ZOEY's POV

It's almost the end of June 2008 already. I've been training for around 6 months with my soon-to-be group members, Eun Kyung, Yoo Mi unnie, Hyo unnie and Ara unnie.

“Zoey unniee! Help me with the dance steps again please!” Eun Kyung yelled, troubled at the elaborate dance steps. “Yea help me too!” Yoo Mi unnie yelled at me too. I was just resting for a while and I got called again. GREAT. Ughh why couldn’t Ara unnie or Hyo unnie help them? Hyo unnie is quite a fast learner. Ara unnie is good too. “Okay, okay, wait will you?” I asked back. “So, this is how it goes. 1…2…3…4… 5..6...7...8..Wow Eun Kyung you’re so good!” We were all starting to practice the choreography alone (the choreographer left not really long ago to let us practice alone) , when suddenly the door was knocked. It revealed 7 guys standing there, smiling brightly.

“Oh hey, you guys must be the new group JYP hyung have been talking about, we are 2PM!” the shortest guy said. Of course we know who they are, the debuted almost a year ago! “Annyeong haseyo, of course we know who you are. You guys are THE 2PM. We are BLING! I am the leader, Kim Hyo Rin or just Hyo,” Hyo unnie said.  “I am lead singer, Kwon Ah Ra or Ara,” Ara unnie said. “I am the sub rapper and also vocalist, Lee Yoo Mi,” Yoo Mi unnie said, grinning. “I am lead dancer, Park Joo Hee or Zoey,” I said. “And I am Choi Eunkyung, maknae,” Eun Kyung said, smiling. Eun Kyung has been constantly babbling about 2PM’s lead singer, Kim Junsu. 2PM introduced themselves too. They seemed so nice. “Hey, btw aren’t you guys busy with your new song, Taecyeon-shi?” Hyo unnie asked, knowing that they are in the middle of Hate You promotions. “Well actually, we are taking a break for 2 or 3 days from shooting anything. So, these days we just hang around in the company. Oh, when are you set to debut?  Oh btw just call us oppa already, I’m sure we’ll be close friends,” Taecyeon oppa said. “We were set to debut on December 2010,” Hyo unnie said again. “What are practicing to? May we watch? It seems like you were dancing,” Junho oppa said. 

“5,6,7,8!” Hyo unnie started the music. I’ve got my solo dancing time. I’m seriously nervous!! Especially when 2PM were focusing on my solo dancing!! AAAA!! But finally, it ends and all of them clapped. I’m soooo relieved. “Wow, you guys are good,” Wooyoung oppa said, clapping. “You’re great, Zoey!” Jay oppa said. “Yeah, you’re cool,” Junho oppa added. “T-thank you,” I managed to say. Well, Junho oppa has been my ultimate bias by now. And the only people who knows about this are Aeyoung, Hana, Minhee and the BLING! members. “Hey, unnie what’s with the stuttering?” Eun Kyung asked me. Urghh maknae! They didn’t seem to realize then but she said it out loud! “Hey, chill it’s just us,” Nichkhun oppa said. I nodded.

“Umm, now what should we do? Let’s just hang out at our house!” Chansung oppa suggested. “Are we even allowed to go into a boy’s dorm?” Ara unnie asked. “I’m not sure actually too. Let’s ask JYP hyung. He’s here in the office. Minjae hyung is busy with something else,” Junsu oppa said. We walked behind 2PM to JYP’s room. They seemed so close. “Hyung, may we bring BLING! to our dorm, we want to hang out with these girls. Outside the dorm or the office might be dangerous right?” Chansung oppa asked right away. “Oh you guys have met them? Okay sure they may visit but don’t let the fans see you guys with the girls okay?” he said. “Okay then, thanks hyung,” Wooyoung said, smiling. 2PM went by their car and we went by the office car. No one in our group is allowed to drive so Junsu oppa went with us. 2PM’s car is driven by Jay oppa.

2PM’s dorm…

“Waa, you guys have a cool place,” Yoo Mi unnie said. “I’m hungry,” Chansung oppa randomly said. Hyo unnie’s face lighten up, “I can cook, just show me the kitchen!” Nichkhun oppa directly said,” Hey no, guests can’t cook. We should be the one serving the food.” He looked around at the 2PM members. “Umm, we can order something?” Nichkhun oppa said again, unsure that the members will be able to cook even a thing. “No no, it’s fine. You guys said we will be close right? So it’s fine. I’ll cook,” Hyo unnie said again. “I’ll help!” Chansung oppa practically jumped up from the couch and followed Hyo unnie into the kitchen.

I was still standing until someone said,” Here Zoey, sit here.” It’s Junho oppa taping the seat next to him. I see Yoo Mi unnie winking at me and smiling weirdly when I sat down. “Umm, so tell me about yourself,” Junho oppa said, maybe he is realizing the awkwardness between us. “Oh, okay,” I said, quite surprised at the sudden conversation. “My real name is Park Jo Hee. When I was young, I moved to America with my family. That’s when people start calling me Zoey. I love dancing since a very young age. Oh, I almost forgot, I was born on 11 August 1992,” I said. Junho oppa nodded. Then I noticed that he was staring at me. I blushed when he was staring. "Yah why are you guys talking among yourselves, we're here too you know," Wooyoung oppa said. “We're just getting to know each other better, I guess,” Junho oppa said. “FOOD’S READY!!!!” Hyo unnie yelled from the kitchen. We get up to help her bring the dishes to the dining room.
