Lay's bday Bash
High School Story (DISCONTINUED)Nia's POV
Lay's birthday is today and we are doing everything we are can to make sure it is the best one he has ever had Since his parents aren't able to make it to this one. We decided on a rainbow unicorn party. Lay has some odd obsession with unicorns that he has had for a long time.
" Key and whoever else he choses are in charge of decorating since their sense of style is the best, Tao, Nakta, Kris, and Mark are in charge of moving things since they are the strongest." I say
"I'm strong too, I want to helppppp" Chanyeol whines and I roll my eyes at him
"no, you will only hurt yourself and others besides, I have a job chosen for you already" I day before continuing handing out the roles
" Ren,Atom, Kai, and Sehun you guys are in charge of keeping Lay away from the house and oblivious to the party" I say and try are all nodding until Kai raises his hand
"yeah okay what does oblivious mean?" he asks and I smile
"it means to make sure that Lay doesn't know anything about the party" I say and they nod. Okay, Taemin, Jonghyun, and Chanyeol you guys are in charge of the snacks and drinks make sure to get a lot okay" I say and Taemin raises his hand
"why can't Jjong and I do it aloneeeee?" Taemin asks an I roll my eyes
"cause, I don't want Jjong to have to go through that and have to be alone with you for a whole day" I say and he rolls his eyes
"you all make it seem like I'm going to jump him in a dark alley or something" he says rolling his eyes and everyone raises his eyebrows
"Taemin, you tried to jump him on my couch. Sometimes I seriously think you need help" I say and he rolls his eyes before pulling Jonghyun on his lap
"ok now you tell me you wouldn't this" Taemin says Gesturing to Jonghyun's whole body. I can tell that Jonghyun is blushing really bad.
"tell me you wouldn't shove him against a wall, ravish his neck then strip him and him right against the wa-" Taemin says but is cut off by Jonghyun jumping off of his lap
"please tell me that was your phone pleeeeaaasssseee tell me that was your phone" Jonghyun says towards Taemin and he smiles
"my phone is on that table" he says pointing towards a table which sure enough held his phone. Jonghyun sits on the floor away from Taemin
"what's wrong Jonghyun?" Key asks him and Jonghyun shudders.
"I dont wanna talk about it" he mutters into his hand and Key raises an eyebrow at Taemin
"explain" he says to Taemin and Taemin rolls his eyes
"I may or may not have gotten a little excited thinking about ing Jonghyun" is all he says and Key has an unreadable expression until it turns to one of shock.
"see, this is exactly why you and him are not in a group alone" I say and Taemin rolls his eyes
"whatever" he mutters crossing his arms
"anyway back to groups Xiumin, Chen, Luhan, and I will bake sweets...Onew you and Anyone left will do the music'" I say and everyone disperses.
We decide to bake a rainbow cake and lots of colorful cupcakes. When the cake and a few of the cupcakes are in the oven I decide to see how everything else is going. I walk outside and am shocked by how it has transformed in just an hour.
"that's really good Key" I say and he smiles
"thanks oh and these my friends Minho and Woohyun, I asked them to help me out if that's all right with you" he says and I nod
"no it's perfectly fine it's nice to meet you both" I say sending them a smile before walking to see how Onew is doing
"hey Nia, so about the music thing I was thinking to do like a fun approach and we should have like karaoke since you said Lay and a lot of the others like to sing" he says and I nod
"that's great!"
Later that day
We finished everything for Lay's party and he should be getting home soon. I get a call from Atom saying that they are on their way. We decided to wait in the back yard for him.
Lay's POV
I'm on my way home from my day out with the maknaes who not even once mentioned my birthday. I feel sad because none of my Friends even remembered this one day that means so much to me. I walk inside and notice that all the lights are out. All the maknaes go their own way and I'm heading to my room when I get a call.
Nia: Hey Lay, can you go outside and see something for me?
Lay: sure what am I looking for?
Nia: I'll tell you when you get outside
Se hangs up the phone and I Walk outside. I see unicorns and rainbows everywhere and all my friends. I start crying and Nia walks over to me
"Hey Lay, don't cry" she says patting my back
"I...thought you guys forgot about my birthday" I say and she smiles at me
"never, we would never forget this" she says and I smile
"thank you" I murmur in her shoulder
"let's get this party started" she yells. The party comes to an end later and I can honesty say it was the best day of my life.
