Dear Hyomin,

                Hyo~! Oh~ Hyo! I have so much to tell you. I know we barely see each other now. We hardly talk at all these past months. Well, you’re always too busy spending time with Hwa. The other guys could barely talk to him too. You even rejected the offer of getting to be part of the special class just to be with your guy.

                I know, I know, I’m sorry I got mad that day. It’s just that, we promised that we’ll stay by each other’s side and finish college together. That offer was a great opportunity for us. You knew I had no choice. It was a step ahead for me, but you chose to be left behind.

                I understand your reasons, okay? The special class pressures you, you couldn’t leave Hwa behind, and Eunjung’s gonna be in the special class too, so yeah, I get it. I know how everything would’ve been a disaster if you accepted the offer. I’m not mad about it anymore.

                But anyways, I’m getting to spend more time with Jungie now. It feels great to see him smile again. I got to know him better. And as time passes by, this feeling I’m having is getting worse and worse. I really, really like him. This is the first time I felt like this, Hyo. But I’m still keeping my distance. He’s our friend and gosh~ it’s Ham Eunjung! It’s a hopeless case for me.

                There this one time though when I got to our classroom, nobody was there, and I mean nobody at all. It was already time for our first period, but still no one was coming in. Then, I remembered that last time the professor said that he won’t be coming in today. There was no first period. I was so stupid. I hated myself so much. I decided to just read the next lesson to kill time.

                After a few long minutes, someone came in. It was Eunjung. I was so shock I didn’t know what to say. I was basically just staring at him. “Sh*t!”, he said before laughing at himself, finally realizing the situation. “You forgot about it too?”, he asked, turning to me with his crazy, playful smile.

                “It seems that way, yeah.”, I said, smiling back at him. I quickly looked down back to my book, hiding the celebration in my eyes. It was just the two of us in the room. That was just crazy.

                He sat a seat away from me, and brought out his copy of the textbook I was reading. “What chapter are we on?”, he asked. I smiled before telling him. He didn’t even know what chapter we were on. That wasn’t much of big deal, but I found it cute. We stayed like that ‘till everybody else came.

                Then there was this other time when he was fooling around with the other boys. One of them pushed him.  He reached for my desk to maintain his balance. He leaned on it, facing me. But he was still falling. He was a nanosecond away from kissing me. I didn’t know what to do. I kinda panicked, so I turned my face away.

                When I opened my eyes, his face was an inch away from mine. He quickly backed away before the others get the idea of teasing us. They began fooling around again, like nothing happened. But for me, I just had the biggest regret of life.

                A lot of crazy thing has been happening to me these days, Hyo. I wish you were here with me. The semester is almost over. I hope next year we’ll all get to be on the same class again. I miss the picture of all of us hanging out together. Well, ‘till next time Hyo.
