A/N: I was inspired by the show “The Big Bang Theory”.  I don’t know what this was… (hides in a corner)

He feels velvet landing in his outstretched hand. “You can open your eyes now.” Jinki’s hopeful face focuses in front of his. Sure enough, as he looks down, he sees a red drawstring bag no bigger than the palm of his hand. He quickly opens the bag only to find a pair of microscope slides stuck together. The only other thing he notices is white specks staining the slides. Taemin scratches at it. “Jinki, um…what is this?”

“Snowflakes. I preserved them in resin so it will last a lifetime.”

“Oh.” Taemin finally says.

“I thought of them after our first date last year.” Taemin remembers. He’ll never forget the way Jinki wiped his eyebrows after the snow attached itself. He also remembers dodging one of Jinki's snowballs ("There snow way I'd pass this up" Jinki jokes).

Taemin giggles, “You’re so weird.”

“I know, but I’m your weirdo.” Taemin sets his present on the coffee table and pulls Jinki in for a kiss.

After a while, Jinki breathes, “Happy anniversary.”
