The bell rings, signalling it's recess time. The students rush out from their classroom to the cafetaria, and so do you and Aerin. You were walking to your usual table with your food tray in your hand when suddenly someone bumps to you and the tray fell on the floor, making a loud bang. The whole cafetria fell into silence and stare at the scene before them. 

"what the ?! yah ! are you blind ? look at the mess you've made ! tsk, so clumsy and stupid.." the person who bumps into you said and you clench your fist, you turn around and it was Byun Baekhyun, the part of the EXO gang, a bunch of kingkas in your school. 

"oh look, it's the famous nerd... Hwang Haeri .." he smirk 

"It's Haera, not Haeri .." you corrected. 

"shut up!! no one dares to talk back to Byun Baekhyun" he glared at you and you huff an annoyed sigh

"well, then I'm the first one" you smirk 

"Yah ! ho-" 

"SHUSH ! you're the one who bumped into me and I believe that YOU should apologize, but you didn't, instead you're being a jerk" you said calmly which piss him off

"Did you just call me a JERK?!!!" he shrieks 

"yes, yes i did , why ? " you smirk again and Baekhyun's face turn red from anger and embarassment

"you bit-" you cut him off by walking out from the cafetaria leaving all the students there dumbfounded and Baekhyun too. Like Baekhyun said, no one dare to mess up with him. Sure, he's sweet and a charmer sometimes, but most of time, he's a bully. If anybody ever mess with him, he'll make sure that the person bow down and beg forgiveness from him and everybody in the school are aware of that, including you. The thing is, you don't care about it. For example, now. You are casually eating a chocolate bar at the rooftop, alone. The rooftop is always peaceful and quiet because it's rarely visited by students. They say the rooftop is haunted, and your comment is always  ''haunted ? LOL then it's good, maybe I'm one of the ghost"  

You are reading your book peacefully when you heard the door creakes open. You turn around and see a boy with a dimple smile walking toward you.

"hey.. I'm Zhang Yixing, you can call me Lay" he greets with a smile

"hi, I'm Haera, Hwang Haera" you smiled back

"I know you" he said and sit beside you

"you don't mind if I sit here right?" he ask and you chuckle 

"no, it's fine, what are you doing here anyway? don't you know this place is haunted?" you joke and Lay let out his adorable laugh

"well, I'm here to give you this.." he said and handed you a sandwich 

"for me ?" you ask and he nods

"wow, thanks Lay.." you said and accept the sandwich 

"I know you must be hungry since you skip your lunch because of Baekhyun,I'm sorry,he's sometimes can be a jerk, but believe me he's actually a nice person" Lay said and you stare at him

"you're one of them aren't you?" you asked and he nods again

"I see.." you said but not taking your eyes off from your book

'wow, this Lay guys from EXO is actually nice huh? ' you thought silently 

"do you really like reading book that much?" he ask and you nod

"why?" 

"nothing, it's just whenever i see you, you are always reading a book, in the library, recess" he said and you let out a small smile

"let's just say I'm a bookworm" you said 

"no wonder you're always on number one .." he said and you giggle

"well, I'll get back now, my friends must be looking for me it was nice meeting you Haera-ssi" he said 

"It was nice meeting you too, Lay-ssi, and thanks again for the sandwich" you grin and he nods, leaving you alone in the rooftop alone

"well, maybe i should think again about what Aerin said earlier, maybe.. just maybe, not all guys in the world is a jerk .." you said with a smile plastered on your face.
