Early Next Morning (Lee Residence)

Jiyong together with Seungri, Sunhee and Samantha are quietly eating with Chaerin, they keep on looking at each other, they want to know what happened last night between her and Dara and why she said those words at her but no on dares to speak as they can see that Chaerin is not in herself that morning

"So Chae, uhm, what time is your meetting today with Mr. Fuji?" Jiyong asked her, he saw Chaerin sigh first

"Around 10 am, Oppa.." she answered without looking at him, Jiyong nodded his head slowly

"Okay, so we'll be expecting you to be here on lunch then?"

"No, i have a lot of things to do. I still have to finish some paperworks on my desk.."

"Oh okay, we'll see you tonight. You promised that you will talk to me later.." Chaerin nodded her head and stood up

"I got to go, i'll see yah guys later.." she said, as soon as Chaerin is out of their sight, Samantha speak up

"Did you talk to Dara last night?" she asked Jiyong who look at her

"No, i did called her but she's not answering.." he answered

"Do you think she's okay?" Sunhee asked then

"I hope so, i'm not sure what's happening but i have an idea.." he answered, Seungri took a sip from his glass

"I'll go to the supermarket and try to find her. I don't want to see our little sister like and i really like Dara for her.." Seungri said

 

 

 

Chaerin's Office (10:30 am)

Chaerin's secretary  is busy taking some calls from her boss but Chaerin told her that she'll be having the rest of the day off after her meeting with Mr. Fuji. She just ended the call when she saw a man standing in front of her table

"May i help you, sir?" she asked, the guy let out a small smile

"I'm here to see Ms. Chaerin.." he answered

"She's in a meeting sir, if you have any message for her, i'll forward it to her as soon as the meeting ends.."

"No, thank you. I'll wait for her here.."

"But sir--"

"I'll wait for her, no matter what it takes"

 

 

 

 

Park's Apartment

Mi-na and Minji don't have a classes that day so they both decided to clean the house, Mi-na who is still recovering is only helping Minji by dusting the furniture and couch

"Do you think Unnie is okay?" Mi-na asked her older sister

"Honestly, i don't know.." Minji answered, she then place the clothes she washd early that day

"I knew she cried last night and i don't know why. Maybe Chaerin-Unnie did something to her.."

"I don't think so but maybe she said something. Bom-Unnie won't let us hear their conversation.."

"Yeah, i don't want to see Unnie like that. I want her to be happy, Unnie.." Minji look at their little sister, she has a feeling that everything went wrong between their older sister and Chaerin

She did a lot of things lately and i think it's time for us to help her

Minji run towards Dara's room while mMi-na followed her, she saw her sister looking for something below the bookshelf inside Dara's room

"What are you doing, Unnie?" Mi-na asked her but Minji didn't answer until she found what she's looking for

"Go take a bath, we'll go to Chaerin-Unnie's house.." she said

 

 

 

Back at the Office ( 11:15 am)

Chaerin's meeting with Mr. Fuji ended and it all went well, she closed the deal that they needed for their company but she still feels sad and hurt despite of what happened, she knows that Mr. Fuji sense that she's not in the mood and that sometimes, she's forcing herself to smile

"Thank you Mr. Fuji, i'll see you next week.." she said, she extended her right arm on him and bow her head, Mr. Fuji leave her office as soon as he can, Chaerin follow him with his eyes then saw someone standing and looking at him

"What are you doing here?" she asked him, the guy walk towards her, Chaerin knows that whatever she'll do, Minho will not leave her office especially now that she saw how serious he is

"Why don't you take a break for a while and be back here in an hour or so.." Chaerin told her secretary, she immediately nodded and walk out. Chaerin went inside her office as Minho follows her

"I came here to talk to you.." Minho said as soon as he closes the door

"Really? About what? About you and Dara?" Chaerin asked him, she sit in her swivel chair and looks at Minho

"What are you talking about?"

"Oh come on Minho! Stop acting like your innocent or something!" Chaerin said

"I don't have any idea what are you talking about!"

"Okay then let me refresh your memory!"

Chaerin is looking at Jiyeon from inside her car, she don't want to believe in everything she said but something inside her is urging her to go and follow her, she look at her watch and she knows in any minute now, Jiyeon will leave then she saw her enter her car

Just what i thought

She waited for Jiyeon's car to leave and after 5 minutes she follows it. Chaerin make sure that Jiyeon won't see her though she borrowed the car from one of her friend, if she used her car, Jiyeon will recognize it. After 20 minutes of driving, she saw Jiyeon's car turn right and enter a parking lot but she decided not to follow her and find some place where she can park her car. She hide it behind the containers, she got out and lock it. She positioned herself behind some containers near the parking areaa dn she can saw Jiyeon standing there, she can hear her saying some words but she's not interested

What is she doing outside this bar?

Chaerin waited patiently then she heard Jiyeon's voice again

"Bingo!" she looked at her then to the two person standing in front of the bar, she knows Jiyeon is mumbling some words but she could not hear anything because her world came falling down when she saw Dara with Minho

Dara

Dara is smiling from ear to ear while Minho is telling her something, Chaerin felt tears in her eyes starts to build up, her eyes did not leave Dara then they went inside the bar

"Why Dara? Why?" Chaerin said, Jiyeon didn't saw her, she heard Jiyeon's car engine turn on

How could you do this to me?!

 

It's been 30 minutes since Dara and Minho went inside, Chaerin is patiently waiting outside despite of the cold weather and drizzle. Deep inside her she wanted to confront Dara as soon as she went oustide, she heard a car approaching then saw Minho went out of the bar without Dara

Where is she?

Minho is inside the car but still no sign of Dara following him so Chaerin thought that Minho left Dara inside

I want to go in but.. but...

She decided to wait for her for a while

 

5 hours later

Chaerin woke up at the sound of foosteps and cars passing by, she quickly open her eyes and look at the bar hoping to see Dara but she's not there

Did she already went home? With whom?

She keep on looking at the front door but no sign of her

I'll talk to her later about this, maybe she went home while i'm asleep

She stood up and realize that her pants is wet, good thing she's wearing a waterproof jacket for her body. She was about to turn around when she heard someone is laughing

Dara

She look at the bar and saw Dara walking with a man, his arms were on Dara's shoulder. Chaerin couldn't take this anymore, first it was Minho and now Dara is with some guy she didn't know

"I was there Minho! I waited for her for more than 5 hours!" Chaerin said to him as she slam her fist on her table

"Chaerin.." Minho said

"Now can you remember? My girlfriend lied to me, i thought she's at home sleeping, that's what she said to me for the past few months that she's working at that bar! And the thing is she's with you!!!"

"Let me explain first!"

"Explain what?! I've already seen and know everything Minho! There's nothing for you to say that i didn't know!" Chaerin shouted, she wal towards Minho and pushed him away

"Leave Minho!" she said again

"I told you i'm here to talk to you and ex--" Chaerin cut her off

"No need to explain the things i know!!"

"You don't know everything!!" Minho yelled, Chaerin look at him

"You have no idea Chaerin, you don't have any idea what Dara's been through!"

"I don't have time to listen to everything you say!!"

"No! You are going to listen to me whether you like it or not!"

"What else do you want? You already have her!"

"It's not her that i want!! Why don't you let her explain her side huh? Why did you keep on pushing her away!!"

"You don't know anything!"

"I know everything!! Ask her! Ask her, her reason why she hid things from you! Why she's working to death!! Why she didn't ask for your help! Ask her!! And maybe i saved you from the things you are going to regret!"

"I already did things i'd regret!"

"You still have time to fix this! Fix this or i'll assure you whatever you are thinking about me and her will happen right in front of your eyes!" Chaerin didn't said a word, she sit on the couch and cried

"Dara didn't mean to hurt you, she didn't cheated, Chaerin. She will never do that to you.." Minho said, he's looking at Chaerin who is still crying, he walks towards her and sit on the couch in front of her

"Before i go, let me explain what happened that night.." Minho said

"Are you okay?" Minho asked Dara when she called him that night

"Oppa.." Dara answered, Minho sense that there something wrong

"Hey, what is it? What's wrong?" he asked, he heard Dara cries

"I don't want to go to the bar anymore but i needed that job badly.."

"If you don't want Dara, we will find something else okay.."

"No Oppa, i will still work there though i'm scared.."

"Scared? Why? Did someone hurt you or said some awful words at you?" Minho heard Dara cries again

"Okay, okay. I'll pick you up at your apartment, give me 15 minutes.."

"Okay.." Minho ended the call and immediately went to Dara

 

Minho is driving slowly while Dara is looking oustide the window, the latter didn't said a thing since they left the apartment

"Dara.." Minho said

"Some guys at the bar followed me home.." Dara said, Minho look at her

"At first they said they wanted to be friends with me i said okay, i thought they were nice and decent guys but i was wrong.." Minho keep on looking at Dara and the road

"Then what?" he asked

"After that night, i saw them again following me. When i got out of the taxi, the driver didn't leave me for a while, i think he's sensing something bad's gonna happen then there, one of them hold me in my arms and he pushed me against the gate but the driver immediately went out of his cab, threatening that he'll call the police if they won't leave.." Dara cries

"I'm still lucky that he was there, he asked me if i'm okay, i said yes and he told me to get inside before he leave.."

"Dara.."

"I'm so scared and i'm really thankful that he was there, Oppa.."

"Sshh, don't cry. I'm here okay, i won't let that happen to you again.." Dara look at him and force a smile

"Are they following you again?" Minho asked

"Yes but like what i said, i'm lucky because everytime i arrived at our apartment, a patrol car is passing by then they will leave.."

"Okay good! Don't worry i'll talk to my cousin when we get there.."

"Thank you Oppa.. Thank you..

"She was so scared that night. I talked to my cousin, roui. I told him what happened to Dara, he owns the bar she's working. He had an idea to pretend that he's Dara's boyfriend so those men won't bother her again but don't worry, he's already married and has 2 kids.." Minho said, Chaerin can't believe what she heard

"She didn't betrayed you or cheated on you. That's what happened the nigh you saw me with her and Roui.." Minho added, Chaerin look at him

"It's not too late Chaerin, give her a chance to explain everything to you. Whatever Dara is doing is for her two siblings, you know they are still young and they needed Dara in able to survive.." Chaerin look down on the floor

Dara

"Unnie.." they heard a voice from the door, when the two look, they saw Mi-na and Minji standing there

"We are here to explain some things to you.." Minji said, she and Mi-na walk towards Chaerin and sit beside her

"Unnie didn't ask for your help because she don't want others to think that she's using you because of your money. Our Unnie loves you so much. Before she met you, our Unnie don't ask for anyone's help unless she needs to. I know she should have said these things to you but Unnie told me that you already have a lot of problems with regards to your work and your family's business that she didn't want to burden you with her problems.." Minji explained

"She also told me that when the time came that she needed to tell you her true feelings, she won't have any problem on saying that. She knows that people won't think that she's after your money because she never asked anything from you.." she added, Minji look at the plastic bag she's carrying and gave it to Chaerin

"What is this?" Chaerin asked

"Open it.." Minji answered, Chaerin open the plastic bag and her eyes widen at what she saw, she look to Minji, then to Mi-na and Minho

"That's the money you gave to her. She told us and Mi-na that you are paying her to be you girlfriend in order for you to have the business you want. She didn't used this until Mi-na's got sick.." Minji said, Chaerin looked at Mi-na

"We don't have a lot of money, she's the only one working for us. When i got sick, she has to pay the bills and for my medicines. She told me that she'll used the money you gave to her to buy the things i needed. Like what Minji-Unnie said, she didn't used the money you gave her, she wants to give it back to you once she's ready to tell you what she really feels..." she added

"She decided to find another job so she can replace the money she took. The money that she earned from the bar is the one she used to replace these money, while the money she earned from working at the wet market is the one she used to buy me some medicines. I hope you can forgive her for not telling you everything, Unnie.." Chaerin cries and hug Mi-na

"She only did that for us, Unnie. She wants to give us a better life not like the one she has while she's growing up.." Minji said. Chaerin kept on crying, all the hurt she feels inside dissapeared

I'm not the one who's hurting, she is

"And one more thing, Chaerin.." Minho said

"The reason Dara didn't accept your father's help to give her a job at your office is because she wants to give the money back to you first. After her 3 months contract with the bar and the wet market, she'll go to your father's office and accept the job. She already explained it to your father, you can ask him.." Minho said

"Where is Dara now?" Chaerin asked Minho

"I think she's in the supermarket right now.." Minho answered, she look at Minji and Mi-na

"I'll make things right again, i promise that.." Chaerin said, she stood up and grab her phone but before she can dial Dara's number, her phone rings

"Hello? Bom-Unnie?" she answered

"Chaerin! Something happens to Dara, get here quick!" Bom said
