‘We need you. We need you in SM. We need you as a trainee.’ He clapped his hands. I felt my cheeks heat up and a wide smile forming on my lips. I made it! I made it to SM Entertainment! ‘Are you eager to be a part of our company and go to Korea?’ I was surprised by their question. Shouldn’t it be that they inform me about going to Korea and not ask me about it? I felt uneasy, I don’t like making decisions. I get scared easily whenever I’m faced with a hard question or offer. And now I had to decide whether I want to dedicate my whole life to dancing and singing… AND go to Korea for probably the rest of my life, or not.

‘Y-yeah? I suppose?’ I stammered, astonished. They chuckled slightly. ‘Welcome aboard then.’ He bowed a bit and I did the same, but I did a proper 90 angle bow. But then another realisation hit me. Am I moving to Korea? Am I leaving all the friends here? Will I regret it later? I was scared, yet so ready for what life had in store for me, that I didn’t notice that I was staring at someone so hard, that he approached me.

‘Everything alright?’ I heard a melodic voice, that left me stunned. It was Lay who approached me and his sweet dimples made me blush. I nodded furiously and then looked at my shoes, embarrassed of what I’d just done.
