"Lavender, do you really not remember me?" Leo asks, grabbing my hand.
"I'm sorry," I say, as his eyes meet mine.
"It's okay. We'll figure it out," he says, sitting us on a bench.
"What were we?" I ask, as he plucks a blossom.
"Mates," Leo says, laughing silently at that.
"Mates?" I ask, confused at his words.
"I'm not human, and neither are you," he says, looking over my face.
"Okay, but other then that?" I ask, as he pulls me up.
"In love," he says, smiling.
"We were?" I ask, pushing a hair back.
"Yes," he says, "may I try something?" I nod.
"Close your eyes," He says, and I let them shut. Warmth consumes my lips, and support reaches my back. He pulls me onto his lap, and my hands grab his shirt.
Something surfaces.
A bedroom, and him on by a window. Him kissing me, and teeth sinking into my neck.
I push him away, and open my eyes. I slip onto the ground, and he looks down at me.
"Are you alright?" He asks, kneeling beside me.
"I remember. You and I in a bedroom, and you biting me," I say, as he helps me up.
"Those are from before you were like me. You were human for most of your life," he says, looking over my hands.
"I was?" I ask, as he kisses my bruises.
"You were," he confirms, as he tongue slips out.
"What are you doing?" I ask, as small pieces of skin reform on themselves.
"Healing. All of us have some power," he says, kissing it, and meeting my eyes.
"What's mine?" I ask, as he pushes a hair back.
"If we ever get attacked, just scream. You'll know," he says, smiling.
"Anything else?" I ask, and he shakes his head.
"Some telepathy, but you were never able to control it," he says, shrugging.
"What about-"
"Sir. Sorry, but this is important," a boy says, running to Leo and I.
"What? Hyuk?" Leo spits with his smile fading.
"Sir, she has escaped," Hyuk says, looking at us. Leo pales, and stands.
"Stay with her," Leo commands running to the house.
"Hi," I say, waving at him.
'Why doesn't she-? Ravi wiped her memories. Right.'
"Hi," he replies, smiling. It doesn't reach his eyes.
"I'm Lavender," I say.
"I know," he says, "I'm Hyuk."
"Nice to meet y-"
Someone crashing threw the woods, and attacks Hyuk. I flinch, and watch the figure tear flesh from Hyuk's body. Hyuk falls, as the figure knocks his head. I flinch away, as the figure turns to me.
"Lavender," the figure says, calming down, with grey eyes.
"Who?" I ask, looking at her.
"Lavender. It's me, Andrea, your doll," she says, and I shake my head no.
"I don't know you," I say, looking at her.
"Yes you do," she says, walking to me and grabbing my wrists.
I do what Leo told me to do.
I scream.
