“Suhonnie lets go play!”

“Ani, im too tired”

“Jebal?”

*YA! SUHO!?”

*snaps out of day dream*

“Mwo?”

I looked up to see Kris waving his hand in front of my face

“What’s wrong?”

“Nothing”

“Is it that girl?”

I look over his shoulder and stare at Jaesoo’s back. Why did she have to be in MY class? I mean after what happened and everyone witnessing it, I feel so embarrassed.

“Ani, just thinking”

Kris sits down next to me and leans on my desk

“About?”

“The past” I look outside the window and watch the clouds drift by

“You’re thinking about her again … aren’t you?”

I looked over to Kris and sigh “I think about her all the time”

 “How long has it been since you were kids Suho? You need to forget her”

“I can’t”

“Waeyo?”

“Because ……. She is the one and only”

“Suho, look there are plenty of girls out there, she is never coming back. She left you without saying goodbye. Forget about her”

“I can’t”

Kris sighs and stands up putting his hand on my shoulder “I know.” And he walks away. I turn my gaze back out the window and sigh, leaning on my hand and watch the clouds.

Where did you go? My little princess?

*flashback*

“Suho, why don’t you go and play with that little girl over there?”

I looked up at my mum and she was smiling.

“Waeyo?”

My mum pouts at me “because it’s nice, and besides you guys will be spending a lot of time together since your mummy and her mummy are best friends”

I looked over to the girl sitting at the table, looking outside the window. I sighed and walked over to her

“Annyeong Suho imnida”

The girl looks up at me then looks back out the window. Well this is going great

“I’m 6 years old how about you?”

“5”

“So you’re one year younger than me, you can call me oppa if you would like” I grab a chair and sit next to her, I don’t know but this girl gives me a warm feeling. She looks at me and smiles

“Arasseo”

We sit there in silence for a bit longer “so what’s your name?”

“oh mian, its Sunji”

~ 3 years later ~

“YA SUNJI! PALE PALE!”

I look back over to see my best friend running after me, huffing and puffing

“ya oppa *out of breathe* you run too fast”

I grab her cheeks and pinch them “you need to run faster, the park is just up a head”

I grab her hand and she smiles up at me and from that moment I knew I wanted to protect and look after her.

~ 2 weeks from that day ~

“Umma, where is Sunji?”

My mum wouldn’t look me in the eye

“Umma!”

“Gone”

Gone? I could feel tears forming in my eyes

“Where? WHERE!?”

*slap*

“Don’t yell at me”

I put my hand to my cheek and ran off, I don’t know how I got here but I ended up at the park where we spent all our time togther.

As the bell went I grabbed my books and started walking towards the Student Council room

“Uhm excuse me?”

I turned around and saw Jae

“Mm?”

“I just wanted to apologize again”

I nod and she smiles and walks away …. That smile …….. That smile
