"the courageous rescue of Luhan by Minseok" - says Oh Sehun
The perks of being a soccer playerA/N: Good evening! I know some of you have sent me messages to ask me to update earlier, the truth is: I couldn't. I am extremely busy with college and I had a writer's block for months. Honestly, writing doesn't bring as much happiness as it used, so I didn't make it a priority... I've been on this site for a very long time, over 4 years I'd say and the amount of time I give to my writings is too much, considering the amount of feedbacks I get, I cannot blame you but you cannot blame either, I think..
But anyway! Here is the 5th chapter of this fic, I told I wouldn't stop despite Luhan's lawsuit hehehehe :-) So this is the aftermath of Luhan's problem, and the beginning of a new one, I'm sorry x) I hope you'll enjoy to read it, and that you're still following this around and all, blahblahblah... I'm thankful for your subscribes and wish you the best in your life!! Thanks^^
Songs I listen to write this: Rihanna - Towards the Sun
There's a pounding sensation in his head, it feels heavy as if every single neurone suddenly weights twice the boy's actual weight, it is hefty and he feels limbs-crushed by such feelings. "Side effects will probably occurred more than often, during the first weeks", has told the doctor, the boy had nodded but he only realizes how powerful it is – he's fainted.
He sighs.
It happens to be a coincidence that he has Maths period before lunch, and that said period happens to be the time Luhan needs to take his painkillers. The teacher understands – that's why he's had personal lessons with him – and so does the nurse, but unfortunately, he hasn't even made to the infirmary before losing consciousness.
He sighs louder.
It happens to be a bad coincidence that amongst all the people in this school, Luhan had to be found by Kim Minseok. The Chinese boy's sarcastic conscious snickers quietly in his mind, and he groans at such thoughts. Said Korean boy lifts his head abruptly, wide – but weepy – eyes. Luhan's voice is hoarse, dry but he still manages to speak. "Wait, you're crying?"
Minseok's colour face turns pinkish within two seconds, and suddenly the other boy wants to pinch his chubby pretty cheeks. Korean boy wipes the sides of his face with rough hands, - Luhan spots pencil stains on his fingers -, shakes his head and backs away, still wearing the thin shade of pink. He doesn't share a word, Luhan isn't sure why he is smiling but he is anyway until he's reminding by his brain that yes, painkillers are still active.
There's a wave of dizziness that hits him straight in the guts, he puts swiftly a hand on his dry lips to prevent himself from vomiting. The pain is intense but the Chinese boy only wants to stick his hands into his throat, to take out his intestines and sleeps. However, - as expected, says Luhan's mind -, Kim Minseok has other plans, completely different from him, and he is on both feet sooner than his body could expect, sending another wave of nausea, as he tries to breathe through his nostrils.
But the rush is too strong, and he pukes on the titled and dirty floor of the boys' school bathroom. He watches with tired eyes Minseok's face go blank, he watches him gulp in disgust – why is he smiling? - until he can not concentrate no more.
He doesn't really recall how he made it through the nurse's office, but when he wakes up to a – somehow – semi conscious state, he's greeted by nice white sheets and a worn-out blue and itchy blanket, and through the cramps his stomach produces, he smiles.
There's no sign of Kim Minseok – his smile grows wider but his heart throbs harder.
December, the 6th..
Minseok is a very rational person – he doesn't believe in Gods, but in science; he doesn't think there is karma, no after life, and no spirit. He is the complete opposite of Oh Sehun who believes in the Nirvana, who believes in astrology and – stupid to Minseok's point of view – ideas of good or bad actions.
Minseok doesn't really care in what Oh Sehun believes, but said boy has apparently taken a particular liking to talk about the senior's astral life, espec
