This is All That I Can SayInfinite win first again. And again. Each performance effortlessly sweeps the music shows, and then carries its momentum through the following weeks.
The fanclub expands, concerts are sold out, awards are won. The years pass.
Slowly Hoya had learned to stop using those units to measure their success. Each one would be new and deliriously exciting when first introduced, and then have less impact the next time, and then fade and fade into routine. First places, fans, and awards just happened to be things that lay in the path to something else, something greater…
Hoya knows that they’ll get there, to that ambiguous place where excitement and memory never fade. He’s guessing that they’ll be at the top of the international charts in… maybe 3 years. All they have to do is keep going, keep practicing.
Dongwoo still writes in his diary every night. Hoya’s not sure what he writes. In his opinion, there’s been nothing to write home about yet. Hoya hasn’t sent even a card home in years.
