Early the Next Day
CHAERIN
Here I am driving my car on my way to Dara’s house. I can’t get to sleep last night, I’m still overwhelm of the thought that Jeiven and Franchesca are mine, I mean from the first day I saw them, I knew all long that they are my kids and even though Dara keep on saying that Seung-gi is their father, deep down inside me I know that she’s lying.
I arrived at the house and I saw Bom talking to Seunghyun and Jiyong-Oppa, they all look at me when I parked my car inside. I open my door and went out of the car then walk towards them
“Good Morning!” Jiyong-Oppa greeted me, I smile then look down and look back up again
“Nervous?” Bom asked me, I nod my head twice then sigh
“What if I don’t do this right? What if I fail them?” I asked, my friends giggles then I furrow my eyebrows
“Chaerin, don’t push yourself too much. They are just kids. You being with them and taking care of your twins will be enough for the two..” Seunghyun-Oppa answered
“Just be yourself, don’t try to win their heart by doing some things or giving them expensive gifts..” Bom-Unnie added
“Uhm okay, so ah where’s Dara?” I asked, they all pointed towards the house and laughs
“Why?” I asked again, Jiyong-Oppa place her arms on my shoulder
“Well she can’t accept the fact that her twins are commanding her and she can’t do nothing but to oblige..” he said
“She’s at the library, just go inside so she’ll know that you’re here already” Bom said
“Okay..” I answered, I leave them for a while and I head towards house, I turn the knob and opens the door and see Seungri and Taeyang
“Hey Chae!” Taeyang-Oppa said, I smile at the two and I saw a devilish smile on Seungri-Oppa’s face
“What’s with that smile?” I asked him
“Oh nothing! I’m just happy to know that you really are their other mother and I hope you’ll do your MOVES tonight..” he answered, I widen my eyes at him, knowing Seungri, I bet he’s thinking dirty thoughts of me and his sister
“Oh shut up Seungri! Can’t you see that Chaerin is pale as a ghost? Don’t make her nervous too much..” Taeyang said and they both laugh, I rolled my eyes at them and shook my head, I decided to go to the library than talk to these two, I start to walk when I heard Seungri’s voice again
“Goodluck Chaerin! Bring home the beacon!” he said, I stop and turn around
“It’s bacon, stupid!” I said, I saw Taeyang-Oppa laugh out loud while Seungri-Oppa scratch his head and I continue walking towards the library
I am now standing in front of the door, I don’t know if I’ll knock and go in or wait for Dara to come out of the library
Just knock and say good morning to her, dummy!
I look at my watch, it’s already 9:45 and we need to be at the park at exactly 10. I closes my eyes for a while then took a deep breath, I knock on the door and wait for Dara to answer but she didn’t, I knock again and this time I open the door. I saw Dara standing and looking outside the window
“Uhm Dara..” I called her, she look at me and give me a faint smile
“Hey Morning..” she answered, I smile then look around
“Uhm what time do we leave?” I asked her
“Around 9:45, the park is just near.” She answered
“Are you excited to see them again?”
“Yes I do..” I sensed sadness in her tone, I don’t know why but maybe she’s thinking about what happened to us in the past
“Dara, if you’re thinking about what—“ I stop when she turn around and look at me
“This is not the time to talk about that Chaerin, honestly I don’t like the idea of you spending time with me and my kids..” she said to me, straight forward
“I can talk to them if you want, I don’t want to force you..”
“No, it’s okay. You’ve been out of their life for years now and they have the right to spend some time with you..”
“Uhm okay..”
“Just don’t think that we’ll be the same again as we used to..” I was about to say something when we heard a knock on the door, it’s Jiyong-Oppa
“Franchesca called and said that she and her brother are already at the park, I told her that we’re on our way..” he said
“Okay, thanks Oppa..” Dara answered, I saw her walk and grab her hand bag on the couch then she walk pass by me
“Let’s go Chaerin..” Jiyong-Oppa said and I nod my head and follow them from behind
AT THE PARK
JEIVEN
I can’t wait to see our mom again, I don’t know how long we’ve stayed with Uncle Seungri that’s why I miss her a lot. A lot of things happened and we found out a lot of things too but I know they are some few things that need some time to fix and heal and that’s our mom’s relationship with each other
“I hope mom can keep her promise..” I said to my twin sister Franchesca who is sitting on the swing while texting someone on her phone
“You know mom don’t break her promises no matter what it is. We just asked her to spend some time with Mommy Chaerin, I don’t think that’s bad or wrong..” she answered me
“Yeah I know but can’t you say her reactions towards Mommy Chaerin?”
“Jei, Jei, Jei. They’ve been apart for too long, what do you think her reaction will be? Run and kiss Mommy Chaerin on the lips?? Duh!”
“Idiot! I don’t think that way, I mean, I can see that every time Mom looks at Mommy Chaerin, there’s a lot of emotions like sadness, regrets, hurt etc..” she look at me and I continue talking
“Don’t you want to know what happened to them? Why they’ve been apart? Why we grew up without Mommy Chaerin on our side?” I saw my twin sister sighs and I think she’s curious as me
“I want to know the reason why but I don’t think mom will tell us. Whoever fault it is, let’s just understand them. It already happened, for now, the most important thing is we will spend time with our two mommies” she said, well I think she’s right, all we have to do for now is to make each day happy and unforgettable with Mommy Chaerin, we don’t know what might happen after
Dara and Chaerin together with their friends reach the park exactly on time, Dara look around hoping that her twins are already there, her heart skip a bet when she saw them standing 5-6 feet away from them
“My babies..” she said, she run towards them like what the twins did, Bom and Seungri smiles and look at each other
“Why are you standing there?” Taeyang asked Chaerin who is teary eye that time
“I don’t want to ruin their moment Oppa, I can wait for my turn..” she answered, they saw that Dara is still hugging her son and daughter
“Don’t you ever run away from me again, okay?” Dara said as tears flows on her cheeks
“Sorry Mommy if we got you worried. Hope you understand why we did this. Promise, it won’t happen again. I love you mom..” Jeiven said and hug her tight
“We miss you so much..” Franchesca said too, Dara smiles and broke the hug
“It’s okay my babies, mommy forgives you both but don’t do it again okay?” Dara asked
“We won’t..” they both answered, Dara giggles then remembers something, she stand up and look at Chaerin then she held her twins hand and said
“It’s time for me to introduce you to your Mommy Chaerin..”
DARA
As we start to walk towards Chaerin, my heart starts to beat faster, it’s not that I’m nervous but memories from the past starts to flash into my mind, how will I tell my kids that it’s really my fault that me and Chaerin separate, how am I going to tell my siblings the truth?
“Mom?” I heard Jeiven called me when I stop from walking, I look at him and he’s looking up to me then I look at Chaerin and motion for her to come forward and when she reach us, I saw Jeiven and Franchesca looks at her
“Guys, I want you to meet your mother, Chaerin..” I said, I know they already know her but this is the first time I’ll introduce her not as their Auntie or my friend
“Chaerin..” I said, I can see her eye starts to wet when I said the word MOTHER, she looks at me smiling
“Here’s our troublemakers..” I added, she laughs as tears flows in her eyes
“Mommy Chaerin..” Jeiven said, I saw Chaerin look at him and he said
“Can I hug you?” and there I saw Chaerin break down, she kneel in front of Jeiven and hug him tight
“Jeiven, my little boy..” I heard Chaerin said, I’m happy to see them like this then Franchesca did her move
“Hey dear brother of mine, can I hug my mother too?” she asked, we all laugh as Chaerin broke the hug and look at Franchesca
“Well Mommy Chaerin, here I am. You’re one and only pretty daughter..” Franchesca said, she give her a hug then pull Jeiven too
“You never know how happy I am right now guys..” Chaerin said
“Sorry if we got you worried too Mommy Chaerin..” Franchesca added
“It’s okay guys, just forget it and keep your promise to your Mommy that you won’t do it again..” Chaerin said and I saw our twins both nod their heads
“A complete and happy family, hmm what a nice picture..” Bom said, I saw them walking towards us with a big smile on their faces making me more guilty than ever
“Uncles! Auntie!” my twins said and they both run towards them and give each other a hug
“We miss our two little devils..” Jiyong said, Franchesca winks and Jeiven smiles
“They won’t be evil anymore because they got what they wished for..” Seungri blurted out, I furrow my eyebrows then look at my sister who’s looking at him then she said
“What he meant is, now that they knows the truth their wish is to spend some time with Chaerin, right guys?” Bom asked and look at the two
“YES!” they answered
“And for that, I want to give this to you guys..” Jiyong-Oppa said and hand over a key to Chaerin
“What’s that for?” I asked my Oppa
“That’s the key to my private house and island in Honolulu, I want you guys to stay there for a while hmm maybe a week or two..” he answered
A week in Hawaii?!! With Chaerin?!!
“Uhm thanks Oppa but I can’t, I’ve been absent for the past few weeks and I can’t afford to have a vacation now..” I said
“I already talk to your boss and he said okay..”
Okay that was fast
“Please mommy can we go please.. “Jeiven pleaded me and giving me that puppy eyes of his
“Yes mom! We’ve never been in Hawaii before..” Franchesca butted in
“Don’t be such a killjoy Dara, you need some time off after what happened..” My sister said
“Okay fine, when do we leave?” I asked Jiyong-Oppa
“Later this afternoon my little sis, so go home and prepare your things. I’ll pick you up around 2 pm. I borrowed my friends private plane..” he answered
There’s nothing you can do about this Dara, you just go with the flow
Jiyong picks up Chaerin first then went to his sister’s house, when they arrived, he saw his nephew and niece running towards his car, he smiles and opens his door
“Yah! You two don’t need to run. I won’t leave you here alone..” he said
“We’re just excited Uncle! Our first vacation in Hawaii!!” Franchesca said and put on her sunglasses
“She brings her swimsuit which kinda makes me sick!” Jeiven said and put on his hat, Chaerin and Jiyong saw Franchesca kicks her brother’s and run towards the car again, Chaerin went out and opens the door for Franchesca
“Give me your bags sweetie..” Chaerin said, Franchesca smiled at her and said
“Thank you Mommy Chaerin!” and she went in, Chaerin smiles and noticethat Franchesca got her mother’s eyes and the way she smiles
“Where’s your mom?” Jiyong asked the two
“Oh she’s still inside, checking all the doors and windows..” Jeiven answered before he went in
“Do you want me to place your bag at the back?” Chaerin asked him
“No mom, it’s okay. I’d like to carry my own bag while traveling..” he answered
Well he got that from me
“Uhm Chaerin, do you mind checking on Dara? We’ll be late if we don’t leave right now..” Jiyong said
“Oh sure Oppa..” she answered and leave the three behind
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Dara keeps on checking every door and windows in their house making sure it’s lock, honestly she’s been doing this for 20 minutes now even though she knows to herself that it’s already lock
Why do I feel so nervous?
She sighs and closes her eyes for a while then she heard a voice behind her
“Uhm Dara?” Chaerin called her, Dara look at her and give Chaerin a faint smile
“Yeah?” she answered
“Jiyong-Oppa wants me to check on you if you’re done already..” Chaerin said
“Oh uhm yeah..” Dara then check the lock on the window and grab her bag
“Done!” she said again and walk pass Chaerin, the latter senses that Dara is not comfortable having her around
“Dara, are you okay?” she asked her
“Huh?” Dara asked her
“I’m asking you if you’re okay?”
“Yes I am, why?”
“You seems so nervous and aloof..”
“Me? Oh no, it’s just your imagination kekeke..”
“Are you sure you’re okay with this?” Dara then stops on her tracks and look at Chaerin
Say it! Say it to her!!
“O-of course Chaerin, there’s no reason for me not to be okay with you. My kids want to spend some quality time with their mother and here it is..” Dara answered
“Dara just tell me if you don’t want too. I can spend time with them in some other way..”
“I said I’m fine Chaerin, now let’s go before I change my mind..”
When they arrived at the airport, Jiyong reminded Dara and Chaerin that they might find a hard time getting a signal on the island, he wave goodbye at them and they boarded the plane. Jeiven is sitting beside Chaerin while Franchesca is sitting beside her mother
“So sweetheart, do you want to sleep beside mommy later?” Dara asked her daughter with a smile on her face
“Sure mom, what about Jeiven and Mommy Chaerin?” Franchesca asked while playing games on her phone
“Let’s give them time for a while the tomorrow you can spend some time with your Mommy Chaerin..”
“I think it’s unfair mom, Jeiven will sleep beside Mommy Chaerin while I don’t and needs to wait for tomorrow..”
“But you have a whole day tomorrow, sweetie..”
“Nah uh! If he’s going to sleep beside her then same goes with me. You can sleep alone tonight mommy If you want..” Dara slaps her daughter shoulder causing Franchesca to smile
“We can sleep all together ya know..” Jeiven butted in, he’s been listening to the two at their back while Chaerin is sleeping
“Uhm I don’t think so honey, I’m going to be fine sleeping all by myself every night..” Dara answered
“You don’t want to be with Mommy Chaerin?” Jeiven asked
“No baby it’s not that I don’t want to but this is your bonding not mine..”
“So you are our maid in short..” Franchesca said
“One more word from you young lady and I’m going to throw you out of this plane..”
“Mommy Chaerin won’t allow you to do that..”
“Yeah Mom though it’s fine with me if you’re going to throw her out of the plane..” Jeiven said then look at his twin sister
“Wow! Thanks a lot Jeiven, you really love me don’t you?”
“Of course I do..” Franchesca shook her head and look at their Mommy
“Are you shy mom?” she asked her, Dara furrow her eyebrows at her then ask
“Shy? Why would I be?”
“Well I always saw you staring and looking at Mommy Chaerin, secretly but then if she looks at you, you look away then your face turns red as tomato..” Franchesca answered
“Right mom! I saw you watching her every moves then you’ll smile then all off a sudden you look sad or—“ Dara covers Jeiven’s mouth with her hands and looks at Chaerin
“She’s sleeping..” Franchesca said
“I’m not shy okay, it’s just that uhm it’s been a while since we had a vacation together..” Dara answered but she don’t sound convincing, the twins looks at each other then Jeiven went back to his sit
“You’re lying..” Franchesca said to her mother
“I am not, why would I lied to you?”
“Oh come on mom, you’re acting weird everytime Mommy Chae is right in front of you..”
“What?!”
“When she smiles at you, it seems like some thing pinch your b*tt and you can’t look straight into her eyes, then if she talks to you personally you act cold towards her but I saw you talking to her on the phone and you smile like a, like ahm ah..”
“Fool?”
“Yes mom! And—“ Dara cut her off
“Fine, fine! Just keep your mouth shut, I don’t want Chaerin to think that I’m ah I still have feelings for her..”
“Well you do mom..”
“You’re right..” Dara answered but then realized what she just said and looks at her daughter
“I mean you’re wrong!! Oh so wrong!!”
“Okay mom whatever you say..” little did they know that Chaerin is not actually sleeping, she just close her eyes to rest, if only Jeiven can see her face, Chaerin is smiling from ear to ear
That’s all I wanted to know. Now I’ll ask help from these two
When they arrived at Jiyong’s private house, the twins immediately run towards the fence and admire the beauty of their surroundings
“This is so cool!” Franchesca said and give a high five to his brother
“We need to run away much often so we can be here always..” Jeiven said, joking while his sister laugh
“Yah! You two, would you mind taking your bags with you?” they heard their mother’s voice, they both turn around and they saw her standing near the plane, it’s an airplane that can land in water
“Okay mom, don’t be so grouchy..” Franchesca answered
“I’m not grouchy just tired..” Dara said
“Or nervous..” Jeiven butted in, Dara widen her eyes on her son then look at Chaerin smiling at the two
“Come on kiddos, don’t tease your mom. Get your bags so we can get inside the house..” Chaerin said, she look at Dara then smiled she then walk over to the pilot and said
“Thanks for dropping us by sir..” the pilot smiles
“It’s my pleasure Miss, I hope you, your wife and your kids will have a good time here..” he answered, Dara blushes as the pilot looks at her then the twins laugh who are standing behind her
“Thanks Mr. Pilot sir!” Jeiven said and salute to the man but Franchesca runs towards him and whisper something into his ears
“Oh sure little girl, where’s your camera?” he asked her, Franchesca opens her bag and give him the camera she brought
“Okay guys, let’s do some pose in this first family picture of ours..” Franchesca said, she and her brother positioned themselves in front and smiles then Jeiven look at their mommies and saw them standing a few feet away from each other
“This is a family picture guys! Come on!” he said
“What?! Isn’t this enough for you?” Dara asked him
“No! You look like you don’t know each other..” he answered, Franchesca then tilt her head to the right like she was thinking
“Mommy Chaerin, can you carry mom please?” she asked, Chaerin furrow her eyebrows while Dara raised her left eyebrow
“Excuse me?” Chaerin asked
“Can you carry her like newly married couple do?”
“Uhm Chesca ahm..”
“I want this to be a wacky one not a serious one..” Chaerin looks at Dara and the latter knows that they can’t say no to these two
“Mom don’t be such a killjoy!” Jeiven said
“This is the first time our family is complete, aren’t you happy for us mom?” Franchesca said and there goes her acting career again witch matching puppy eyes and sobbing
“Aisht! Fine! But one picture only, okay?” the twins nod their head and smiled at their mom
“Uhm okay, you ready?” Chaerin asked Dara who just nod at her, she then carries Dara like a newly wed
“Okay Mr. Pilot sir, we’re ready!” Jeiven said
“Okay then, in 3 say cheese okay?” he said, they all nod, he look at the whole in the camera then starts to count
“ 1.. 2.. 3..” he said
“Cheese!!” the 4 said, Jeiven and Franchesca jumps for joy and the pilot hand over the camera back to the little girl
“Thank you..” she said
“You’re welcome..” the pilot answered but Jeiven is looking at their mommies who are staring at each other
“Uhm mommies! Our picture is already taken, you can put down Mom now Mommy Chaerin..” he said, Dara’s face turns red while Chaerin smiles like a fool
“Oh uhm yeah, s-sorry. My bad!” Chaerin said, she put down Dara while the latter pretends to fix her clothes and comb her hair using her hands
“Okay you two, go inside..” Dara said, Chaerin watch her family went in the house and looks at the pilot
“I really can tell who’s the boss around here..” he said, Chaerin smiles and nods her head
“Yeah those two little devils whom I love so much..” she answered, the pilot laughs and wave his hand at Chaerin, he went inside the plane when Chaerin heard Franchesca’s voice shouting
“Mommy Chaerin!! Our mom goes nagging at us again!!!” she said
“Franchesca!!!!” she heard Dara’s voice, Chaerin then shook her head, smiles and said
“This is going to be fun..”
Hi! There's something i want to tell you guys, i've been thinking about deleting my stories and not to continue writing ChaeRa fanfics. Honestly, i'm losing interest because there's no interactions between the two. I tried watching chaera vids and re-read some of chaera fics here in aff but it didn't help a bit :(( me and my gf are talking about this, she told me not to delete and stop and rest for a while but i don't want to have some pending stories here
Thanks for listening guys, this is hard for me but i can't force myself to write an update and my brain is not functioning properly lolz! I have 3 updates for now that's all i did for these past few weeks :( sorry but i hope you'll enjoy this last update (for now) for this story..
