going to tease you about this for the whole day of your wedding reception'' she blabbered and you smirk 

''keep dreaming..'' you said and tug your glasses 

''what? are you not going to get married? you're kidding right??'' she asked and you shrug with a smirk still attached on your face

''urgh i hate your smirk'' she said grumpily and you laugh. Just when you finished laughing, the teacher comes in and start the lesson. You change your playful mood into a serious one and pay full attention to your teacher.
