Tao live with his mother and his dongsaeng, Luhan. Their father passed away 10 years ago. After graduating from college, Tao work at library and Luhan work at restaurant nearby home. Their lives was perfect, until someday Mom called them and announce their father wills. That wills is something about Luhan must do, he must married with Wu family son, Kris, because both their parents are best friends and makes a promise to married off their child.

“Kids, can we talks for a second?” their Mom called from living room
“Sure, Mom. What happening? Does something bothered you?” Tao asked curiously.
They walk to living room after hear their Mom voice.
“Yes, and maybe both of you will not like this news.” Mrs. Huang say with tears in her eyes.

“What happenning Mom? You make me worried already. Tell me please.” Luhan already feels uncomfortable.
“First, I’m sorry because you will hurt from hear this. Your father and I make agreement with our best friend, Wu family, to married off our children.” Mrs. Huang take a deep sigh.
“What?? What are you talking about? That’s nonesense.” He shocked.
“Luhan, silent. Let Mom explain everything. Go on Mom.” Tao calming his dongsaeng.


“We agree to married off our children, and the one who will married with my best friend son is Luhan. The wedding will be held one month from today. I’m sorry dear, I know you will feel unfair but can you do this for your father?”
“Are you lost your mind, Mom? You want me to married and spend my life with stranger? How could you doing this to me?” Luhan rising from his seat. He feels angry and run to his room. Slaming and locked the door.
“Luhan, wait my dear. Open the door, please.” she run after him and knocking her son’s room.
“Mom, I’ll try to talk to him. Don’t push him. He already shocked. Can you give we a time?” Tao his Mom arm and ask for understanding.
“Sure, maybe he will listening you. Thank you, my dear.”




“Luhan, do you hear me? Would you open the door? It’s me, Tao hyung.” Tao knock again.

Luhan open the door, his nose red and tears doesn’t stop flow. Luhan sit on the bed, he pull his knees up to his chest and lay his head on them as his eyes stared to floor. Tao come in and sit next to him.


“Why our parents do this to me? Mom already know I have Sehun and I really in love with him.
I don’t want married and spend my life with stranger who I don’t love.
I never meet with this guy. Hyung, would you persuading Mom to cancel this wedding?” Luhan start sobbed.
“Luhan, I know you love Sehun. At least can you think about this? This is for dad.” Tao calming his dongsaeng and wiped Luhan tears.
“I’ll try, hyung. But don’t expect anything from me. I feels tired, I need to sleep.”
“Okay. Rest well.”

Luhan suddenly feels exhausted. Tao leave Luhan’s room to make him rest.
After he leaves the room, Tao still hears Luhan sobs.

‘I hope I can help you. But this agreement already happen before we born, you know I can’t do anything.’ Tao said in his mind


Tao feels useless. Tao know about Luhan boyfriend, Sehun. Sehun is Luhan co-worker in restaurant.
Luhan always tell his hyung everything about Sehun, what is Sehun doing in restaurant, the way Sehun talk to him, how Sehun treat him, afterall Sehun is Luhan first love.
Tao see the different in Luhan after Sehun come in his life. Luhan become a new person, cheerful, chatter and always smile. They’ve been dating for three years. Almost impossible to separate the two lovebird. He sad for his dongsaeng.

“Hey, babe.”
“Hello. Sehuniie...” His voice was starting to crack.
“Babe, what’s wrong with your voice? Are you crying?” Sehun panic.
“Sehuniie, I... I... I... ” Luhan try to hold his tears.
“Listen, I’m sorry for not reply your message, babe. I’m busy.
Our restaurant have many costumers at lunch hours. Please, babe, don’t be upset.
I’m so sorry. Forgive me, please.” Sehun feels guilty.
“No, no, no. I think I just miss you. That’s all.” ‘Lie, why I can’t tell him the truth.’ Luhan lie to his boyfriend.

“Awwww. My little deer is so romantic. I miss you too, babe.
Look, tomorrow our day off, we can go to to amunsement park.
It’s been a month since our last date. Sounds good, right?”
“Yeah, I’ll love it. And there’s something I wanna talk to you. About us.”
“What is it? Why suddenly so serious? You scared me, babe.”
“Nothing important. We can talk about this tommorow. See you tomorrow.” Luhan assure his boyfriend.
‘Another lie again.’ Luhan thought, he feels sorry to Sehun.
“Okay, my little deer. Tomorrow I’ll pick you at home. I love you”
“I love you too”

‘I hope you not upset with what I will do. I’ll explain everything and please understand my condition. I love you Sehun ah.’ Luhan thought in his sobbed. He sleep after end their phone call.
