Jiyong was waiting for her by the door.

Dara couldn't look him in the eyes. She was afraid to. What if Taeyeon was telling the truth? What if Jiyong changed his mind, then what's going to happen to her?

Jiyong grinned when he saw her. Dara lowered her gaze and almost tripped. Jiyong leaned forward and steadied her, his hands holding firmly onto her elbows.

"Are you ignoring me?" he teased. Dara shook her head but pushed him away from her.

"What's wrong?" He demanded. Dara felt her eyes brimmed with tears. She turned away from him afraid he'll see the tears.

"Dara?" He asked worried at her change of behavior.

"If you don't want a baby shower I can tell mom. Stay here I'll talk to her."

Jiyong patted her shoulder. Jiyong paused when he felt someone grabbed his sleeve.

"Don't." Dara murmured.

"...Don't lie to me." Dara let go of Jiyong's sleeve and took a step back distancing from him.

"Is it true you want to raise Ji Eun? You changed your mind?"

Dara asked her heart racing waiting for his answer.

"Yes." Jiyong said without hesitation. Dara felt her knees weakened. She leaned back against the wall trying to hold her body up. She suddenly felt weak.

"You planned this all along didn't you? Getting close to me, to Ji Eun...and taking her away from me. How long were you going to keep on lying to me?"

Dara forced the words out, she was aching all over. Jiyong betrayed her trust. She believed him.

"Don't lie to me! I'm tired of people lying to me! I was doing fine without you! Now...I...now I don't ...you pretended to care...because you plan to keep JiEun all this time."

Dara squeezed her eyes shut as tears cascade freely down her face. Jiyong reached for her hands but, she inched away from him.

"Dara listen to me. I'm not taking her away, she'll be with you. I just want to be a part of her life. What is so wrong with having me in her life?" Jiyong asked his voice raising.
