The Next Morning


Dara, Minji and Mi-na went out of their apartment and Dara lock the door, they walk towards the stairs then Dara heard her phone beep, she fish it from her pocket and look at the message


Sender : Arrogant Jerk

            Good Morning! I know your awake now probably leaving your apartment to go to your work, have you eaten your breakfast? I do hope so, i'll see you later ok? I'm thinking about you, it's okay if you think of me too. xxx

"Unnie hurry up, we're going to be late.." Dara heard Mi-na's voice

"Oh uhm yeah, coming!" she answered

*Why would i think of you?! Pft!* she told herself and walk towards her sisters, when they got outside they saw 3 men wearing dark blue uniforms, when they saw the 3 girls, they bowed their heads and smiled

"Ms. Park Sandara?" asked the one guy near the entrance of the building

"Uhm Y-yes.." she answered

"Ms. Lee told us to pick you up and take you to your work.." he said, Mi-na and Minji look at her

"Who's Ms. Lee?" Minji asked her, Dara cover

"Oh, uhm, please tell Ms. Lee that she don't need to do this, we can take a cab from here.."

"Sorry Miss but it's our job to obey her, if you won't come with us, she'll get mad at us.." one of the guy who's near the limo said

"You go with them Unnie, we can take a cab right Minji-Unnie?" Mi-na said, Minji nod her head

"Don't worry Ms. Park, we can drop off your sisters to their school.."

"Oh no it's okay, we don't want to bother you with that.." Minji said, the guy smiled at her

"You won't bother us, it's our pleasure to serve you Ms. Park and your sisters.." Mi-na smiled

"Cool! Now let's go!" Mi-na said and started to walk but Dara grab her bag and pulled her sister

"Just take a cab.." Dara said and took some bills from her pocket

"But they said they can drop us off at our school.." Minji said

"Please Ms. Park, you've got nothing to worry about.." the guy said again, Mi-na quickly run to the limo then followed by Minji

"Wow!" the two exclaimed

"Shall we go now Ms. Park?" the guy asked her, Dara nodded her head and went inside the limo with her sisters

*Why do i have a feeling that this is going to be a very long long long day* she said to herself and sigh

After they dropped of Minji and Mi-na, they drove Dara to her work. When they arrived at the Supermarket, Dara quickly move so she can get out before one of the guys can open the door for her but it's too late

*They're fast!* she told herself again, she look at the 3 guys

"Uhm, thank you for, uhm driving me all the way here.." she said

"Your welcome Ms. Park, it's our pleasure to serve a nice girl like you.." the 3 bowed and drove off, Dara sigh and turn around to enter the supermarket but she saw some of her friends looking at her with Mr. Kim and Mr. Sung

*Now what?!* she said to herself, she walks towards the supermarket and she heard a music playing, she saw some guys holding a basket of flowers and there's a letter in every basket they are holding

*D.A.R.A.. wait a minute.. that's my name!* she said again and then she saw her, Chaerin is wearing a simple outfit, a fitted jeans and a blouse with a red leather jacket on top, her light golden brown hair is simply resting on her shoulders

"Good Morning Dara!" she greeted her gracefully, she's holding a boquet of dark pink roses

"G-good morning" Dara said back, Chaerin walks forward to her and hand over her the flowers, when Dara took it, Chaerin grab her by waist, Dara look around, all of the employees are there, watching them, some smiling, others are stiil confused and shock

"What. are. you. doing?" she said thru her gritted teeth forcing a smile

"Nothing, i just came here to say good morning.." Chaerin answered, then Dara look down at her waist, Chaerin is still holding her

"Oh, but you only said no kissing and no holding hands, right? plus you said i can do anything i want!" she added, Dara let out a sigh, push her a little and walk away

"Ladies and Gentlemen, there's something i would like to say to all of you.." Chaerin said, Dara stops in her tracks then look at her, she saw Chaerin gave her a wink

*Oh no you don't!* Dara said but before she can speak Chaerin said something

"I'm here to court the most pretty girl i've seen in my life, Ms. Park Sandara.." Dara look around again, her friends gave her a warm smile while the others nodded their head for approval

"And i hope you can help me in so she'll say yes to me.." she added

"You can count on us, Ms. Lee.." Dara look at Yoshi

*Thanks a lot Yoshi!* Dara screamed and can't believe her friend said that

"Thank you guys!" Chaerin said and look at Dara, she started to walk but Dara stop her when she points a finger at her and wiggle it

"Yah!! What did i do?!" Chaerin yelled, then Dara look at her again, he cross her arms on her chest

*Oh ! Yeah first dont's : DON'T YELL!* Chaerin reminded herself, she sigh and look at her again

"Come on baby.." Chaerin said, Dara shook her head and continue walking, Chaerin followed her, Bom who is watching the two and had a smile on her face

"This year is going to be interesting.." she heard one of the employees said

"Will Ms. Lee make Dara-Unnie say YES?" Jae asked Yoshi

"Let's just wait okay.." she answered

"Okay everyone, go to your places, the store ias about to open in 10 minutes.." Mr. Kim said

*I hope you know what you're doing Chaerin* Bom said and walk towards her office

At the other side of the Supermarket..

"Dara come on!" Chaerin said

"What?!" Dara answered

"Are you mad?" Dara didn't respond

"I told you i'll court you didn't i? You also told me that i can do anything i want.." still Chaerin didn't heard anything from her, she's getting irritated now, there's a lot of pretty girls out there that she can pay but she doesn't know why she wants her to be her girl

"Please say something.." Chaerin said again, Dara look at her

"I'm just not used to this.. I mean.. You don't have to do these things Chaerin.."

"But i want too.." she whispered

"Pardon?"

"Uhm, i told you i have to do these to make it more realistic"

"Okay fine, i think i can bear this for one week just don't surprised me like this.."

"Okay Dara, i promise.." she said, Dara nod her head and continue walking to her locker

"Can i invite you again for a dinner date tonigh?" she heard Chaerin asked her, she turn around to face her

"No!" Dara said

"Why?!"

"After what you did to me the last time we had a dinner, no, i won't go out with you again.."

"I only did that to make you say yes.."

"No!"

"Then i'll stay here as long as you say yes.."

"Then stay, i don't care!" then she leave her standing there

The store is now open, Dara finished re-stocking the shelf again. She's standing at the end of the shelf smiling at people and helping them find what they needed to buy when she felt someone is pulling her pants, she saw a little boy smiling at her

"Hi there kiddo, are you lost?" she asked him

"No Miss Pretty.." he answered, Dara laugh at him

"Oh then is there anything i can do for you?"

"Yes, i want to give this to you.." he handed over her a paper, she opens it and saw a handwriting not familiar to her

Please have dinner with me - she read

"Where did you get this?" Dara asked the boy then he point at someone, she look at it and saw Chaerin waving at her, Dara sigh

"Please have dinner with her Miss Pretty i think she likes you.." the boy said and run off

"Pretty clever Chaerin-ah but still my answer is a NO.." she whispered to herself and walk away. Dara keeps on walking around the store, making sure that the she didn't miss any shelf to refill, she was about to turn around when she saw Chaerin talking to two older woman

"So you can assure us that this salsa is good?" the old woman ask her

"Oh yes Ma'm, i can guarantee you 101%!" Chaerin replied with a smile

"I hope we can taste it for free.." said the other one

"Sure Ma'm, here let me open this one for you to taste.." Dara look at her intently, that was the salsa that Jae accidentally dropped and ask her if she knows how expensive that was but now she opened one of the salsa and let the two older woman taste it

"Wow, it really taste good.." she heard the older woman said

"Okay kiddo, we'll take two, we'll pay that one you opened.." said the other woman

"It's okay Ma'm, you can have this for free, i'll tell the manager about it.." she said, the two older woman bowed their head and walk

"Nice move missy.." Dara said and leave

LUNCHTIME

Bom went to look for Dara who's talking to Mr. Kim, it's their lunchtime and she's a bit worried about Chaerin

"Hey can i talk to you for a minute?" Bom asked her

"Sure Unnie, what is it?" Dara asked, she pulled Dara quickly and pointed Chaerin who's sitting on a chair and eating some Lays and drinking some orange juice

"Her! Dara she's been here for almost 4 hours now, walking around and helping customers.." Bom said

"So?" Dara asked

"She said to me that she won't leave this store unless you say yes and have dinner with her.." Dara look at Chaerin

"She's courting you right? So why don't you want to go out with her on a date?" Bom asked again

"Uhm, i, ah.. You know.. ahm.. Shy?" Dara answered, Bom look at her suspiciously

"Are you asking me or telling me?" Bom asked

"I-i'm telling you.."

"Dara it's just a dinner date, getting to know each other stage.."

"I know but--" Bom cut her off

"Chaerin is a nice girl, she maybe arrogant sometimes but Dara trust me when i say she's nice.." Dara look at her again

"Okay fine, i'll go talk to her.." she answered, she walks slowly to where Chaerin is sitting and busy eating her chips then she cleared when she's a few steps away from her, Chaerin look at her and stand up

"It's not healthy to eat chips during lunch.." she said to her

"Oh, ahm, it's okay, i'm not that hungry.." she answered

"Still it's not healthy.." Chaerin place the bag of chips on the chair

"Okay Chaerin, i'll go out with you tonight.." Dara said, Chaerin look at her

"Excuse me?" she asked

"I said i'll go out with you tonight.. Yes i'll have dinner with you again.." Dara said, Chaerin smile from ear to ear, she jump for joy and immediately hug Dara, the latter is surprise by the hug

"Ehem.." Dara said but Chaerin didn't break the hug

"You said no kissing, no holding hands and no yelling, so i can definitely hug you like this.." she said, Bom laugh at the two, she never saw Chaerin like this, now she's thinking if Chaerin is still pretending or not
 

Chaerin went to look for Dara before she heads home, Yoshi told her that she's at the back refilling something, she walks around to look for her and she find her standing on a chair while putting some items on the top shelf

"Hey skinny girl!" Chaerin yelled, Dara almost fall when she yelled

"Damn! Can you teach yourself not to yell anytime" she told her while holding tight on the shelf

"ooppss, sorry, my bad.." Chaerin said

"What do you want now.."

"Ahm, i'm gonna head back home, i, uh, wanted to say to you that, ah, i'm going to pick you up later.."

"No don't, just tell me where we'll meet"

"Let me pick you up Dara, pretty please.." Dara look at her

"Fine.."

"Thanks! Oh, wear something nice okay.." she said, Dara nod her head

"Great! I'll see you later!" Chaerin said again, she's so happy that she kick the box on the floor not even thinking that the box is so close to the chair where Dara is standing, after she kicked it, the box bump on the chair causing the it to move, Dara who's busy refilling the upper shelf felt that the chair move and she tried to hold on the edge but fail

"Aaaaahhh" she screamed, good thing Chaerin who kicked the box is still facing her that time, she's right on time catching her to prevent Dara from falling hard on the floor, the latter closed her eyes, she can feel her heart beats fast

"Are you okay?" she heard Chaerin's voice, when she opens her eyes, she saw a concerned look on her face but soon realized that she's on top of her

"Ehem.." they heard a voice, the two woman look up and saw Bom standing while covering Jae's eyes

"There's a motel near here, if you two want to do something, you can go there instead of doing it here.." she said, trying to hide the smile forming her lips, Dara quickly stand up while Chaerin did the same

"I, uh, s-see you tonight.." Chaerin said

"Ahm, y-yeah, uhm see yah today, oh i mean tonight.." Dara said, both of them walk away fast leaving Bom and Jae

"Unnie? Can i look now?" Jae asked while Bom laugh at the two
