Mir’s POV

“Hi!” he said.

“Argh!!! WHO ARE YOU?!” I screamed.

“Mir, you woke up?” The nurse asked me.

“Yes! But who’s he? How can he be here?” I asked, I was scared.

“Who?” she asked.

“Him!” I pointed to that stranger.

“Uh, who? There’s no one there…” she said.

“Don’t say that there’s no one, he’s right here!” I said pointing to him.

The nurse came closer to me and slowly laid me down again.

“Mir, it maybe just a hallucination… you need to rest” she said. After the nurse said that, he disappeared.  I was scared, who’s he?

I felt better then I went into the bathroom.

“Hi!” I was so shocked, I turned around and saw that person again.

“Who are you, really? Why can’t the nurse see you?” I was really scared.

“I think everyone can’t see me” he said.

“Then, you’re a ghost? I asked.

“Ah yes… Ghost… that’s it” he said.

“ARGH!!!” I ran away. Did I just see a ghost? I went inside the class while panting heavily. I ran too fast.

“Mir, you feel better? Why did you run so fast as if a monster wanted to eat you?” Joon asked.

“Ah… no… Exercise” I said stupid answer again.

“Hi!” that ghost appeared again...

“ARGH!!!!!!” I screamed again and my classmates were surprised. They asked me whether something happened to me.

“Nothing… I just… remembered something horrible and… sorry for disturbing all of you” I was really embarrassed.

Again… he disappeared… What’s going on really? I’m scared…

Joon’s POV

“Yeonseo, I need to talk about something…” I said to her.

“About what?” she asked.

“About Mir” I said.

“Huh? What’s with Mir?” she asked.

“The accident in canteen, did you do that on purpose?” I asked.

“Who said that?” she asked.

“Mir…” I said.

“And you believed him? Oppa, don’t you believe me?” she asked.

“I… believe… you, but…” I wasn’t sure when I said that.

“Let’s go to the mall after school!” she said.

“Ah… I have something important after school, sorry…” I said.

“Ah why~?” she whined.

“Sorry, bye…” I left her and went home. I actually didn’t have something important, but I wasn’t in a mood to go out.

I jumped into my bed and thought about something deeply. Can I trust Yeonseo 100%? Why did I feel that I can’t really truly trust her? I trust Mir more. I don’t know but I felt that Mir is the right one. Why do I become like this? Yeonseo is my girlfriend but...

Mir’s POV

I went home, it’s really a weird and tiring day. I was bullied by Yeonseo, I was in the school clinic, I met a weird ghost. Ah… but Joon was especially nice and handsome today. When I opened the door…

“ARGH!!!!” I screamed again, I saw that ghost again.

“Hi!” he said.

“Why are you following me?” I said.

“It just happened…” he said.

“Wait… it’s only me who can see you?” I asked.

“Yes, no one can except you” he said.

“Can you touch me?” I asked.

“I can, you can touch me too… but others can’t touch me…” he said.

“Interesting… when will you go away from my sight?” I asked.

“I don’t know. Maybe… someday. But I won’t follow you forever” he said.

“Argh! It’s a relief. I don’t want to be followed everytime” I said.

“Sorry… but I’m alone. I was bored” he said.

“Why me? Why did you appear? Don’t you have anyone else?” I said.

“You should be happy because I was the one who is with you. Some people get a ert old man. You should be happy that I’m not an old man and I’m just older than you by 8 years...” he said.

“How do you know about my age?” I asked.

“I saw that when I was wandering around in your school…” he said.

“And… you have age? Ghost also have an age?” I said.

“I don’t really know. If I was alive, I would be in that age” he said.

“So… you’re dead already?” I asked stupidly.

“Of course…” he said.

“How was it?” I asked.

“How was what?” he asked back.

“Was it good, I mean… the afterlife. Was it better than being alive?” I asked.

“What kind of question is that?” he said.

“I was just curious… hehe. I’m afraid to die, but if you say that it’s better than being alive, I want to die quickly” I said.

“What are you talking about? Don’t die… you’re still a kid. You still have a long way to go” he said.

“What’s fun about life? My life is pretty flat” I said.

“Don’t say it like that… you’ll regret when you die” he said.

“Regret?” I asked.

“Like when you haven’t done something when you’re alive, but then you died and couldn’t do that thing again…” he said.

“Ah… I knew that feeling” I said.

“By the way, do you have a girlfriend?” he asked.

“No, I don’t have. But I like someone” I said.

“You want to die before you have a girlfriend?” he asked.

“Actually, it has to be boyfriend” I corrected.

“Whatever the gender is… Do you want to die before you date him?” he asked.

“No…” I said.

“Then spend your life wisely and don’t wait for die…” he said.

“Oh… okay” I smiled.

“I wish I could live for a little longer though hehe…” he said.

“You had a girlfriend before?” I asked.

“No… I died when I wasn’t even ten” he said.

“You died at a really young age” I said.

“Yeah…” he said.

“But you’re handsome for a ghost” I said.

“Really? Thank you… You’re also cute for a highschooler” he said.

“Thanks” I smiled, I don’t know why but I think he’s kind, eventhough he’s a ghost and not a human.

“Seungho” he said.

“What?” I asked.

“My name is Seungho” he smiled.

“Mine is Mir!” I said happily and shook his hand.

He looks nice and trustworthy…

this story was purely inspired from my friend, she said that when she was 7-8 years, she had an imaginary friend (not a human). it's scary hoho. i will be scared if i was the one...
