Sunday is Kangin’s rest day and could only be found in front of the television watching baseball. “Appa.” Donghae whispered as he poked Kangin’s head. Kangin slowly turned to glare at him. “What do you want?” he asked, slightly irritated. Donghae gave a toothy smile with a cravat held in front of him. “Be my ‘victim’, I need to practice for our First Aid exam tomorrow.” Donghae said, trying to look childish.

“Can’t you practice with your brothers?”

“Heechul-hyung’s gonna help me since he still remember a few and the rest are… somewhere else.”

Donghae kept bothering Kangin – shaking his shoulders, massaging his head, rubbing his head on Kangin’s arm and most of all begging with cute puppy eyes. “ALRIGHT! Alright!!!” Kangin yelled in surrender. Donghae has absolutely ruined his tv-fun time. Donghae jumped with glee and called Heechul bringing oak wood for splints.

“Lunch Time!” Teukie-umma called from the dining room. Heechul and Donghae had just made the last knots of their bandages. “Appa, thanks!” Donghae said and raced to the dining room with Heechul. Shindong, Kibum, and Kyuhyun got back just in time. “WAAAAAHHHH!!!” Kyuhyun screamed.

“Umma, there’s a mummy in the living room!” Kyuhyun cried. Heechul and Donghae stopped stuffing themselves. “Oops.” Donghae muttered. “Donghae!... Heechul!....” called the angry Kangin-appa.

“I didn’t do anything, I just instructed Hae.”

“TAKE THIS OFF! I’M STARVING!!!!” Kangin shouted. He had his head covered like a fencer’s mask, his chest, forearms, hands, knees, feet were bandaged in different styles.

“See Umma, a scary mummy! Make it go away!!!!” Kyuhyun cried as he hid behind his mother.

Lord, let me see tomorrow… I’m too young to die Donghae prayed silently.
